I'm super impressed with my experience with Budkes. From Marcus and Alec helping my wife and I get into a really nice Ranger SXS, as well as Brian and Tanner helping me get the parts I wanted to get fitted. I'm not sure who the tech is that installed the accessories we ordered but shoutout to him as well. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

I recently purchased a scooter from Budke PowerSports and couldn't be happier. I live in Phoenix, more than 1000 miles away, and had scoured the country for a specific model, and Budke had it! Marcus answered all my questions and made the entire buying process more pleasant than I could imagine, including recommending a transportation company that delivered my bike with the utmost care, and following up periodically to see how things were going and if all was good after delivery. Seriously top notch service. And Alec was a big help too with all the back-office stuff. They made a great dynamic duo those two! I highly recommend Budke to any Nebraskans lucky enough to live nearby, and to anyone like me thinking of trying a long-distance purchase for the first time, these guys will really take care of you!

I recently purchased a side by side UTV and was assisted by Marcus. He was very professional and helpful. We added several accessories, and he helped educate me on the options available. The entire process was painless and efficient. They will install the accessories I ordered (with a labor charge) but this will save me hours of work and likely. Frustration. I would recommend Budke to anyone.

If I can chose one star I would, I realized that when there is a bad review on this company they delete it, which I do not understand considering you got customers that want to know the truth. I personally will NEVER shop here again. I went out of state to buy a Side by Side due to the rudest I had with the employees. So in my honest opinion I would go out of state to buy your big kid toys and not go here. They are rude and act like just because you are a female you don t understand things. If you are a female do not shop here they act like you are dumb.

I had been on the rode for a few days and found myself in need of a front tire for my 2018 GoldWing. Arrived at opening time with no prior notice. They did not have the tire in stock but found one in town, helped me get it to their shop and installed it. All said I was done by 11:00 and my trip was saved. The true example of above and beyond. If you are in the area this is the place to go.

Brought home a new CRF110F and the sales team took great care of me! Service department already had a care kit put together for me by the time I finished my paperwork. 10/10 recommend

Jody and Char, the operations management team as well Stephen Budke, a man of integrity and expertise as a leader and unrivaled expert who has served as the head of the organization and therefore is available often by appointment only, Mr. Steve Budke represemts the skills required to earn the description of The tip of the spear. He is a man whom I had great respect for as soon as I had the pleasure to meet.Operationally speaking, the team has been able to create a unique experience that adds up to beyond 50+ years of experience that is already being developed internally in the company s newest staff and endow their time themselves to develop a unique, positive experience for each customer planning a project, looking for a new product and building up the experience that Parts Specialists and Service Writers for those customers wanting their private vehicles to be diagnosed, repaired and restored to manufacturer intended performance them to be diagnosed and repaired. Took far longer than expected because they forgot to order some parts. Zero communication from them. Had to call weekly just to try and keep the ball rolling. Every week they said, by the end of the week , for months.Finally just took it home incomplete.

Marcus, Alec, and the rest of the team at Budke Powersports are very professional, honest, and prompt with how they handle their business. They got my 2023 Honda Rebel 1100 shipped to me as soon as possible and Marcus has been checking in to make sure I am still a happy customer. I love my bike and Budke Powersports made the process quick and easy. Thank you Marcus and Budke Powersports!

Nice store , has every type and model of bike, jetski , had alot of HD, but the used seemed to take up alot of room. Wished they could do a better layout.

Bought my first motorcycle here in 1992(different location then) and that was far from my last. Riding has always been one of my family's favorite ways to experience new places. Now I get the privilege of working here and helping others find the joy of riding!

Brought a 400cc scooter to be checked over, oil changed, and have a new windshield installed. After months (not weeks) of waiting was finally given a quote for more the the scooter was worth (including $600 for windshield, that is all over the internet for $125). I asked them to just change the fluids...... $275 later and more months of waiting we finally got scooter back. 2 weeks at shade tree mechanic and $500 the scooter is whole and running great. The greed and lack of any professionalism of this business is nearly unbelievable. DO NOT USE...... EVER

I had a wonderful experience with Will and Steve. They were extremely helpful I got a good price and was very happy with the outcome. My neighbor sent me there and he was also extremely happy. When I m ready to trade in I will go nowhere else but back to them. A big thank you out to the whole team that works there

Awesome service. I bought a Sea Doo Spark in 2016, but needed some paperwork now (2022). Called them up and the employee was so helpful! Even though they had a new computer system she said they would find the old paper file and send me a copy of the bill of sale that I needed.

