Condescending employees, any question or inquiry you have as a driver will be met with talk with your own company, we already got an estimate . Long Waiting times.

Had power steering flushed. A week latter I was into the freightliner shop for a failing power steering problem I never had before the flush. Still have a whining.

Had a pm b (oil change and lube) and also an annual DOT inspection was out in about an hour. Guys were friendly and efficient. Thanks!

I went to have my tires balanced, the tech said I had a bad tire because he couldn't balance it... bought a new tire...he couldn't balance it either, so he restarted the machine and it balanced just fine... but I was still out 350 for a new tire

Don't waste your time, guy behind the counter is extremely rude. Bad enough the other woman behind the counter apologized for him.

We never want any truck issues but it happens. We were so fortunate to have truck problems near Boss Truck Shop. They were prompt and responsive and saved us thousands of dollars. Andre, we super appreciate you taking care of the minor issues that we had after the repairs were made....continue to be great!

Came out to give an assessment on my truck issues. 2 hour minimum. He worked on a couple things for about an hour. Gave me his opinion but was unable to get me up and running. He even called to ask other associates their thoughts. Was very fast on responding.

Sent my truck for outlet nox censer. They couldn t even take it out and they still charged us for labor. First we call them for road service and they sent their mechanic for road service. He said he can t change the nox censer on the road. Its their policy. They wanted us to get it towed to the shop. We got truck towed into their shop. After spending 5 hours they told our driver they can t take out the old censor and recommend us to take it to Frieghtliner. We took it to Nebraska truck center they changed the censer in few hours and did the forced regen and covered everything under warranty

This is worst shop ever been to. About 9 am for tires and they say 2 hrs run a truck in for oil change and waiting on another truck but they can't even start on our tires. Can't you do both even with one tech? Run me in and start on tires stop to take care of the appointment truck and come back. I don't care if there's only one truck, stop lying. Straight up say you make more money on oil changes than tiresService: Tires

We called way in advance to see if they could fix something on our way through. Once we showed up the guy told us we had to wait till the lady came back because he couldn t leave the desk. We watched a lady walk in then he walked out got into a vehicle and left. As we told them before we arrived that we had livestock on and couldn t sit for long. That s why we called in advance because we couldn t be sitting forever waiting. We have them a rough estimate on time we would be there just to make sure of there wasn t someone ahead we would be able to get it fixed and on our way. We ended up having to leave so we weren t sitting there waiting forever.

Sorry to say, but I was pretty disapointed with this shop. My RV blew a tire just 15 miles from their shop. The good news is they had 2 tires and came quickly to get me back on the road. That's where things went south. Although the mechanic who came out was great, he did not have the tools on his truck to complete the job. My 2 boys and I ended up man handling one tire to get it changed. I hope the "Boss Man" uses some of the $350 roadside fee he charged me to buy the tools needed to outfit his trucks. What should have taken 1 hour turned into a 3 hour ordeal.

Great service fixed my tail lights in under an hour. Mechanic was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Great work from the front desk also thank you for getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

Given the opportunity these people will genuinely care about your business and do the best they can to take care of you. Good night manager Kristen has been taken care of truck drivers first at the flying j and now the boss shop. You can always tell how good the management is by the employees they hire. She has always been knowledgeable and committed two drivers and their specialized needs

Got me in right away, found my fuel filter water minder plug had a broken wire and fixed that. Could have been a little quicker but I don't like to sit. Was very disappointed in their pricing system, would like to see am all in price like TA, only reason why they get 4 stars, that and I had sticker shock on the bill, by I added an air filter cabin filter and Lucas, still spendy..

Very unprofessional service. Asked to change one removed wheel, it was only necessary to change the tire, the wheel was removed from the truck. They said to wait 1.5 hours, then they said another 3 hours, in the end, 7 hours of waiting passed, and it took 15 minutes to fix the wheel. Thanks to them for my time.

We limped in to the shop with our overheating RV diesel pusher. Let them know that there was a belt that had come off. We were told it would be an hour and a half wait as the tech was servicing a truck. Over 2 1/2 hours later he came to look at it, took it him 1-2 minutes to tell us what was wrong & that he couldn t fix it there and proceeded to try to charge us $68. To say I am ticked is an understatement. How hard would it have been to take a second to just peek at it instead of taking up so much of our time that we are running out of.

Granted they got me in quick I needed a tire .They had a used none recap tire. After everything was said and done paid closer to 400$ for a used tire and labor. That s pretty unreal. Everybody is getting rich off of us these days because of the convenience. Thanks guys for..... idk the fast work?

These guys are amazing!! I had a tire blow on the interstate and this was the nearest place, as well as the only place open. I pulled up in my Scion Tc and they helped me in every way that they possible could (i.e. Called around to try to find me a new tire, double-checked the spare I had put on, filled it the rest of the way up, and took a look at my blown tire to make sure the rim was okay). If I could give a million stars, I would!!! Thanks so much!!!

Lost all power roadside. The mechanic didn't check the cables from the battery. Couldn't fix it and charged me $450. Another mechanic came out. Found the problem in 5 minutes. Charged me $100.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.Try to avoid this place, 225$ for used tire . Your tire could be fixed , that what they told me before removing my tire. Just making money. B.S . Nail in my tire wasn t that close to sidewall . I asked to put my tire back on , they did , but denied to put air in ( explained tire is not good). It s not your business good or bad , just do like it was before I pulled in .Ended up with instilling a used tire.Shame on you.

Use to be a loyal customer used to take semi there all the time for oil changes and tires they messed up once we left a bad review went in there the next time then they complained about it we changed it to a good review then when we took the semi in there that time we told them to put all 8 used tires on the back of the truck after the bew ones were put on and to use the two straps that we showed them to tie them down we come back to pick up the truck one part of the strap is laying in front of the truck broken!! ( Just got these straps 30$ each!) Took the strap to the mechanic that moved the truck and had tried to hide them and blame it on me!! That I had ran them over when we left In the car which is A lie they were in the semi! He continues to lie and say he did not run them over they refuse to do any reimbursement. They are obviously not capable of doing anything right we will from now on go to Love's.

Driving down the interstate by Kearney and blew a tire on the RV. This is a Sunday holiday weekend. I called several Kearney, Lexington businesses and they either didn't have a tire or could:would not help us. Called Boss Tire in North Platte by Flying Jay. Amy was so very pleasant. She said they have our tire size and pull onto bay 1 when you get here. Talk to Amy! She is super!

Called them at 8:15 pm for a road service and called them back at 9:22pm and got told they didn't know anything about it --absolutely worst service ever--they claimed they called but have no missed calls and never saw a service truck--the national dispatch called me back and stated they didn't have work order for it after the manager said they had tried to call--totally worthless service from them
