Service was ok but it took waaaaaaay longer than they said it would take. Also went I was waiting I over heard the service men come out to every oil change customer and suggest they do more work. Just do the damn oil change!!!

I would not recommend utilizing their on site spray on bed liner. I literally have a rake peeling the bed liner off and was told that is wear and tear, after 2 years with all buy zero use.Be sure that if you have a warranty or credited services (e.g., free oil changes) you remind them, because sometimes they forget.Other that that, excellent service.

Had my vehicle picked up at my place of work for a recall repair. I received a phone call that my vehicle was returned after the service work was done. When I left work to go home I couldn't find my vehicle. Now this is 6:30 at night, 8 degree windchill. Received zero help from service department to help locate missing vehicle other than to ask if It could be parked somewhere else. ?? Worst customer service experience ever

2nd time dropped vehicle off cleaner than i picked it up. So they said next time i bring it in they will wash it, which they did not do.I don t know why it is so hard to listen to the customer. Gotta call at 4pm said my pickup was done, i told them I would be late , so made sure they washed it. And put the tire on. Got there , not washed, no tire, an did not leave my keys where i told them too. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a transmission fluid leak took it to get it fixed cause I didn t have time or the place atm and they said it was going to $1500 total to fix. They wanted to replace all the fittings, lines etc. I took it home power washed it & diagnosed it. It was a small leak from a being rubbed against the crossmember on the cooler line non-pressure not the transmission lines themselves. Took the line off bronze welded it put it back on with some rubber around it to prevent it rubbing again. In total no parts needed and a two hour job. I do not and will never recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Overall a great expirience. I had been there a few years ago and an oil change too a longer time than I expected this time the time taken met me expectations.I will share more as my experience with this dealership develops further.

It's was worst place ever had, they said one thing over the phone and later, when they have your car for diagnostic one thing you already told then charged you 138 dollars for no reason! I will never never never never at this place!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
