Very knowledgeable on parts you need, if not they can get em, Their staff is kind and Great Help! I recommend shopping here or checking with their prices if searching for new batteries or parts

I paid 30 dollars in shipping to get here next day, it never showed up. So i asked to get a refund on my shipping cost to be downgraded to normal shipping and refused to do soWill never shop here again and advise anyone who care about good service to never shop here, you'll get better service from a crack head auto parts dealer. only rated a one star cause i could not do a negative star.

Well what can I say they are the only once that can (or actually will) help truckers in bad time! no one else in this town gave two f**** but Jay help me for two days to get parts and get me back on the road! Very nice of you! God bless you!!! There is still nice people out there!

Friendly sales staff. Got to love the owner Jay. He is a pretty cool guy and he knows his stuff. If he doesnt have what you are looking for you can be sure that he will get it for you. I've done business here for many years and many years to come I will continue to do business with him.

Other parts stores give you 3 different options and want you to bring old parts in to compare to get the right one. I want the parts before I tear into it so I don't get stuck waiting on parts. Jay makes sure I get the right one the first time with out the hassle of returning with the old parts.

Been a loooong time account holder @ this business. Use to go in there and be able to get my parts with VERY little info on parts needed. For some odd reason Jay would ask VERY unnecessary questions about models VIN# etc.working on.This has gone on for sometime with me .. Felt he was showing me high IQ. about how great he is and belittle a customer.. I've seen this with other customer@ his counter.. Just sharing a bad judgement of a business owner @ JM auto parts (have NEVER experienced this at any other parts house in North Platte NE!!!)

Jay dearmont, the owner works the counter. He is very knowledgeable about his products. He goes the extra mile to find whatever it is that you need. The other front counter employees Tab, Patsy, Andrew and Leslie do a great job as well.

It's easy with the team of employees the now there jobs very well never complicated to understand there layer back comfortable you don't have to feel like you go to be in and out I like it there
