I had a front end alignment done. I am happy with the work, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Price was reasonable, and in line with other shops.

Had a flat tire, staff was unwilling to fit me in to change it out, even though it takes about 5 min to do. This was the fourth tire shop I had visited and gotten the same response, so it might just be a North Platte thing. That being said the staff was polite and professional and gave me a couple other places to check out to get help. But based on past experience in other cities I ve never had a shop unwilling to help with a flat tire, pretty disappointing.

First of all I want to thank Bud and his team they are the best I ve ever dealt with in the tire business! We were in North Platt July 12th 2023 with 1 blown out tire on a 24 tandem dual flatbed trailer, called Nebraskaland tire spoke to Malissa asked her if they had my tire size she replied sure do in-stock as a matter of fact ! Told her I would be there in 15 min and to hang on to the tire . Made it to the shop and immediately they started working on the tire while examining my other tires I noticed an issue with two other tires and had them replaced also ! Now I buy lots of tires being in the oil and gas industry here in Texas we go through plenty of tires and travel quite a bit and everyone knows how tires and mechanic work seems to go up in price with out of state tags on your vehicle ? Not the case here ! Ya know the story we all do if you re over 30 years old? Well l can attest that Bud , Malissa and crew treated us like we had known each other for years, it s so awesome to find there are still some nice , friendly, professional business owners around ! Just wanted to let everyone know that lives in the North Platt area you guys have the best professional tire shop I ve ever walked into , keep up the great work guys and thanks again from Fletcher Industries !B. CUSTOMER SERVICE WOW!!!After a bad experience at Modern Tire Pros, I came to Nebraska Land for the first time. Long story short, I'm on a loooong trip across the country and had a blowout on the freeway near North Platte. Bud, the Manager of the shop literally bent over backwards to get me back on the road. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days and so being very impressed, I wanted to leave a positive review. Shout out to Melissa for picking up the new tires within 20 minutes from the local warehouse. I came in as a customer in need and left feeling like I made genuine friends. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work!

My wife s car picked up a couple nails yesterday afternoon about 3 pm. I quickly changed her tire and brought the tire into Nebraskaland Tire where they had it done in about an hour and a half. I had the repaired tire back on the car shortly after five. Quick and courteous service!

Excellent service. Bud was running the shop alone, his crew was gone to lunch. He bent over backwards to accommodate us and other customers that came in around the same time. Bud's the man!

Bud Ham and his crew were great. I pulled in after replacing a flat on our fifth wheel, 7 miles outside of town. I was looking to replace all the tires including the spare. I was looking for Goodyear Endurance as I had good luck with them in the past. We got a little lucky and they had them in stock. His guys went to work on them immediately and we were back on the road in about an hour.I would definitely recommend Nebraskaland Tire in North Platte for all your tire needs.

Like many other reviewers have said this location is TOP NOTCH!We recently traveled from Indiana to Utah on vacation when the alternator in our van decided it was the right time to die We were in North Platte and had a few options this location had the absolute best reviews. We had our vehicle dropped off by the tow driver about 30 minutes prior to the shop opening. As soon as the doors opened I spoke with the office staff and explained our situation. The changed their schedule so they could replace our alternator first thing. They told us it would be around two hours. Luckily they have a LOVELY waiting area, which allowed us, our three kids and dog to wait. They had the repair done in one hour and ten minutes! We were back on the road in no time and they saved our vacation! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team! FROM THE VERY BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You guys ROCK!

I came in yesterday in the middle of a 1200 mile road trip for an alignment due to my car pulling to the right so much it was becoming exhausting to drive. This was around 9am Tuesday June 21st and the gentleman at the front desk (I forget his name but it started with a B I think) got me in immediately, I was told by 6 other businesses they couldn t get me in until next week, and within an hour I was back on the road. I was told there was something bent that caused the alignment to be so out of whack and I would need to get it checked out but they assured me it was safe to drive and they got it from a +12 to a -1, I don t know what that means but it worked wonders. The peace of mind alone was worth the expense and the difference was so noticeable I was able to finish the journey in record time. I really appreciate the care given by the team to an out of towner in need of help, there s still good people out there.

Bud and his crew did an outstanding job on short notice to install a new brake line for our Jeep Wrangler. We were just passing through and discovered the line had developed a hole which made the vehicle undrivable. They understood our need to get it repaired quickly so we could continue our trip and agreed to work on it without an appointment. Once they saw the problem, they did a thorough job explaining the work to be performed, got the parts and finished the repair in under two hours so we were back on the road. In the end, the line looks awesome and they even took the extra effort to clean the tire that was covered in brake fluid.

Took my pickup to get alignment as we just replaced tires ball joints and all steering parts and it came out of alignment not even a week later so we call take it back in and it s worse not only that both appointments were set and we waited for 4 hours both time ridiculous

Bud and team are incredible! We experienced a blow-out while driving through Nebraska. To make it more challenging we needed a unique tire. While that didnt exist, Nebraskaland worked to find me a suitable option to continue our journey. OH BTW, they had us moving within an hour. These 5 Stars don't even come close to showing how much I appreciate their entire team.

Very happy with Bud and the crew. Took our car in for a routine tire rotation. We were in and out in a reasonably quick time and I am confident in their skill to do the job right. Definitely recommend for fair and experienced tire and vehicle repair

Heading back to Wisconsin from Denver and encountered a vehicle issue. Was there when they opened the next morning and not only was Bud able to get the vehicle checked out a short time later, the guys were able to make the repair in record time. Even though my circumstances left me vulnerable to be taken advantage of, that certainly wasn t the case - what I was charged was very fair and reasonable with outstanding service. I am very impressed with Nebraskaland Tire & Service.

Bait and switch. I called ahead to see if they could replace an oil pan gasket. It is leaking so bad that changing the oil without addressing the gasket is pointless. I was told they could replace the gasket. I dropped my truck off. Got a phone call that the part was hard to find (91 f150). They could order it so I agreed. Hours later another call. None of our techs are qualified to make the repair, we recommend someone else BUT we did get the oil changed.. So now when I take it to mechanic to get the gasket replaced, I get to pay for another 5 quarts of oil.

I was traveling with my travel trailer and needed 4 new tires for it. These wonderful people got me in and put them on the trailer in an extremely short time. And the manager is already a bright spot on my trip.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! If you care about your vehicle or your property don't go here. Went in to have a screw taken out of my tire. Was told it would take 30 minutes. Two and half hours later got a phone call they couldn't repair my tire as there was wires hanging out but no mention of these so called wires prior to taking my tire off. I went there my tire was off my car and a large piece of my tire was was gone, That they did with their equipment. They took no responsibility for this at all. Costing me a new tire which of course I did not purchase from them, They gave me a quote for 4 new tires that I did not need for almost 1,700 Said they could not fix the tire as it was unsafe to drive on. Left with my tire still having the screw in it. As I got in my car to leave had to go back in and ask for my keys. After several minutes of them looking for my keys and not finding them, they again ask me if I was sure my keys weren't in my car. REALLY!!!! They then found them in a tool box. Stay away from this place.
