Great friendly team. I busted out the back of my window an they was nice enough to clean all the glass out of my truck an put plastic over my window until I got it fixed!!

We had a shower glass installed and it is amazing. Glass Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. They also replaced some glass panes in our fireplace lantern. My windshield was recently busted while driving on highway 30, I went immediately in as I had a warranty on my windshield from having it replaced 11 months prior. Katie made arrangements to have it all fixed for me the very next day which was awesome! They have always been super professional and friendly to work with and my wife and I highly recommend them. Shout out to Bobbie who changed out both windshields as well he is also such a pleasure to work with!!

We had a chip in our window and had called a few other places in North Platte, Glass Doctor was able to fit us in last minute and it took them only 15 minutes to repair. While waiting my 2 month old baby got a little fussy and they were very accommodating to helping me get him settled and offered their office for me to feed him. Will be coming here for all of our repairs and glass services from now on. I highly recommend them for your Windshield repairs and more!Service: Auto windshield repair

Dave and I are extremely satisfied with our new sliding glass patio door from Glass Doctor!! The guys were very friendly, and worked steadily to remove the old set and replace the new door & windows. They respected our property and pets during the process and left us with a beautiful, well insulated, and spotless 3-pane patio door. Katie was the best at scheduling and rescheduling due to illness and Garrett and Austin did a fantastic job at installing my windows. They were very professional and very friendly especially to my little granddaughters. They work tirelessly until the job was done and left my garage cleaner than when they started. Glass doctor was amazing! We had a window break due to the cold and there was no replacement windows anywhere. They had us come down and wrapped our window with crash wrap and made it so we were set until the new window arrived. It came in and they replaced it that day. Love their friendly customer service. Garrett and Austen are the best!! Installation of a new door, plus 13 new double paned windows was efficient, professional and more than timely (less than two days). They are perfectionists and ensure that the windows fit, function and are cleaned before leaving the job site. The space used for preparation of the windows, trim, and screens was left in tip-top condition, without any sign of cutting, sawing, etc. Highly recommend The Glass Doctor, as well as talking with Mark at Mead Lumber if you need windows. Katie in the office is the #1 Best and is patient, professional and knowledgeable...Keep up the great work!!! We were impatient yet excited to get our new windows and knew they would take some time to be shipped and Glass Doctor communicated with us ever step of the way.Installation day came and the 3 gentlemen were professional, courteous and had a sense of humor. We were excited for this day and they did an amazing job and the windows look fantastic. Friendly staff, fast sevice.I called when I was 30 minutes away passing through, they got me in and out in about 30 minutes or less for a rock chip in my windshield. Thank you Katie and Bobby!

he put a out side lock on our pella sliding door so that we can lock it from the out side and the inside. they are so great to work with and did what they said they would so .office girl(don't know her name) was a joy to work with, I will definely use them again and reccomend them to everyone

Found a rock chip and called Glass Doctor. Katie was amazing. Told me to come on down and they could squeeze me in. 30 minutes later, rock chip was repaired and I was on my.
