Very friendly, got us in the morning, let us know what the problem was, and had it fixed by lunch time. Don't wanna have any more car trouble, but I'm going back here next time I do.

Refuse to patch a tire 30 minutes before they closed said they didn't have time even though the place was an absolute ghost town.

My brother in law just went for a tire rotation and when he went to pick the car up after waiting two hours they gave him the bill with all they had done to it. After going outside to check out the tire rotation we saw the tires were still the same way as when we left it there. After going back inside and telling them why they didn t rotate the tires they then started to say a bunch of other things needed to be done before the rotation. But they failed to explain that over the phone or when we showed up to pick the actual car up. The service tech acted like it was done. Very bad experience do not recommend.

I was very impressed with them . They didn't have tire I needed , they called around to help me get what I needed. Very friendly.

Did not torque lug nuts after a tire repair and I lost 7 of my 8 lug nuts and ruined a rim. Obviously not a professional who did this. They need a knowledgeable service manager who can ensure those technicians are qualified and can do one of the most important steps of removing a rim, replacing the tire and reinstalling it! Will not ever recommend anyone to go there!

Been getting my tires for my whole family of 6 vehicles for 15-plus years. Have always had great service, and great products. The management always trains the guys to be respectful and do a great job at the same time. Always recommend my friends and family.

Went in with an almost flat tire. They fixed it in less than an hour, and had me on my way. The kicker: it was -15 weather, wind blowing 25mph, possibly worst day of the year. I appreciate y'all very much!

I needed new tires and they said I needed new rotors too. The rotors were $600. When I took the van in, they said they got the tires but not the rotors. When I paid, I asked about the rotors. She said you should be good unless would start to wobble. They were going to charge me for some thing I didn't need

The ball joints they put on my truck didn't have any grease in the boot! The only grease is the small dab around the joint itself. They purposely do not fill the boot for shipping purposes and it's up to the installer to fill it up. Makes me wonder how many other people fall victim to this considering it was like this on BOTH of the ball joints. I would have never known if I didn't have other work to do on my truck. While I was doing other work I pulled down the boots of these ball joints to see how much grease there was and sure enough they did lousy work. They didn't fill it up like the manufacturer recommends, like everyone knows needs to be done. They said they can install ball joints with grease zerks however they went the cheapest route and these ball joints don't have grease fittings! They literally saved about $2 without warning me of their poor decision. The pictures are proof of the poor work they did!

I went here to get my brakes replaced. Instead of charging me a ton of money to do that, they cleaned some rust and told me I still had half the life of my current brakes left. $20 later and my car is good as new. Thank you for your honesty.

Honestly, I am very upset. I went into Square Tire to get my oil change. I also asked them to LOOK at my tires and then call me when and if they found something. They did not call and tell me when my car was done, nor did they call and ask me if they could patch up my tires. They patched up all four of tires WITHOUT my permission and now I am having to pay for something that I can't afford. Very disappointed. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed out of your money!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I've been to dozens and dozens of shops over the years and I can honestly say this is by far my favorite. Was in town just for the weekend and needed a tire. They got me in at the last minute on a Saturday without hesitation, they were the only shop open that had my tire size in stock and they did it at a fraction of the cost of anyone else. They also managed to find where my engine was leaking oil when 3 other shops couldn't find the cause and then topped it off to get me home without asking at no extra cost. No hidden fees or taxes, the price I was quoted when I called is what I paid. I would gladly pay twice as much to have service like this where I live.

Ok only 2 stars because of the decent pricing on all four new tires but the "free" alignment they wouldn't do as they said the lower control arm needed fixed. I took it to our own personal mechanic who couldn't find anything wrong with the front end and so I called them back and the girl said it was the rear control arm and that she saw the tire wiggle and so I asked her again that it was the rear tire as the paper of the estimate said front and she looked it up and says oh its the front lower control arm bushing. So she really didn't k ow what she was talking about. I relayed that information to my mechanic and he says nope the tire does not wiggle and that there isn't anything wrong with the bushing. I tried to take it back to them twice with both times being told 3 to 4 hour wait so I called an alignment specialist and they got me in right away the next morning and fixed it without questioning any problems and never said if there was. So if you take your car to them and they say you need something else fixed maybe you better get another opinion or 2 to make sure.

One they raised their prices. Second I would not recommend getting service here. I had my car worked on 3 different times and each time something magically went wrong and I was right back in getting it fixed. Something isn't right there.. I have never had this problem elsewhere. I would recommend going to Brad's auto if you can get in.

Blew a tire on the road on my way to Norfolk, and they fixed on a Saturday within 90 minutes. Nicest people I've met and super helpful.

Took vehicle in for alignment and steering position sensor calibration after doing work to vehicle. Said vehicle has other issues and charged a $36.91 diagnostic fee. Took to another shop 30 minutes it was aligned and recalibrated. No need for the list of parts they stated was needed.

My daughter went to school at UNMC in Norfolk. Every time she needed help, they were honest, didn't try to add on sales, and just overall good people. 5 stars all the way!!!

Took car in for oil change and a service check. I went in with no noises and fully inflated tires. When I left I had all 4 tires PSI dropped to 28PSI; the side of the tire says 44PSI. They also left 3 lug nuts finger tight after checking my brake pads. The technician told me to come back in after 25 miles, "because sometimes they can come off when driving after being torqued." My total service time was closing in on an hour and a half. There were 2 people in front of me....Will not be returning

They got us in quickly, honestly assessed our air conditioning problem and gave us a quote on fixing it $800 cheaper than dealer in our area. We travel 75 miles to go to Square Tire because we trust them.

I was in Niobrara and had a flat that was not fixable, had to put my donut spare on, drove 3 hrs on it and had to drive 2 more, and it was Sunday, so Norfolk was my only stop on the way home, beings my vehicle was all wheel drive, I knew if bought 1 new one, they would make me buy all 4, so I just asked to see if they had a used tire i could get to make it home, since I work for a company and had 4 new at home, they would not budge from their policy and not sell me one, luckily I made it home on my spare.Thanks for not helping out a traveler.

I went there to get air in my tires and they said its too cold to do it so luckily the nice guy at Walmart auto care filled them up for me

My teenage son is at Boy Scout camp near Norfolk with a car. Got a flat tire. I looked up tire services, and found Square Tire. Familiar with their locations in Sioux City, I suggested he go there for repair, hoping they'd let me pay with a credit card over the phone. They one-upped me - repaired his tire free of charge, because he's a Scout. It wasn't necessary, but very much appreciated. Do I think you should expect to get your tires repaired for free? No. But you're going to find friendly people and great customer service at Square Tire.

Greg or Craig, I don t remember, has always taken care of whatever vehicle I drug in. Even my piece of **** 1992 Geo Metro. Oil Change takes a little long but I walk to Hyvee for breakfast while I wait. Dont have to make an appt for oil change.

Didn't realize my oil change was gonna be $100. Plus it took 2 days for them to do it. Ugh
