Ended up at truck stop with a blow out on pickup and trailer attached. Service man was so polite and had me back on the road within 60 minutes of first call. Amazing and highly recommend for ladies on the road alone to feel safe calling. Thank you, thank you....

Jeremy with Big Red Towing was amazing, the way our car was sitting on the ground (tire/rim completely came off) we were worried that more damage would be done to it just to get it on the flat bed but Jeremy knew exactly how to work it, he took us to the autobody shop and then gave us a ride to Enterprise. above and beyond and super polite and professional. Tire blew out on the interstate in the middle of driving cross country. Service man came & got the job done fast. He was extremely helpful and respectful. Saved us from being stranded overnight. Cannot thank him enough!

They were very very good. They came and towed my vehicle within 10 minutes after calling and the service work was absolutely amazing. They had me on and out within 45 minutes. As My vehicle stalled and I was from out of town. I would highly recommend them. Very good people. Family owned business and very professional

FAST service to jump start my vehicle!!! I waited on my insurance company for 1 1/2 hours with no service, so I called Big Red Towing and they came out in less than 30 minutes! I had some car troubles in Brady, NE last night. Called my insurance for some roadside assistance and they set me up with Big Red Towing out of North Platte. Spoke to Linda there, she is awesome. She made me feel better about the stressful situation happening. Jeremy came first to check my battery then brought the tow truck back. He dropped me off at a nearby hotel and then offered to take my car to the dealership for me and leave my keys in the late night drop box. I was so grateful for the amazing customer service from both of them! Highly recommend!!!Services: Battery service, Car towing, Local hauling

This business is guiness! I met them through personal drama. I think you will agree that 99.5% of all tow companies charge more $ on storage fees than the tow itself. I was not sure I was going to be able to afford getting my vehicle out when I got released from jail 14 days later.This company turned a really crummy self induced situation for me into one of the best, most forthright experiences I have ever had of any company.These people are epic in every way, they do not know how to capitalize on your low moments in life.MVP - All Star - Super Fly!

Had a engine misfire on I80 about 20 miles from north Platte at 1am while driving from east to west coast. They were there within 50 minutes, gave me and my car a ride back to town, dropped me off at the mechanics and pointed me to the motel next door. Jerry and Linda were super helpful and nice folk.

Had a great experience with Big Red when a tire blew out on I-80. Gal on the phone new exactly where I was by some local landmarks and in 10 mins they were jacking up the truck and getting me going again. In addition they gave a good recommendation to hit up Modern Tire as I had 500 miles to go still so had to get a new tire asap.Wish I would have called these guys instead of spending 25 mins on the phone with my insurance company trying to get a tow. Reasonable rates too!

Kudos to the guy who came to the rescue on I-80 to change our flat this week. Called AAA and he was there within 20 minutes. Also told us where to got to get a new one. It was a very smooth, professional situation.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

Had a tire blow on the interstate at 10:00 at night on my GMC truck. I searched repair shops for someone offering 24 hour service. Called a company advertising 24 hour service; no answer, no 24 hour service as advertised. Called 4 more businesses and only one answered, but it was a "call center ".I then searched for towing companies and found BIG RED TOWING. The call was answered on the 2nd ring. She advised she would get ahold of her employee and have him come out.Shaun arrived around 20 minutes later. He was very professional and changed my tire in a short amount of time. He made sure there was no other damage and made sure the spare had adequate pressure.The service fee was very reasonable.Thank you Shaun and Big Red Towing!Service: Tire change

Family business. Jerry and his wife were professional, responsive, and pleasant despite my poor attitude after breaking down. If you need help around North Platte call them. Thanks for helping me out.

After breaking down on the interstate at midnight with jetskis attached to the back of our car and a different tow company postponing the tow until the next morning and putting us on hold for hours, we canceled with the other company and started calling around to other tow companies. At noon on a Sunday Big Red Towing was the only towing company that picked up and within a couple hours they had our car with the jetskis safely parked at an auto repair shop. Don t bother with the other towing companies.
