Tried another car wash but honestly will be going back to washtech. Stronger vacuums and they have the air gun thing. They also spray down your car EVERY time beforehand. 10/10

They do a great job of making sure your front and back are sprayed before you enter . The turn to get in is a bit tight but not as tight as others are. I will definately go back and get the membership.

Great wash. Most of the staff is friendly and accommodating. Seems the dryers(blowers) are losing some power as I seem to have more water on my vehicle when exiting which takes longer to manually dry afterwards.

You can reach out multiple times regarding reoccurring unauthorized charges on your account and they won t call you back until you threaten to bash them publicly. Good luck hearing from the manager. Signed up for the $5 washes in December on Black Friday and kept getting charged for a membership I did not sign up for and did not authorize reoccurring payments. Your services are lackluster and the customer service is horrible.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Very good car wash and the membership is well worth the price. My truck has never been this clean! And it's nice having the vacuums there to keep the inside of our vehicles clean.

That car wash is a scam due to the guy who supposedly helped me sold me the mega wash package, then I went the second time and it turned out that I was NOT registered in the system even thought he took my INFO and My CARD which I paid. On the second attempt The lady who tried to help was very rude and unprofessional even when I showed her my BANK statement that I was charged she still insisted that I was lying. To avoid her attitude I just backed up and left . SO I DON T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE.Then again, I was ripped off, lied to, and got my money stolen!!!

I rank this business 3 stars because it seems like half the time I take my SUV through there they disengage the overhead brushes which then my hood, windshield, and roof doesn't get cleaned as well and has dirty water spots all over it. Meanwhile the rest of the suv is clean. I have two memberships and was thinking about adding a third but now debating on going to their competitors at Tommy's express when it opens here in Norfolk.

They screwed up with their new speakers and loud ugly music. Decided to take over my membership and moved to the other one. Bye!

Went to use it today it wasn t working!. Instead of having someone or a sign out .. I went thru the gate, only told to be told I had to exit thru the back way. It was all mud puddles!!!!!

Some reason last time I went in my name and tag had been changed to someone else. My phone number under a strangers name. It washes your car very well.

Does a great job at a fast pace. In and out quickly, even if there's a line. Attendants are very friendly and prewashing/ treatment is thorough

I got the $7 wash and I asked if it would remove the bugs from the front but it did not. Didn't do the best job on tires either.
