Absolutely terrible parking lot. Backing is already somewhat tight here, but that gets worse as lazy drivers create their own parking while the lot is half full. The potholes at the CAT scale exit look hungry for tires so drivers beware. I won't be stopping here for anything anymore, WE DRIVERS DESERVE BETTER!!! All my business goes to Cubby's a half hour East now. Their lot may be smaller but they're friendlier and your tires won't be destroyed getting in and out.

It is not clear what prevented the snow from being removed before it turned into ice hummocks, but on January 22, trucks got stuck in the parking lot, they were able to leave the ice pits only with outside help. Walking in the truck parking lot was a separate circus attraction, with the risk of injury.

This place does not do well when it comes to help with the safety of their drivers. Snowed overnight and it s 7.30am with no plowing trucks on site and truckers are stuck. This is a bad way to treat your customers more especially when you know drivers need to get out in the morning. You guys should do better.

If OneNine,Pilot, Flying J appreciates their drivers; please give them their loyalty rewards. 55 min on customer service line before they hung up and still don t have rewards.

Midway point and fuel stop for all my roads trips to Lincoln. Gas is usually cheaper than in town. Cashiers are friendly. Restrooms are clean. Showers are clean. Shelves are stocked and ready to grab my goodies. I wish they had a better restaurant than a Denny's YUCK.

To many truck drivers their dog is the most important thing they have with them, even more than the shirt on their back. Trucker dogs keep up moral and combat the loneliness of this lifestyle. I say this because the staff at the North Platte, NE Flying J were very friendly and accommodating to my four legged copilot. Even the Denny's gave me a complementary pup cup for her. This attention to customer service for the both of us made our day wonderful.

10/31/23 Worst service I ve ever had at a restaurant. I was seated and waited over half an hour and ended up leaving without dinner. No one came to take my order and the restaurant had maybe 4 guest. A family of three came in 20 min after I was there and within 10 minutes had a server take their order. The hostess, waiter and waitress walked by my booth on a number of occasions and acted like I wasn t even there. They even saw me out on my sweater, grab my bag and and finish my tea then proceeded to leave and nothing. Like I was invisible. As I m walking out I see a customer that was placing a to go order at the same time I was being seated receive his meal. It s very disappointing especially after a long shift of delivering goods across the country in this cold to be completely ignored.

The store refuses to get rid of some of the snow make drivers pay for parking when interstate is closed trucks sliding around nearly killing people and state even if they are just fueling and parking again that they are not at fault even though they yet to get the main drive plowed because there is to many trucks in the lot. And you can barely turn your truck let alone pull forward and reverse to prevent tires from freezing from ice forming when sitting so long. Then the manager and employees during the day sit and laugh in your face due to you having to pay for parking in this event and then you fall even walking up the sidewalk due to poor maintenance. So what every truck driver has been told today was we don't care when it even comes to cleaning the bathrooms and showers. If I could rate -10 stars on this truck stop I would. I been stuck 3 days here payed parking due to storm and it's the most disgusting facility I've ever had to sit at regardless of weather situations.

Everything looks ok. I did not like that they put the wash machine right in the middle of the showers. Service is ok. The parking lot is not bad I like that it has an entrance and an exit. Everytime it has a Denny's j give it a plus, theirs one here.

Absolutely Horrible!! Management- you already know - so fix it! People were literally slip sliding & falling in the parking lot, and a rig was stuck in a massive hidden, water filled crater in the lot. This has been like this for years now. Nasty place & obviously cannot keep up with it. Avoid if you can get to the next safe & clean place. Truckers deserve better than this. I m not exaggerating when I state that this place is disgusting & the lot is worse than riding on a bad bumpy highway. Should be closed down for repairs . You are risking tearing up your rig & paying for a tow if you get stuck in the craters as this guy had too in the pic. Read other reviews- same thing . I don t know who owns these places, but they obviously don t care about the drivers & the money they are dropping in your store! Treat drivers better & without all these extra hassles & expenses! I see big time law suits . Plow your lots ! Wish there was an option for zero stars.

2 Feb 2024, 0800 local time, Shower #3Outside temp is 34�, Shower room feels like 35�. Jeez turn the heat on !!The air vent above the sink is missing the center vent, so I shoved your washcloth in it to keep it from blowing the cold air directly on my back while I shaved. You know I really love this location. Decent food. Friendly folks. Chris the manager seems like a genuinely good guy. My only complaint is there is always something wrong with the washer and/or driers and by always I mean for the last few months. I know, I know, call the number on the machine and file a complaint. When the pilots internet rarely works it s hard to do that from inside the store. Like I said I love the location and the people that work here. I just wish someone could do something about this issue. I frequent this location 2wice a week and would love to my laundry while taking a shower after a long hard day on the road. I spend money here on food, fuel, and sometimes dennys. I hate saying this but I am about to drive myself across the street to the Loves and give them my business because I m not going to spend money here waiting for clothes to finish across the street.