Even though they no longer are an official Harley dealer I went in today with an issue with my 2014 Fat Bob. Had a diagnostic code and the speedometer wasn't working. They just so had the part to fix the issue. It was very close to closing time...they actually stayed late to get the part put in for me. Brian (I believe is the service manager) was amazing. I can't thank them enough for going that extra mile for me. Thanks to everyone including the mechanic. I sure appreciate when I get that kind of service. You guys are fantastic. Called ahead to see if there was an opening to get some service work done, the dealership told me they could fit me into their schedule. They did mention that others would have priority over my bike. (Due to the fact I called and showed same day and they were waiting on parts to arrive.) I didn't have a problem with that and spoke to the service staff about what needed to be completed. They explained what would be completed during the service work and all the staff were courteous during my experience.

On 4/1/21 I purchased a 2021 Polaris sportsman 570 trail edition ATV. It was a very pleasant, and relatively seamless transaction. The folks there are very nice and easy to work with. I mainly dealt with Will, and he is phenomenal. I would buy from them again! Keith B

We drove from Denver to North Platte to visit a friend and had some time to spare so we stopped by Budke's Powersports. We were immediately greeted at the door by a salesperson who was friendly and professional, and upon learning that we were there just to look around, he did not pressure us in any way. He said we had plenty of time to look around before they were closing and if we needed anything, to look for him. We visited with him and also with Brett Meyer, the Sales Manager. The store was clean, organized, and had a great variety of new and used bikes. Though we didn't purchase a bike (although that would have been fun), we did shop and purchased a few items from the accessories and clothing departments. Friendly staff - clean store - excellent customer service!

Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with staff, from management right down to the parts counter. Overall I couldn't be happier about my buying experience. I have never purchased a Harley Davidson before and the product knowledge I received from the staff made me confident I made the right choice. I can't wait to get more time on the road with my new iron 883 from Budkey's.

Do not trust these people! Had my bike in for a service, they were supposed to go through everything. Items like change oils, (engine and primary) check brake pads and rotors, check clutch etc. Got the bike back and 3 weeks later, hauled it to South Dakota for a pre-rally ride. Lost my clutch, checked and they put no primary fluid in (they drained it and replaced the cover gasket but put no fluid in). Took it to a reputable shop up there and the mechanic informed me that the front rotor was warped, this is another item that should of been inspected at service. Then a day later after getting necessary repairs done, we went to the Needles Highway. Lost rear brakes at top. Never had any problems before, always had it serviced but never at Budke's. These people are going to kill someone. Called the dealership only to get the run around and never a returned call. I finally got to the owner Steve after a week of calling and he stated he would return the cost of the service and call me. That never happened. SO no going to sue these idiots, I also would like to save anyone else the hassle. Just go someplace else. Wish I would of looked up the reviews of these guys on their facebook profile.

On our way home from Sturgis!BUDKE Powersports is rated a 5 STAR PLUS in my book. If I could give them a 10 star, I would.Awesome team: All departments went above and beyond!!* Amy Service Manger* Brook Service Advisor* Nick Mechanic* Char Operations MangerAfter having a rear flat tire 13 miles in Maxwell, Nebraska on IH 80. Budke is no H-D dealership but was able to help out motorcycle rider in need on an H-D to get back on the road.Asked if they could send a truck and trailer to pick up a broken-down motorcycle and they were kind enough to provide us with first class recovery service, after HOG roadside assistance failed to HELP!!Rear tire was replaced by Nick and no issues all the way back home to Texas.Nice to know good people still exist and are willing to help others passing through on two wheels (Live to Ride)Thank you and have a blessed day!Highest Regards,Tony (Bigfoot)

I live in North Platte. I've dealt with Budke's for many years. This is a great place to buy your toys. They are more than willing to make a good deal for the customer. They seem to have a high turn over rate in the service and parts departments, and of the dozen or so times I've gotten parts here, the parts clerks were below par at best. They seem to have little or no mechanical knowledge, and have difficulty locating the correct parts in the H-D system. (Just my personal observation)If your part has to be ordered, it may take quite some time (often a week or more), so you may try Mike's ATV or Maxwell's Off Road instead. They seem to get parts much quicker (usually 1 or 2 business days).I will say I have only had experience with the Harley Davidson side of this dealership, and I work on my own bikes.

I'm confused in what kind of business this actually is. The salesmen are horrible, I spoke with a guy with a southern accent, can't quite remember his name, but I was very very interested in the 2014 Ultra CVO, he talked a great story until it came to price, he promised he would get with the owner as he was supposedly standing next to him as we were speaking. He said he would put a hold on the bike and return my call the next day with a price that I was guaranteed that I would purchase the bike. Two days later, STILL NOTHING!! A WEEK, STILL NOTHING!! A MONTH STILL NOTHING!! Are the phones BROKE???????????????????????????I called back, spoke with a very nice lady, she sold me boots, rain gear and other items before, Maybe she should sell bikes!! She was going to get me the Manager (Brett). I've left messages with him also.... STILL!! No returned phone call on the bike that I was promised that would put on hold and that was guaranteed I would purchase. Not Satisfied at All.
