Mike is fantastic. I was heading back to Ottawa, Canada, after riding the Wyoming BDR on my Tenere 700. On that trip I'd blown my Rally Raid forks dampers on a rough section and needed to at least replace a fork seal and all the fork oil. I knew how to do the work myself but didn't have all the tools to do it properly trailside. Mike was kind enough to lend me his shop where he put my bike up on a stand and offered me whatever tools and supplies I needed. In a few hours I was able to completely strip, clean, and rebuild my forks with new seal and oil, getting me back on the road safely for another few thousand kms ride home. Mike only charged me $25 for the seal and fork oil! Amazing. It was clear in chatting with him, his staff, and his customers that he's highly knowledgeable and respected. I also heard from a guy in Ogallala that he runs the best shop in the region. I'm confident Mike will give solid advice and top quality work on whatever you ride. Had a motorcycle tire fixed after a dealership in southern California made a mess and the tire leaked like crazy. Mike's fixed it up quick and I still have both arms and legs. They have helmets and other riding gear as well as oils and other service items. I'll be back 10 outa 10

I've been here multiple times and had awesome service. They did exactly what I asked with no surprises. I asked them to check brake pads while replacing a rear tire expecting them to just change them, but the were honest and said the pads were fine.

I'm from Texas my motorcycle broke down 70 miles from here Hunters Wrecker Service towed me to Mike's. Mike told me who the Harley guy is in town and Mike trailered my bike to Midwest Cycle And ATV Repair.He let me keep my bike trailer at his place. I highly recommend this place. Very nice staff helping a traveler in a bad situation.

I m torn. They do solid work but Mike is the one and only mechanic. So don t expect anything to get fixed today or even tomorrow.It s a 2-3 week waiting list.

I was stranded with a flat tire on my touring motorcycle on I-80 (40 miles west of North Platte). I had been sitting in the ditch of the extremely busy highway all afternoon and had run out of options getting assistance. Despite being very busy, Mike came and got us off the highway and back to his shop. He had the new tire on that same evening and even ran me back and forth to the hotel! They have worked on both my motorcycles. I usually do my own work, but to get warranty, I ll take it to them. Trust worthy, They always got me in and out as promised. Good reliable customer service! I drive all the way from Colorado just for them! Keep up the good work and thank you !

If I could give 10 stars I would. Mike was an amazing sales person. Very friendly and had excellent customer service. Will definitely do busy with him again. Will recommend this busy to everyone I come in contact with. Thank you Mike for all your help in purchasing a riding mower. Very pleased.

I was passing by on the highway and my bike dumped all the oil out on the road. It took a couple phone calls but I was recommended to call Mike. He came out and picked me and my bike up when others said they wouldn t because I was to far from them. Then he got the bike repaired as swiftly and as expertly as possible. There were parts that needed to be overnighted and they didn t come in till after his shop was normally closed on Saturday. Mike stayed and got me back on the road. I would definitely recommend this place to get your repairs done.

Was stuck with a flat on a cross country trip on my CBR F4i. I called Mike's first thing in the morning. They didn't have room that day, but I told them my circumstances and they told me to come right in, they had me on the road within the hour. Great people, great service...and they gave me a free t-shirt.

Mike tuned up my first "real" bike (1980 Honda CB900) back in 1983 and is still working on them today. Very reasonably priced labor and parts, I was very impressed with Justin's soldering skills! Something I SUCK at and he did it in record time. I will be taking my old Goldwing in again whenever there's a problem. I have always liked Mike, he's a hard working man who really knows a lot about motorcycles and how to repair them. We are lucky to have a small business like his in our community, that's what helps keep us "poor guy's" riding our old outdated bikes! These are not good people. I was quoted $130 and charged $505! And I was told I would receive a $60 rebate for my tires and when I picked up the bike there was no rebate. When I asked they said they don't know why I was told that but it was J.D. that told me I was getting the rebate and J.D. that told me he didn't know why I was told that. Crooked. I would never reccomend anyone that does business this way.

Got a flat on my bike heading back to Michigan on a Saturday night, had to wait till Monday, called before his scheduled hours and Mike answers, brought a trailer over picked up me and the bike and had me on the road in about an hour. Amazing people, excellent staff, can't say enough good about this place. Thanks Mike!!

I went to Mike's looking for some maintenance items for my bike. He had everything I needed. I was hoping to buy a hot weather riding jacket. All he had was leather. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was towed to Mikes with a broken Ural (Russian Motorcycle). Mike and his crew treated us like family. They troubleshot my broken bike right away, then gave me the bad news as well as a couple options. Everyone, and I mean Everyone, from the guy who stopped to help 75 miles north, the tow driver, the tellers at the bank, the waitress, to the desk clerks at the hotel all had great things to say about Mike's. I am now counted among them..I would recommend Mike's with no hesitation. He was fair, up front and went the extra mile to help. He even held his crew over after work to help us load three bikes in our rental truck.North Platte is lucky!

I was on a road trip from Wisconsin to Colorado when my Harley broke down in North Platte and I couldn't fix it. I got a tow to Mike's and he got me in right away. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and for a reasonable price.

Great customer service, don t get me wrong. They do terrible work. Ive taken my dirt bike there 3 times this summer and they still haven t got it running right. Really nice people.

Very personal and helpful staff. I have not shopped their ATVs and Motorcycles but they are a premiere dealer for Traeger smokers and I ve been incredibly impressed by the smoker. Great shop, highly recommended!

I got there 3 minutes after they closed. One of the employees saw me park as he was leaving for the day. He re-opened the store up for me so I could get what I needed. Great Service!!!! I don't give reviews much but I thought they deserved a good review for their exceptional service!!! A perfect example of going above and beyond.!!!

Failed to tighten pushrods on my shovel head causing them to loosen up while test riding. Told them to replace the battery cable they replaced one end of it leaving the other messed up end in place. Told them to weld a nut to fender so I could use the same seat stud as what is currently used by harley and they put the wrong nut on. One visit 3 things they messed up. Careful with what you take to them.
