I was looking an Air conditioner condenser for exchange and replace under my garantee for the damage condenser that was leaking. I talk to Mr.Kurt Oliva and he kindly help me and order for me the part . Next day I pass by Nebraska truck center were I pick my new condenser . Thank you Kurt.

Criminals. Overcharged me over $500. When called out after I caught thier "mistake" I was offered free labor on an oil change service with them. No Thanks. When i pointed out where the labor hours weren't correct, shop Forman just said "Hmmm...Don't know why the system did that." Contacted the corporate office thru email and never heard back from them.Beware Drivers

Towed on at 4 a.m. unannounced. Got me in first thing after they opened at 730. Back on the road in less than three hours. Didn't set off my ELD either...

The guys got me in quick and back on the road parts took a day but no blame on NTC. Everyone was friendly and did a good job. Would recommend and come back.

Nice staff get work you in as soon as they can smoke free driver lounge free coffee and pop corn if you get hotel room they gave you ride and pickup from hotel friendly people quick start work as well

Came here for service of my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia with dpf knock sensor and drive axle sensor issues. Took me within an hour into the bay, diagnosed, replaced the drive axle sensor and ordered the knock sensor (as they out of stock at the shop) with next day delivery in the morning. Returned next morning replaced, diagnosed and I am on the road again. Thank you.Very professional staff, especially service manager Brandon. The driver lounge is clean, quiet and cool with relaxing recliner chairs and free Wi-Fi. Weekdays they are open 7:30am till 10 pm.

I bring 2016 freightliner cascadia a weird electric problem, while I am driving on the pump road it shut off and comes up quickly, and if I disconnected my trailer a low battery voltage warning sign it comes up, and when I connected trailer it goes up to 13.2, and I went to two shops and I was spent $1,417.98 and they're told me I have a Sam chassis problem or ECM, then I come this freightliner dealer in N platte nebraska I explained the problem i have and also gave the recipient of the repair I did it, then they told wait a little bit we ganna check what is going on, after maybe an hour or less, they come and pulled in to the shop, fortunately a few minutes later they told me good news your truck is ready, and your bill is $177.66 problem solved excellent job I am recommending 100%

10 outta 10, would gets repairs again, at least here, definitely.WFX driver, got towed in yesterday, truck was in shop by 8am and back on the road by 11:30am.Staff was polite, paperwork was very detailed and clear.

Asking for some help because my owner operator is having a bunk heater cooling leak and he s carrying a live load, this is very easy job for you guys I assume, even for myself I can replace but this new driver is scare and struggling to do it, lady on the other side was like I m sorry we a book out until Wednesday for f sake if you book out the whole month, we gonna have to wait ? Is like a hospital with no emergency

Great place. Brandon has great customer service, always polite and answered all my questions, worked with me to get the part I needed faster. I spent 8 days here, but once the part arrived truck was fixed in less than a day. Mechanics did a Great job replacing the part, everything looks back in place neat and clean. Thank you.

Had a problem with the DPF filter got there when they open at 7:30, they had me in at 9:00 and fixed by 10:30 and on the road. They had great customer service and a really nice driver's lounge.

Called Monday morning and talked to Brandon. He said he would have me in by Wednesday and hopefully running by end of the week. Truck was in a day early and finished Wednesday and was very reasonably priced. Hopefully when I need a shop again I'm close by this one.

Well-outfitted place. Unfortunately they only accept job applications via Indeed when everyone knows those companies' information ALWAYS ends up hacked.Too bad! Those of us concerned about information security shouldn't literally be discriminated against. Guess they don't want intelligent employees who are uncomfortable sharing their personal information online.

Great place to come get your truck fixed. Very kind People here. In, diagnosis, fix and out in a flash. Drivers lounge is clean and has great recliners and I think if you need to stay overnight they will bring you to and fro a hotel.

Brandon is a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service representative. He made sure that we knew what was going on with my truck and made sure we got to our motel and back to the shop when the truck was fixed. Unbelievably they even had all the parts in house. Thank you to your whole entire staff and to you, Brandon! Highly recommend Nebraska Truck Center!

I'm a critic of most dealerships as there always seems to be some underhanded practices going on in them and most work at a snail's pace seemingly milking the company for warranty work expenses, however this place was the exception to my prior experiences. They communicated clearly and in a timely fashion and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Hope I never break down again, but if I do, I'd prefer it would be in North Platte rather than somewhere else.

They fixed my truck I am buying very quickly had a engine issue but they not only fixed it they made the truck run way better than it did when I first got the truck and I am getting way better fuel mileage now thank you very much I appreciate it

Everyone was really nice but stopping here was a complete waste of time. 2022 Cascadia has a deep "thunk" loud enough to be someone smashing the hood from the inside with a sledge hammer full force... feels like the wheels suddenly tilt as if something broke loose. This occurs once (but almost every time) when truck is under load when the steers are turned to either side while moving or turned back to straight. So once each time the wheels are turned... and not even sharply. Turning the wheels enough to make a wide left turn is enough for it to occur. This makes backing more than interesting.Feels like something in the steering or springs. It does not happen when not under a load. I'm guessing it starts around 76klbs total?They had the truck for 2 days and couldn't find anything that would make the truck jar with such force. It can't be nothing. This isn't some one time occurrence.

I had issues with my truck staying running. He walked me thru and stayed on the phone with me till the issue was resolved. It was a blessing that he took the time out to get me on the road again. The best service by phone ever. They are skilled professionals and will be back for my truck needs.

I gave 3 stars because that seems like a neutral selection. The wait wasn't too long and they had no problems giving me a ride. I gave 3 stars because they said what was wrong with my truck was that they had to replace 6 injectors, which are in the engine. I drove about 500 miles before breaking down again for the same reason. Apparently driving it just made it worse. And no, there we're not any engine lights on or anything indicating that the truck needs service.

Tow my truck in on the 05/11 sleep in the truck for the next morning 5/12 I was told part would not arrive till next morning the 13th had to go find a hotel 5/13 I was told guys a working long hours they had to come in the next day morning to finish the job, had to go find a hotel and I was guarantee that the truck will be ready 05/14 here I am seating at the lobby for that guaranteed 11:00pm (current time)Not only I spend much money on transportation fee back and forth to the hotel, I paid for 2 nights for hotel worrying about that live load that sitting outside the lot not to end up damage, broker call non stopping for an update,To be continue

Could not be happier with the service I received today.. I called at 830 to see if they could get me in for a voltage issue and they said to come on in.. arrived at 9 am and they got me right in and got problem found.. and replaced my alternator.. Was out the door and trucking by 1030.. great service reasonable prices and friendly staff.. I will be back again... thank you.

I drove my first truck for a living in 1971 when I was 17. I've been around the block a few times. I was very impressed with everyone involved in getting me back on the road. Thank you for the "old school" way of doing business.
