To start off with, this Inland truck service in North Platte Nebraska. Deserves 10 stars. . My radiator blew out, my truck is a T6 80 Kenworth. Went in and talk to the service manager Travis. They checked out The problem and ordered me a radiator for next day delivery. I showed up the next morning at 0900 work was completed and done by 1400. Travis is upfront with you very humble kind man, all the workers here are very humble and polite. Drivers please don t ruin good respectable honest workmanship at this Inland truck service. My boss is real satisfied and happy with the price and the amount. Clean clean facility nice drivers lounge with refreshments. The workers here really appreciate their job, and it shows. Again thank you Inland truck service management please take note do you have a wonderful staff here I felt very accepted. You have a great great service manager Travis thank you very much for your hard work. You re the best Travis thumbs up to you.

First of all, I would like to thank Travis the service manager for helping me out and taking his time to help me. They were very professional. They don't beat around the Bush. Right off the bat he told me. It would be a while before they get to me. Pretty much in 1 day they figured it out and took care of my truck. They had wonderful electrical team there. That got to the problem right away. Thanks again.

I was in this shop several weeks ago. I had some problems with my dif that got rebuilt 6 months ago. They got me in right away and fixed my issue no questions asked. Very Profesional!! The mechanic who worked on my Pete gave me some insights on a few things with my truck as well. I couldn't have prayed for better service than was provided. This is a company who stands behind their work and does it with integrity. IF YOU bring you trucks here you can trust it will be done right and you will not only have you equipment back in good standing but have a team of great guys who you can trust to have your best interest at heart. Thank you!

We have sent 2 of our trucks there now and the last 2 times we have had to send them right back due to not being fixed. The truck now has been there 3xs in a row and the issue hasn t been fixed .

What great service! Had an air leak under my cab. They were obviously busy. Travis asked if I could wait until 9 o'clock. Didn't even have to wait until 9 and Bryan jumped on it and had me down the road in no time. Clean shop, friendly people and great service. Thanks to all.

Guys saved me 2 times on the road. First time, about an year ago with driveline problem. And now, second time with PTO. Guys are amazing, helpful and very professional. Especially, general manager Grant Woods. He decided to help me on weekend instead of relaxing. Thank you so much.

I built a custom driveshaft for my 86 Chevy truck and had it balanced. Excellent turnaround and good price. Upon installation, realized I measured 1/2" too long. Panicked and made a huge mistake trying to shorten the tube. Bought new tube a brought all components to Inland. Upon removing the weld yokes, the technician (Brenden) accidentally went through the yoke with the lathe. He called me immediately, explained what happened and scrambled to find a new yoke. Found one and the driveshaft done that afternoon. Kudos to the driveline department for making sure everything was done on my driveshaft was done correctly! Thank you again!

Wonderfully helpful people. Had a ruptured exhaust on motorhome and they went out or their way to supply needed repair items and even provided assistance for the repair in their parking lot. So fortunate to have found them on a Saturday.

Had an alligator come up underneath trailer snapped a brake hose fitting. Nothing major but stopped in and Travis, the service manager quickly identified parts and he and his mechanic jumped on it and fixed fitting. Maybe a 15 minute visit. Just impressed how they were concerned about getting me back on the road. Thanks guys!

Have a 2016 Kenworth T800, they put a brand new transmission in it with a clutch. I'm not lying when I tell you they told me my pusher axle air supply was wrong so they connected it into the primary air tank so all my air bags had 125 lbs of air in them. Plus they put a solo clutch in and less than a year later it needs to be replaced because they get dirty and don't adjust anymore. They're over an hour away so there is no making it right. Maybe someone else can learn from my experience.Service: Transmission

They sold me part twice the price what they cost. I asked to give me a price on repair they told me will call you with a price, instead they call me when repair was done, over churche about 50% good luck and be careful.
