My go to place for wheel alignment I'm sure they're also great at everything else. I love that they don't make up stuff to try and get more of your money like that place on Leota. You can trust these guys at Dawson. Again thanks for taking care of my rides either same or next day!

Well I went to pick up my sami and it was missing a lug nut so I ask the man who put the tires on and he said that it wasn't there witch that was a lie I do an inspection every day he gave me a nut for the missing one. I had to put the nut on and found that the nuts on the front tires where not tight enough to specs so I used there tools to fix the problem. You would think for 5000 Dallars it would have been done right will I go back to buy tires NO this is a huge safety issue

These guys are amazing. We accidentally put ethanol fuel into a regular car on a road trip. Most places we called couldn't get us onto the schedule but dawson's got us in, were so nice, and very affordable.

Was on a road trip and needed an alignment asap, another shop had wasted my morning because they couldn't do my alignment. They were able to get me in at Dawson's the same day thankfully, I had an appointment at 1 PM and I showed up 20 minutes early and they didn't hesitate to get it in and get it done. Only took about an hour and now my car drives like new, tires havent wore at all on the insides like they were before. The alignment here was at least $20 cheaper than the other shop that couldn't do it for me($85 vs $105+). Highly recommend this shop even if you're just passing through North Platte.

I was traveling through Nebraska a noticed my vehicle acting up. The guys at Dawson's were able to take it in first thing in the morning, diagnose the problem, fix it, and get me back on the road to Omaha by noon. 5 star guys providing 5 star service! Thank you all so much.

The people at Dawson tire are absolutely wonderful. The service they provide is top notch and their prices are very reasonable. My family and I had a flat tire on our way home from vacation and they helped us get back on the road in quickly and did not charge us very much for their services. They even gave our 6 kids cold drinks while we waited. Crystal, Chris and Josh did all this for us with a spirit of friendliness that really helped us out .Thanks to everyone at Dawson tire

Go to for Semi truck tire repair.After dealing with rude managers at Boss Shop and Love's just to get a tire repair, Dawson got me right in. They are courteous and have fair pricing.

Dawson's was a HUGE help to us! Blew a tire on our vintage travel trailer and they were able to get us back on the road quickly, with two new tires for the best price we could find! They even helped explain some things and made sure we had the best tire for our rig. 10/10 would recommend every time!

Josh is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I explained what was going on with my car and had a flight to catch out of Denver. He worked me in got me taking care of and back on the road. We got a flat tire on the interstate on Memorial Day coming home to Omaha from colorado. We could only make it to North Platte on our spare. No tire shops were open. So we spent the night in North Platte and I got into Dawson right when they opened on Tuesday morning. They found me a wheel and a tire and had it put on in less than 2 hours. We got back on the road safe and sound. Kind, respectful, Professional Service. Josh, Crystal and team were awesome! Thank you!

The staff at Dawson Tire were friendly and helpful. They made sure that I got the best price they could offer on the right tire for my needs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the wait time was minimal.

Dawson was the only place in town that had the size of tire I needed for an emergency tire replacement. They were very kind and informative over the phone, and were prepared when I arrived. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable and less stressed while I waited and were able to make a few minor repairs as they worked. All of the mechanics and other associates I interacted with were amazing. I will likely be switching my business to them permanently for my bigger vehicles. Highly recommend!

While traveling west bound on I80 about 45 east of North Platte, one tire blew out on the 24' trailer being pulled with the next tire going flat.Called a friend in North Platte, who suggested Dawson Tire.Upon calling them and explaining the situation, their first concern was about us arriving safely. We were able to do so. Also, during the phone call they discussed with the owner of the trailer the best load range to use on a trailer loaded with equipment being pulled 100's of miles.Arriving at the store we were greeted with a friendly staff, who once again explained our tire options.Within an hour we were on the road.As a person who use to work in a tire shop, felt the staff, including office, were friendly and knowledgable.

Blew a tire on my 5th wheel on Memorial Day. Obviously no tire shops open. Called Dawson first thing Tuesday morning and they said they'd get me in as soon as I got over there. Had me back on the road in 2 hours with four new tires. Very happy with the pricing.

Wife had a flat tire on here way home. Josh from Dawson Tire came to her rescue at 6:00 pm on the Sunday before Labor Day. Put the spare on for her and even tried to find her a full sized spare so she wouldn t have to drive home on a doughnut. That right there folks is the definition of going above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Dawson Tire for being there for her when I couldn t. Seriously the world needs more people like Josh.

I blew a tire in the middle of the night on the interstate and was very worried about finding the correct load rated tire for my trailer. Dawson tire and the entire staff were INCREDIBLY helpful in every possible way. They weren't able to get the tire that I needed until the next day but I had to be on my way... worried that I would not have a spare. They were able to facilitate an adequate spare until I was able to return days later for the correct tire; and allowing me complete peace of mind to continue my trip. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the entire staff. Their assistance went WAY beyond all expectations and all of it is greatly appreciated. In my travels, I have rarely experienced such a large group of extremely caring, helpful, and friendly people. Kevin

Hats off to chance! Had a blown tire on our road trip from Seattle to Nebraska. Chance made my family and I feel very welcomed. Let us use his truck to get food while we waited for our tires to be delivered. Even offer to use truck overnight until the tires arrived. My experience with Dawson tires is beyond great as we felt like part of the family. Chance thank you! my family and I are forever Grateful for helping us through our stressful situation.

I went in to get some used tires put on. I was satisfted with the mounting and balancing but the inspection pointed out multiple parts that were perfectly fine or recently replaced with new parts as needing replaced. I would avoid getting mechanical or alignment services here.

Heather was a breath of fresh air. She helped me when other companies could not or would not. She found the tire and wheel combinations I needed.I got a great price on just what I was searching for. I was just a walk in!She is as looking out for me. I was not buying thousands of $ of parts. I was not an established customer. But I received 5 star service and quality parts and a great price.She even directed me to parts that would benefit me more than trying to sell me more expensive items. Honesty and integrity are ultra rare now.But, Heather is making Dawson Tire a company that has my highest recommendation.Bill Pourcho

As usual Dawson tire provided courteous and comprehensive work went out of their way to make sure I received the service I wanted. I would strongly recommend them for any tire or Auto service for a vehicle

Changed my tires but not my valve stems. Left my vehicle for a week and it was sitting on flats. Took to another shop and they said the tires were fine but valve stems were leaking

I was extremely happy with the service at Dawson Tires in North Platte. Chase got me exactly the tires I needed for my Rialta Rv which is not always easy to do. Great service good people I highly recommend them.

Took my truck with a huge offset in to have it aligned and they got it done and was quick about it. No one else in town could do it with the offset i have. Thank you . I will continue to business with you .
