Counter help was zero help, new nothing about 1981 gas motor.. Didn't carry half what I needed. What they did have was cheapest on the market. Disappointing all the way around. Management was rude when I expressed in person..! Place sucks

These guys have continued to impress me! By suggesting the best products, price matching to give me the best deal in town, and even offering a second opinion on my repair after I installed something myself. Very knowledgeable staff for car and truck repairs. Ethan the manager is fantastic and has a lot of truck experience.

We have been to the North Platte, NE store several times and have always had friendly and helpful service. But today was the last time we will step foot in this store. We have never been treated so rudely as we were today. I called ahead and a helpful gentleman said he would set the part out for us to look at. When we got to the store we asked the parts lady at the counter where to find something else we were looking for first and she acted like we were inconveniencing her by asking her a question. It really went downhill from there when we went to the counter and asked her about the part we had called about, she acted like it was an act of congress to walk over and grab it for us to look at. When we told her that wasn't what we needed she got even nastier and argued with us, that, that is what it said we needed. So we looked at the computer with her and said this is the part we need. Right away she told us it was a special order item that had to be paid for up front including shipping. Which would have been fine to tell us if she had been nice about it. Then when we asked if they had gasket making material she told us they sold it all last night, which seemed kind of suspicious to us that they just happened to sell it all yesterday and she didn't bother to even check and see, she just somehow knew it was sold out. At this point we contemplating leaving our stuff sitting there in front of her and going somewhere else to purchase those things but we decided to go ahead and pay and leave. She did say a very insincere have a nice day, which is better than what I had expected to hear based on her overall demeanor, I thought it would be more along the lines of drop dead and don't come back.

Amazing experience at this OReillys! Driving from LA to Detroit and the alternator died at 7 pm. Jordan and James helped diagnose the problem, sold us the parts and found someone locally to install the alternator same day even though most area garages were closed for the evening. Great hospitality and service! Highly recommend!

The workers here have always been exceptional with their service. They are quick to help and will go above and beyond to get you taken care of, they will even call their competition to make sure a part is a available. I can t say enough great things about these folks, we ve even gotten advice on where to go for mechanic work that is cost efficient, and friendly service. I recommend 10/10!

Kelvin was seriously the most helpful and informative associate. I felt so relieved when he offered to help me find what I needed. And then went above and beyond to help install and explain everything. I've never walked out of an auto parts store so happy.

Didnt appreciate how the youngest employee acted ! Asked him to either give me a new battery and honor my warentee ,he tested the battery said it was at 60% and said it was my alternator. I told him I wanted a battery that was 100%. He jumped my car and I took it to my mechanic ,it was NOT my alternator !! I'm done doing busisness there until they can get employees there that knows what they should know before they blame the customer !! That battery cost me over $200.00 !!!

Customer service sorely lacking. An elderly family member stopped to have a battery changed in a vehicle. The workers told them they weren t qualified , no explanation. I called to talk to the manager Brian and his customer service is a reflection on the employees. I told him that his employees dismissed my family member, Brian stated at the end of the day they got the message across they couldn t change the battery He was as dismissive as the employees were. Done doing business with them.

Went there to put some emergency oil in my car after realizing that it had a leak. They were super helpful and knowing we were on a budget, matched a price we found elsewhere. The guy who checked us out was super friendly and quick. Thanks guys!

The gentlemen at the store are amazing. Traveling through area with pickup and trailer and had wheel bearings give out. We went here and bought supplies and they allowed us to fix our truck in the parking lot. Thanks to the amazing staff at this store for helping us get back on the road.

I will never go back. I called to get a price on a couple of parts I needed, I knew exactly what I needed. Was told the price, and was pretty happy that it was less than what I expected. Went in to get them, and was told it would actually be double what I was originally told. Was irritated, but figured it was just a miscommunication. Went in once again, and was told yet another price, which was more again. Called corporate, was told they don't even have the part I need in stock, and that they can special order it for me for less than they quoted me.

Needed two filters said they would be in on Tuesday. Went to pick them up and one was there the other one wasn't. Had to go back the next day to get the filter. As we do not live in town it was an extra trip.

Excellent experience here. Needed a sunshade for my windshield and the guy allowed me to try it out to see what size fit. He was also kind enough to hold my puppy when it was going crazy in the car.. legit

do a lot of my business there there parts ain't great always have to replace the part 2 or 3 times and the guy Tom that works there needs to be put out the door he dont know what hes doing call and ask him a question best hang up all he does is gives you the basic on the part and nothing more always hang up and its like if I didnt think of that would I have called needs to kick all them workers out and hirer the real people that know what they are doing

My daughter recently relocated to North Platte, NE from Atlanta Georgia. Within two weeks of being there in North Platte the battery in her car died. She drives a vehicle that has an odd battery placement. She called home to let us know and we started sending her to various automotive businesses in North Platte and could not find anyone to help us out. Finally, I contacted Oriellys and they told me to have her come by and they would look at it. I then contacted my daughter and advised my daughter to go by Oriellys. Once she got there they looked at the vehicle and got on the phone with me here in Atlanta. Brian advised me on what he could do and walked me through the process. He let me know that he to was a father and that he would do everything he could to get her taken care of. Having your daughter so far away from home is not very comforting to a father..........knowing that there are folks out there that understand that is very comforting. Orielly's and store manager, Brian, in North Platte wentway above and beyond to take care of my daughter and for that Orielly's has won my business for life!!!! Thanks Brian!! I hope your company knows what they have in an employee like you.

Very expressive! Employees not very eager to help .And when I go in a place to order a part for my car and the employees have no idea what I'm talking about. I will take my business elsewhere. Every other part store around here knew exactly what I was talking about and needed.
