I got towed in during this recent cold blast where the Temps were reaching 18 below during the day and off the charts at night ...trucks where gelling up all over and Gabe and his crew did the absolute best they could for the situation they had....countless drivers were coming in froze up,gelled up,and blown tires and every driver came in just screaming but Gabe and his crew just told them that they were backed up and they would be put on the list and they would have to wait thier turn and when drivers would yell and scream they would be professional and responded respectfully and professional....I was treated fantastic throughout the entire time my truck was in the shop....they gave me a ride to and from the hotel and had me up and going the next morning....I will definitely go out of my way to have work done at this particular shop again...

Well I had my ac system worked on at this location. A little bit over 1900 bucks just to find out they didn't replace the expansion valve that they charged me for and the 48oz of freon the charged me for didn't get put in either. I should have just waited on the dealer in town to do it. And I thought Gabe was joking when he said he screws drivers over.

I was only there for 30 min. The shower was clean but the towel smelled funny. Hours later I can still smell it on me

This review is for the truck care shop. Very rude customer service. Please take your business somewhere else. They don t even say hi or greet they just stare at you until you say something and they scream and talk very rudely. Very disgraceful behavior. I would rate them -5 rating star if it was an option. Its hard to believe that it is owned by Loves. Usually they are nice but not this location.

8/5/23 early morning around 2AM my tire boomed. I got here and sleep over. When I woke up, after breakfast and shower around 11AM I checked in for tire change. They get my name my phone number and size/loc tire. They gave me the price and they told me 7 truck front of me so it gonna be take 6-7 hours. I said okay and wait till 7pm. I get in office, shift changed different people behind of the desk so 7pm ask to how many truck left front of me, I told them I'm in the list. They said "You are not on the list. If you want we can put you but probably it gonna take 4-5 hours.". I tried to explain them I was waiting like 8 hours but they don't give a.... When I try to talk more (no yelling no curse no unrespect anything) but nope. Finally they refuse to service me. If you have a chance DO NOT COME HERE. I lost 18 hours...

Absolutly the WORST service at the Loves Truck Tire Care. Waited 3 hours because they had to put 2 tires on the truck in front of me. Eventually after they looked at my tire that needed replacing, they tell me that they don't have a 11R steer tyre in stock, they can't help me. I then had to convince them by showing them on the tire that it is not a 11R but a R22.5 of which they did have in stock. The so called technicians has the worst attitude towards the clients and has no sense of customer service at all. I will NEVER do ANY work at Loves Truck Care again. I'm not supposed to be angered close to breaking point by persons who is supposed the render me a very expensive paid service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If it is possible never go here for repairs is the worst staff I have ever seen. My story did check in they said to wait for about 4 hours. Because have some people in line. So I waited for 6 hours and checked that no trucks were serviced for 6 hours. I decided to figure out what is going on and they were closed I went to front desk to ask when they take me but they said they closed but they should work 24 hours. So I don t know why they take me and just close shop and go home. I just lost 6 hours and it is night and I can t go anywhere else.

The general manager Jeremy Thiry, is an awesome person. very caring, a man with integrity. Everyone that works there has a great attitude. You really need to stop there and experience this for yourself.

There s a lazy black guy who works here who doesn t want to work, he came and waited for 2 hours, he promised to change the tire, and then he ll tell me to do it tomorrow.

If you have any questions or concerns about anything on early morning shift at this store Do Not approach the shift manager. She's a young girl with clown color hair with absolutely no idea how to talk to customers and likes to threatening to call the police even though she's the one harassing you

Called road service guy at 6 pm and he said he will send someone at 10 pm. Later i called 11 pm at night and these guys did not wanted to get out and they called driver saying their service truck broke down. JUSTIN is service advisor made this up.He said call manager in morning. RUBERTO to ask them if they can send someoneI REALLY WISH THERE WAS NEGATIVE STAR FOR THESE PEOPLE

Nick was the over night hand in the shop tonight. He was quick, nice, and knew his stuff. Best of all, I run an uncommon tire on my truck, and they had a full set in stock. I'll definitely be back.

Worst shop ever, waited for 5 hours to have a tire change then they changed it, drove 60 miles and the tire blew out, called them that night they said ok we going to fix it in the morning, called them in the morning they say let me talk to the manager, and after that they told me that it s my fault and if i want to replace it I need to pay 900$ for the road service, and they very rude and hung up on me couple of times and told me not to call them anymore, very rude and unprofessional

Stopped to get a mud flap Steven Peterson in the tire care was rude and unprofessional wanted to fight with me and had a very bad attitude. I will be logging a complaint with corporate.

Wayyyyyy too overpriced. 790+ tax for an oil change. 6-7 hour wait time on top of the overpricing.I have never paid such a price for an oil change.

How in the world is love's taking care of this place they lie straight to your face.They tell you have to wait 3 to 4 hours and then 6 hours later we can't get to you till morning the owner's of love's needs to get handle on this place ps: don't count on getting your tire fixed quickly.

I called them for road service, they said about " 4 hours" but nobody didn't come ,I called them again and they said " Mechanic went home for the day " they didn't even called back and let me know

very unpleasant guys work here do not advise anyone to deal with them, because in 99% of the case you will get a bad attitude towards yourself and the work done, there are a lot of more respected people nearby who have an excellent approach to their work, as befits a professional the name Boss truck shop

Standard truck/car stop. Has a gift shop and fast food available. Easy off and on for the freeway
