He has fixed both of my vehicles, my van was locked up from my brake caliper and he even fixed my window regular on the driver side. I just took my truck when everyone was telling me it was a lost cause and he managed to fix it! I stopped in at Art's repair shop in August. I was staying with a friend in North Platte for a couple of days while I was traveling around Nebraska on vacation from Denver. The oil light on my dash had come on steady. I found my oil was low, which was strange since I had it changed just before leaving on this trip. Art's shop was a little hard to find, because the front of the building looks like a U-Haul rental place. The repair shop is in the east side of the building, off the side street. When I arrived, Dennis the owner and his assistant were working on a car (I'm sorry I forgot his assistant's name). They immediately stopped what they were doing and put my car up on a lift to see if I had a leak. They found nothing wrong. I believe my dealer's mechanic just forgot to fill my oil completely. However, Dennis didn't have any of my synthetic oil in stock, so he had to make a call to get some delivered. It took a while to arrive, but during the whole wait Dennis let his assistant keep working on the other car, while Dennis engaged me in a nice conversation to keep me from getting bored. The oil finally arrived, they filled up my oil tank, and then he gave me what I thought was a surprisingly reasonable bill for the oil, the work, and his time. These are good people here at Art's Auto Repair, and I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were just passing through on a road trip with some sudden critical problems. Dennis was our mechanic, figuring out the problem no other place could and getting it fixed so quickly. They were amazing and helped us so much. 6 out of 5 stars from us!

Had 8 am appointment. No one showed to open the business. Another man with an 8 am appt was also there to pick up a U Haul trailer. Not sure how long he waited but I left after 30 minutes. No phone call, explanation or apology.

EXCELLENT service and repair. First thing Monday morning, was able to get me in, repaired and back on the road. The dealership stated 1-3 weeks. THANK YOU DENNIS and CREW!!!

Arts service center,""DENNIS"" took care of my family's broke down car IN NORTH PLATTE NEBRASKA,,on the way from Reno to Chattanooga, they could have EASILY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THEM,but instead were honest AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED WITH DENNIS OF ARTS SERVICE CENTER.

Customer service was terrible the guys had bad attitude and tried to refuse to return my deposit for uhaul truck and did not give me all my money back even though I brought the truck back a day earlier than was expected

Had a leaf spring bolt coming loose, with no wrench or rachet. The guys immediately tightened it for me. Very friendly and quick service.

Fabulous work and honest.Down to earth and friendly. And funny also.Had more then my share with mechanics in this town replacing parts that did not need to be done or did a bad job.Art is not in that category.
