This place will treat you right! They really know their stuff and do great work. They will get your car done on time too. They ve got at least one mechanic that used to work at a Subaru dealer. So if you drive a Subaru they will take great care of you. Their prices are fair and they wont over charge you. I cannot recommend them enough! Additionally, there is a rental car shop next door if you need that. Their office and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.

Dropped off my Jeep with a significant oil leak from the oil cooler. Dropped it off on Wednesday and had it back fixed on Thursday. Excellent service at a fair price.

Fantastic! Car broke down 15 miles outside of town. No one else could look at it for 3 weeks. They diagnosed and repaired in a 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I m driving to Nevada from Rockford IL. My car started making this crazy grinding noise, my friend and I pulled off and stayed the night in town, asked around for a shop and Buds was highly recommended. We called as soon as they opened and they got us in. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. They were incredibly kind, fast and got us back on the road. Everybody at Bud's was great. We were on the road headed to Colorado for vacation when our van started having issues. They were willing to look at it as soon as we got there and to our very happy surprise they even worked it in to get repairs immediately. The best part was the fix took less than an hour and under $100. What an amazing crew!! If we lived here we'd never take our vehicles anywhere else after such an amazing experience.

I have used Bud's before(for my RV repairs) and been extremely satisfied with the quality of repair and people working there. Always very reasonably priced repairs. They have been able to get my RV done in a short amount of time and correct the first time. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Brought my truck in to have repairs made to an exhaust problem that had been previously repaired by another local business. The work was done in a very timely manner and the quality of work was great. Gerald went above and beyond to get the work done and discussed it with me before doing it. Highly recommend.

My wife and I broke down in a snowstorm on a cross country trip. Bud's repair has a tow company in their building (technically separate but they work together) and they were able to tow our car in and inspect it immediately. They were friendly, low cost and very very honest, which is something I highly value in a mechanic. I wish they were out where I lived. I'd make them my regular if I could.

I can't praise Bud's Repair enough. In addition to the exceptionally nice people working there.....they are honest, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I own a Toyota Corolla and rely on Bud's for everything; Towing, replacing my starter switch, replacing my clutch, oil changes....and when I needed a new key made and the pits in my windshield fixed....they knew who to call in to get it done as quickly as possible and at very reasonable rates. 5 stars for Bud's Repair....they ROCK!

AMAZING family business! I was going cross country in my 1998 Audi B5 when the clutch master cylinder decided to leak all over my feet about 18 miles west of the North Platte. I lost my hydraulic brakes and obviously my clutch. I was in a hurry and called a lot of tow companies to only be told that I would have to wait about 4 HOURS on the off ramp of Hersey Nebraska. I then got on the phone with Buds shop and they informed me that they own a tow company that WORKS WITH AAA! They had a flat bed tow truck(as requested) to me in less than 40 minutes. When I arrived at Buds shop I was instantly impressed with how big and clean their shop was. The minute I arrived they informed me that they have already ordered my clutch master cylinder and it would arrive by the next morning! (It was about 6pm). This sounded impossible to me knowing I was in the North Platte of Nebraska and they were ordering a rare part for an Audi that is almost 20 years old. Everything sounded to good to be true. Also the minute I walked in and we were talking, some of the staff pushed a vehicle out of the shop and they all pushed my car in instantly. They called me the next morning at 11:30 am telling me my car was ready to drive the rest of my journey. They charged me for only 2 hours of work with is an amazing deal. I have done the job myself and it took me about 6 without bleeding my system. And I am NOT a rookie! They didn't even charge me for a hydraulic bleed! Which blows my mind because the bleed nipple on my slave cylinder was snapped off, so the mechanic had to take a bath in hydraulic fluid. All in all, I am beyond impressed with this shops work and having it done way before I could have expected. I have had many altercations with many car shops manly in Michigan and I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience. Thank you Gerald and Jerry!!! I am confident that these guys will not let you down!

We broke down on the interstate and limped back to Buds. They were terrific. Took two mechanics about an hour to diagnose a very rare, unusual problem but they stuck with it. We contacted our Ford dealer while they were trying to diagnose and they concurred with Buds diagnosis as well as with the solution. Buds mechanics were excellent and we appreciate their willingness to stop everything and get us back on the road.Our trip was delayed by about two hours but could have been delayed at least a day if not for Buds. We highly recommend them

Had an oil leak on my Cadillac that required my engine to be removed. The job ended up taking longer than expected because of complications. They charged me only the 10.5 hours quoted though! I did have a few small problems with check lights and a hose leak a few days later they fixed those for free the same day I took it back. They gave me a ride home when i dropped it off. They have good coffee. Large magazine selection. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable mechanics. It's exactly how you picture an auto shop, this ain't no jiffy lube so don't expect the huge flat screen and large sofa.

Very nice (owner?) - they are appointment only on Saturdays and I didn't know, needed to pick up my car from the lot. Called him and he came within 10 mins, taking time out of his day off to help someone (me) in need.

This was my first time going to a shop other than regular maintenance. Everyone at Bud s repair went above and beyond to meet my needs for my car. I couldn t believe how quickly they got back to me and kept me updated on the entire process. The quote I was given initially was very reasonable, but what I actually paid was a little cheaper. I recommend Bud s Repair to anyone who wants realiable service, kind and knowledgeable people who are willing to explain things to you in a way that s understandable, and most importantly, a wonderful staff that s willing to treat you with the upmost care. I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

Friendly staff, fast service and decent prices. Got stranded at a rest area and they towed our car here and fixed our alternator for 425 dollars within 1 hour and a half time. Great place. Highly recommended.

My brother was traveling through North Platte when he was aghast to find that his muffler had fallen off.Buds great reputation catalyzed his trip there and they were super helpful and fair.Even though he was exhausted from a long drive, he couldn't muffle his excitement at the great service he got.

Bud's repaired my car after a breakdown over a holiday weekend. The staff went out of their way to help out, including arranging transportation to the shop and completing repairs immediately upon opening for the day. Repairs were made in a timely fashion and everything was explained thoroughly. I can't thank the staff enough for getting me back on the road.

Great people, good, honest workers. They really went above and beyond when my Metro (that I'd had for 22 years) was totaled on the street at 1:00 a.m. by probably a drunk driver. I don't take my vehicle (s) to anyone else.

Nickle and dimed my mother after taking her vehicle in for a steering issue. After 2 months of the shop falsely claiming the issue was fixed, and COUNTLESS trips back, had to go to elswhere to have the REAL issue diagnosed. Argumentative and displays zero respect for customers when being told the original issue wasnt fixed.
