Unbelievable service. We broke down on I 80 on our way to Utah from PA. This place is extremely helpful. Genuine and Sincere staff. With no appointment, they stopped what they were doing upon our arrival to assess the situation. We had a diagnosis with in minutes. Our water pump was shot on our 2017 Jeep Summit. We were in a hurry and worried we were out of luck. The crew at Butch s reassured us that they could get us back on the road asap and they expedited the repairs. They were as friendly as they were productive. They had our parts arriving within minutes and the repairs started shortly thereafter. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient mechanics. As promised they did a great job on the expedited repairs and had us on our way within a few hours. Old school service here at butch s. The pricing was very reasonable. I recommend anyone who is having issues to come here first! You ll be in great hands. Thanks to everyone. The experience was exceptional!

these guys are the absolute best! broke down on the interstate and towed in - Shawn/Sean and Chris went waaay above and beyond to help us out and get us back on the road. if you need mechanical help in the area and are wondering who to trust - trust these guys! hands down the best. highly recommended.

Butch was extremely kind and helpful. We called for help decently early in the morning for a tow and he picked us up with great urgency.Great service and great help! Would highly recommend.

Took a 90 f250 in to have mufflers replaced. They had it finished that day and were very helpful in recommending parts. Sounds great again and was affordable. Great guys at the shop, would highly recommend.

Honest and great shop - I was passing through town when my car started vibrating. Pulled into butch s repair and they told me I had a few loose lug nuts and my wheel was about to fall off! They did a thorough job helping to re-attach everything and were done quicker than expected. Overall I appreciated their fast service and positive attitudes. My road trip would have been much worse without them!

Butch is the best!!!! The service engine soon light went on while we were driving from Lincoln, NE to Douglas WY for a funeral. We walked in to the shop right before lunch and they were so nice. Our crank sensor was bad and the engine was too hot to work on. They put a fan under the car and found the part we needed before they would leave for lunch. Then they let us use a loaner car and gave us directions to a nice park nearby where we had a picnic. We were out on the road in 2 1/2 hours and less than $200. I was so lucky to find Butch's shop, he runs an honest business with hard working mechanics. Very good experience, if I lived in North Platte he would be my mechanic.

Driving from California, halfway through our trip landed us in North Platte with our check engine light on. Butch himself was super generous with our charge, did it in a timely manner and even helped us understand what it was that caused the issue. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a quick fix within a nice environment!

My teenage son & I were stranded with a dead alternator. Shawn treated us well, didn't take advantage of a woman on her own, charged us a reasonable price & got us back on the road 2 hours before we expected. Thank you so much, highly recommend!!

While driving from Buffalo, NY to California, I stopped in North Platte to get food. At the offramp stop light, a loud noise occurred and my car froze. I contacted AAA and they sent me to see Butch. The AAA identified Butch as the best mechanic in the area and I agree 100% with that assessment. Butch repaired my car and I was back on the road. Butch is also a very nice fellow. North Platte is lucky to have Butch's Repair and Exhaust.

Our new RV would not start. Called Butch's and talked with Shawn, he came out and spent time figuring out the problem. Left to get the parts, returned and got us on the road again. GREAT service and helpful. Without his help we might have been stuck there for days. Thanks

We are driving from Wisconsin to Cali. Our van wouldn't start at the hotel. We called, they came on got it in 15 minutes, got it up on the lift, and got it taken care of within 30min. Luckily, it was a small problem. And it was incredibly affordable. They could not have been more helpful. They are life savers!

Broke down on interstate. Shawn towed me dropped me and my wife off at motel room. They picked me up in morning when my truck was fixed and running. Very nice people. They did not price gouge me.

Omg horrible.he had my car all day and at the end had to call him. He said my key doesn't even turn over. I said nd yeah it does. We get there my key works fine. So my car never got done and he made me think he broke my car

Had to fix a buddys vehicle that he took there to have an engine missfire looked at. Was a faulty ignition coil. They changed an o2 sensor and charged him for it. Was an easy repair and had his vehicle for over a week.

Talked to them 2 times tor a simple radiator flush. They couldnt come up a time or date. They said they would call me . NEVER DID. WELL SCREW YOU TOO !

Terrible mechanics. Couldn't fix a basic problem and cost us alot to fix something that wasn't broke. And still didnt fix the problem.