No signs on the diesel pumps saying they don't work!!! Driving 41ft coach and towing a truck!!! CAN NOT BACK UP!! Also should have sign that says RVs only as we need the area to make turns and such. And not selling propane now!!!

Horrible DEF quality. After I filled in my DEF tank, amd drove for 50 miles the soot level went up to 130%. The REGEN system wasn't working. Don't buy DEF here

Poor customer service showers are not being cleaned in orderly fashion there saying it's a 45 minute wait for showers but clearly nobody is clean the showers on the night shift also are not requiring patrons to wear mask I seen a lot of people inside the store not wearing mask although it stated clearly on the door mass required when questioned about it The clerk says that O well because of people's attitude about wearing a mask , I don't enforce it The places overall dirrty was given a shower that was dirrty had to request a new one which was a little cleaner but still in all , The younger lady should be the manager the older ladies very rude and very disrespectful and should not be running the place, A lot of people were also getting called for showers and none of them were getting clean people were having to wait Me or nobody in my company will be stopping at this pilot in the future

This place has older pumps that ask for your zip code. If you're from Canada, you have to go inside and pre-pay. Drove across the road to Love's and paid at the pump.

Tight parking. Heard couple horns blowing during night and woke to 1 accident at 1am. Otherwise people working counter were really nice.

It's kind of awkward when you're in line to grab your fuel receipt / buy food and the employees are bad mouthing truck drivers and their own management, quite loudly, while also barely keeping the line of customers moving because they're so upset. It was honestly an unnerving experience.To add insult to injury, after checking out, I used the restroom, and I don't think they even try to maintain the restrooms.This is not a good location / rest area and will not return.I'd advise other travelers to avoid this location unless you absolutely need to layover for the night, otherwise, this location offers no comforts and is disgusting/bad service.I'd give less than 1 star if I could.0/5

What that sign says. We work long hours and have to shower in this! There was hair all over the sink! It stunk and was very dirty everywhere

Huge pothole causing major issues for truckers. Due to the suns glare, I wasn't able to see it and ended up being a victim. So many other truckers also missed this huge pothole during my stay. Based on other reviews this has been a problem for quite a while now.

Good sized parking lot. Nice food choices and fresh pizza/wings. Found teeny tiny worms in the bathroom which means it's been a very long time since they cleaned the bathrooms properly. Also, hair from questionable places on strangers everywhere (sink, toilet, counter, shower, floor). Not a single fragrance of cleaning product. I do not recommend coming here for that reason. Their faucets and toilets could have crawlies next time you decide to use them

Older gentleman at the register was pretty cool and talkative. If I were rating him, he'd get 5 The girl with the dirty blonde hair, and tattoo on her neck? She earned 1 Twice today I'd gone in and she knew I was in line to pay. As I stepped to the counter, she gave me a dirty look and walked away. Both times. Very rude and unwelcoming. Not exactly a person that Flying J should put in a uniform. Something should be done about people of that caliber. This and possibly other complaints should be addressed to corporate. I'm fact I believe I will. 9/7/23 @ 835 pm.

This place is about one of the dirtiest flying j's I've been to. The showers aren't clean the bathrooms are not clean store policy u suppose to clean and sanitize showers after every use. But that would be to much like doing your job . If you dont want to clean it up you should have done something with your life. The shower was still wet from the last person using it. This is how u lose business if you worked for me you'd be unemployed.

I wish I could give this place 1 ... I did not use the gas station. We specifically stopped at this place to get food at the Denny's restaurant inside. We waited for 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress on duty seemed to be the only one there. Upon seating us she took our drink order. Came back with drinks. And stated she would be back after her break.. that she needed to go smoke a cigarette. We assumed someone else would take over...wrong!!While sitting there questioning where she could have went ... We started questioning them handling our food! 10 minutes later we decided to leave. Upon leaving we noticed she was outside standing at a trucker's truck in the lot laughing and joking with truck drivers. Now I don't mind someone went on their break... but you seated customers. And then you left the restaurant completely unattended... unacceptable. You totally lost my business today and I will not be stopping at this Flying J when passing through ever again. The lack of care for patrons was terrible service.Not what I expected.. nor seen at any Flying J. Where is management??? Save yourself the trouble...go elsewhere!

The rows of truck parking are too close together, drivers struggle to get in and out without hitting other trucks. There is trash EVERYWHERE. The women's restroom was disgusting. Was going to shower here, but after seeing other reviews being confirmed, thought better of it. Y'all need to step up your game. This entire chain has gone downhill. I went across the street to Love's to shower. How come they can get it right, but y'all can't?

RV dump/fill station is great. Easy in and out. Need to go inside to pay ($10 - June 2023) and they ll give you a receipt with a code to open the cap.Didn t fill diesel but has a lot of lanes (10-11) that looked to be moving quickly.Store was very clean, many options for food. Had the jumbo bkfst burritos - they were fresh and tasted great.

The Flying J was great. But the Denny's in the Flying J needs help. $19.95 for dinner, and the amount of food was sad and wasn't that good. The people there are very friendly
