They care about their customers. Make sure to get ahold of you regarding a problem with your vehicle. Go above and beyond for you. Best place to get tires, oil change and many other services. Free tire rotation with an oil change was an added bonus.

I had really positive experience with T.O Haas in Norfolk. Staff was very helpful, and they did great work on my vehicle. They replaced my front struts. During their initial test drive, my vehicle got rear-ended, and the staff at T.O. Haas had an accident report from the police and an estimate from a body shop when I went in to pick up my vehicle. (The T.O. Haas employee was not at fault, just to clarify). I would recommend these guys 100%.

Great service here. They were able to fix a leaking tire I had in the coldest weather I ve ever seen. The shop was really accommodating. Great people, especially Jeb. Highly recommend making them your go-to mechanics.

Wade and the crew at TO Haas have been amazing with helping me out with my Chevy Equinox. I had gotten 4 new BF Goodrich tires put on and my SUV and it rides smoothly. I believe they have fair prices and will be honest with you without screwing you over if your car has problems. I had some issues with my Equinox stalling and they informed me it was due to my Intake and Exhaust valve. After being able to fix it within a couple days, I haven't had any problems since. Definitely recommend!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Easy to work with fast service! and doesnt cost you an arm and a leg! after their done they print a paper and tells you the tire pressure on all and also tells u your break pad thickness thought thats pretty cool!!

Popped a new tire on a pothole in Norfolk Ne. The service was tremendous (in and out in about a half hour with a new tire covered by the road hazard warranty. Extremely satisfied. Thank you.

Have a set of used take off tires with about two thousand miles on them and they will not put them on my truck. They said they don't work with used tires only new tires. Guess they don't need our business anymore. Good bye TOHaas.Pomps Tire here we come.

Needed new tires and it was a pain free experience. I knew what I wanted when I went in and the tires were available. Only had the vehicle there for a few hours before it was done. Drives like a dream now. Great staff and it was an easy transaction.

Tire Pressure light on and no readings from any sensors. In and out in no time with everything working like new again. They had the sensor on hand so we didn t need to wait. They always take care of us and have the best prices in Northeast Nebraska.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have bought several sets of tires from T O Hass. I have also have had shocks, struts, and brakes replaced. Today I bought a set of tires and had an air pressure sensor replaced. I had an appointment for 3:00 and had the tires replaced and sensor installed and was done by 3:45.I have always gotten good service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices seem reasonable. I would recommend them.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I had the guys at T.O. Haas do an alignment on my 03 Monte Carlo after a pothole mishap, knowing that it would be tough because the car needs new struts. However, even with that being the case, they did such a great job that it drives smoother now than before the mishap; even though I have yet to replace the struts. Plus! They gave me a great labor estimate when I'm able to get that done. Plus! They said they'll align it after at no charge. Great guys! Great to work with! Five million stars!

Super great customer service. I had to get some tires this morning last minute before work. He explained everything that had to be done and why.
