I can't wait to get out from under my SUV I purchased. It's AWFUL. With that being said, they have been helpful after the sale with everything that has kept going wrong with it. I will be a repeat customer due to the strong support they didn't have to offer. Huge props to manager Neff, he's kept my business plus will gain that of my family's. You don't find people that take care of you after the sale very often but he does. I recommend this dealership

I bought my car there a year ago and took it for the first oil change. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The oil change was very quick, even with the other services included.

They were awesome! We were transporting a kitten to North Platte Ne from Council Bluffs IA. The kitten got loose & made his way into the dashboard of the 2016 versa we were driving. They were able to take things apart & safely get him out. They did not charge us a thing! Plus I sat with Bill Summers in the waiting area! What a great guy! I could not be more impressed! Guess where the next new car will be purchased? You are correct Bill Summers dealership in North Platte NE!

I wanted to take a moment to give a HUGE shout-out to Jared Lashley! He helped my husband and I find a car that suited our needs. He was extremely professional and fun to work with. He also took the time to introduce us to everyone we worked with during the car buying process, even though we kept him working late! If you're looking for a great salesman Jared is your guy! Thanks to Nate Vieyra for knowing what people like in vehicles, contacted us when a Jaguar came on the lot for sale knowing we had one already, went and looked at it and test drove it and the rest was history after that. Excellent no pressure customer service!! Jared even picked me up from the airport without me asking or suggesting at 10 PM on Halloween night and to my surprise meeting Nate and Kevin there at the dealership to to help me get on my way home! Quick communication and a great deal and service after the sale. Really could not ask for more! Love my new truck too!Thanks Nate, Jared and Kevin for going the extra mile!!!

Drove four hours to look at this Jeep and test drive it. After driving i noticed a leak. They repaired the problem and then delivered 4 hours to my work. Awesome service and sales people. Thanks to my salesman Rick it was agreat experience.

I waited a long time for warranty date, and had to return for an out of stock air filter . Staff were courteous and competent. Prices were shockingly high; (inflation?), Trustworthy resource in our small community, but they sure ain't cheap.

I just bought my second vehicle from them. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot they were pleasant and friendly without the stereotypical pushy. I have nothing but good things to say about the 4 team members I worked with, Michael, Marshall, Philip, and their used car service manager. A detailing problem arose and they handled it immediately without my prompting. Please consider them for all your new and used vehicle needs.

What a great experience! I live almost 4 hours away in Denver, and I would definitely make the drive back to do business there again!I am in my late 40 s and have bought dozens of cars at this point. One of the best if not the best I have ever seen.Everything was great, how often do you say that about a car dealership?The sales team and finance team were prepared, didn t play any games, laid out my options and we struck a fair deal for both parties.I negotiated over the phone, they worked on the price of the truck I wanted and my trade in. When I got there we each inspected the others vehicle and stayed true to the over the phone numbers.Just an overall great experience. Honest people doing honest business. No BS, fair deals from real humans that seemed to genuinely care.5+ stars!!

I purchased a Dodge Dakota pickup from this dealership and will never ever buy from them again. I didn't even have the vehicle for a week and it started acting up. I took it to a shop and ended up paying over 2000.00 in repairs because of this dealership not doing what they say like just slapping an oil change sticker on the windshield to make it look good. The shop that I took it to took pictures of how bad the engine was when they started working. They said this vehicle had not had an oil change for a very very long time. I brought this to the dealerships attention but they refused to help pay for part of the repairs so I will never deal with them again.

Awesome and easy to work with! We got in touch with Jared who is absolutely amazing, he introduced us to Tyler who was also great. We worked with them both, they answered all our questions and got us into some great vehicles! These guys are friendly and knowledgeable and will get you into the best vehicle to fit you and your family! Highly recommended these guys!

I have never had a better car buying experience! We were test driving and 1 hour later owned the vehicle. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Tyler, Jason, and Steven made this process go as smooth as possible. This team of guys are amazing and I recommend this places to everyone!

Today I went in after going to 1 other dealership and 1 mechanic and no one could provide answers to what was wrong. They were able to get my car successfully diagnosed and fixed in 3 hours time. It was a wonderful experience! Cameron, Kenny and Tim were fantastic at their job and super knowledgeable. Thank you for your help I will definitely be traveling the 50 miles to come here again. So worth it.

I've purchased 2 vehicles in the past year, both from Charity. She was honest, upfront, and a genuine pleasure to work with. The process start to finish was at my pace and she answered all my questions. You're not just a car sale, then they forget you either. They remember my name when I come in for service appointments (just maintenance, the cars are great), and she still calls and checks to make sure I'm happy every so often. Best dealership and best salesperson I have ever worked with.

We've purchased six vehicles from Bill Summers Ford in the past couple of years. The customer service is incredible. From the sales staff to the service department, they go out of their way to show how much they appreciate their customers. Nate Vieyra has been our sales person. No one comes close to matching the customer service Nate provides. All of our questions get answered. He makes sure you meet the staff and always connects with you when you stop in for service. We feel appreciated. We are taken care of and we're proud of the Bill Summer's team.

The service department at this dealership is amazing! I don t know the lady s name at the counter but she was incredibly nice and helpful earlier today. I was passing through on my way from South Dakota to Denver today and in the reception black hole of HWY 83 between North Platte and Thedford I got a transmission system warning. I was able to get my dad on the phone long enough to tell him and he informed me there was a Honda dealership in North Platte. Both him and my mom called ahead. That nice lady was watching for me and opened the door and got my Pilot in with a Mechanic immediately. My vehicle was in and out within 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Of all the dealerships I ve been to in my 21 years of driving (in 18 countries and 41 states), this was by far the best experience I ve had with a service department. I think I just might go out of my way to buy my next vehicle there. Thank you again!
