Never get oil changes here! They left the oil cap unscrewed trice! Even after complaining to corporate. Burned the engine and electrical wiring to my a/c. And stripped the oil drain plug and can't get it off.

I like this place. Everyone seems to be helpful and the service is quick. No pressure sales and the rates are reasonable.

Refused to patch tire without appointment even though there was absolutely no vehicles in there being serviced at the time.

Very frustrated with our experience. Came in at 5pm today (Sunday) and they told us they would have our new tires on in 30-45 minutes. We came back at 5:45 and they hadn t even brought our vehicle into the shop yet. At 6:05, they started on our vehicle. At 7:10, they finally finished. Now, we will start our 2 hour drive home on a school night.Service: Auto tire replacement

Came in for a tire patch and then decided to add oil change. The lady that checked us in was so rude and then lied about calling us that they didn't have the oil we wanted.. the car was here 2 hours and we didn't get anything done. After being very upset that the tire didn't even get done they were scrambling to find the patch or whatever they needed to get the tire done. I'm sorry to say but everyone here looked lost and to be honest I'm scared something might go wrong with the tire. I do NOT recommend doing anything here with ur vehicles.

I called and asked the guy if they could do the oil change before they closed. He said ya come on up. I get there and he says he can't get me in. Drove 40 miles for nothing.

Outrageously long wait. Employees taking breaks together while customers lined up and waiting. Manager could barely look away from his computer to talk to customers. Whole experience unusual as same location has been much better on past visits.

Understaffed, poor staff training on how to handle customers. You are better off spending your money elsewhere even if it costs a few more dollars.

The young man name is George very helpful, funny,friendly and a true young gentleman!!! He carried my jack to my car and didnt skip a beat when an older gentleman who was obviously not having a good morning was on the rude side and did everything he could to ease this mans grumpy mood and sass.... awesome job George!!!! This guy needs a raise or a paid vacation lol!!!! Or both!!!

Only rated it one because I had to. My car was fine their was nothing wrong with it. Routinely carried it for for an oil change three months ago the guys at Jiffy Lube that tended to the car said everything was ok rotated the because of uneven wear on the tires. Went to walmart to get my oil changed and the car hasn't been leaking until those auto repair men TOUCH MY CAR!. Yeah and they do make you sign a disclaimer if any damage or anything in your car goes missing Walmart is not responsible. So going to Walmart auto for service your f# *&!

If you have a lot of time to spare then this is the place for you. Store was very understaffed and many excuses were given when asked why the delay. Price was ok.

Horrible customer service. Said they couldn't change my oil because they don't have ways to dispose of the oil and we're trying to tell me my oil filter is in the wheel well. Seems like a bunch of high school dropouts that don't know anything about cars or working. Do not come here.

I had a tire problem for 3 days now and first day they couldn t do service when they were open and I needed it done right away cause my tire was about to blow so I bought the tire and then went in the next day and some reason they can t even do it cause the person couldn t do it right the 3rd day I got it in for a different person to do it right and he got it but can t get the tire on for 5 hours what the heck kind of service is this I m never going to Walmart auto for service any more it took them a total of 8 hours to get my tire on

Tire center is joke. Tell you one thing on the phone. Show up 15 mins later. Cant help you at all.

Had tires changed on the car and they couldn't even put the spare away after they agreed to tried up charging left and right

Was not happy ..went in for oil change and person who change oil decided to mess we with built in navigation..no reason be in at all
