My husband and I stopped at the Norfolk location a little over a week ago so I could use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. I picked up a bag of fresh popped popcorn also. The staff working were very friendly and offered me a stuffed Sinclair dinosaur for my kids. Later on down the road I tried a bite of the popcorn, mixed with caramel corn and buttered... it is probably the best popcorn I've ever had and I'm trying to think if I know anyone in the area that will go get me another bag and ship it to me since I live 2.5 hours away. If I'm ever in the area again, I'm buying multiple bags.

Prime stop is a 5 star truck stop. First off the conversation and friendliness with the people working there is first class. Especially my boy Phil. He is a real one. If you get the chance to stop on by you will be in for a treat. They have a great selection of snacks and hot food. They make stuff fresh and the eggs rolls with siracha prime stop really show the class this place is made off. If Gordon Ramsey had these egg rolls he would think he is in a 5 star establishment. The fuel prices are the best around so you know you are getting it at a fair price. At prime stop you are not just a customer you are family. And in the words of Dom terotto there s always room for family

We pulled in starving and wanting something hot. There was ample truck parking outside on unpaved gravel mixed with dirt. Walking in the store looked pretty big. I noticed that the two cashiers were in conversation, it's probably why we didn't get greeted.First stop was to the restroom. Someone was in the woman's so I went into the next one that had a women, men and disabled sign on the door. It looked more like a shower room that has been used with towels on the floor and a dirty toilet. Instead of talking they could've had this cleaned. They weren't busy. I waited for the women's restroom to be free.Back out into the store, we both got fountain drinks and chose bacon cheeseburgers from the hotbox. Then we went to cash out interrupting the two cashiers from talking. A man waited on us, no name on his shirt. He didn't smile, didn't ask if we needed anything else, he just told us the total. My husband said he needed cigarettes, where the man got them and said he needed to scan Ross's I.D. We paid then waited for the receipt. He didn't give it to us so we asked for it, he gave it to us then went back to talk to other cashier again.The store looked clean, the bathrooms needed some work and the service I thought was rude. We probably won't stop here again. Back at the truck, the cheeseburgers tasted good except for the soft bacon was chewy.

Always nice people here but why do the nozzle slow down pumping with over $2 remaining. Weird.

I use to love Prime Stop I moved away for about 4 years and just recently returned. The customer service is subpar minus the tenured staff that works there. The place is dirty and has an un welcoming smell to it. The women's bathroom has broken items in it and is filthy. When I walked in there were 3 people standing around talking. No one said hello or welcomed us in anyway. There was one person who was stalking food for the lunch rush. It's sad to see a place I frequented often to a place I will not go unless I absolutely need to.

I love this place!! If you are looking for great food great service and a great place to stop on your trip this is the place to go. Hell if you're just looking for a quick bite to eat the food is spot on. Their cook is great the girls are awesome and I just love all the cashiers there. Wonderful wonderful place.

Customer service is awesome. The store is immaculate, especially so the restrooms, obviously the hardest place in any public business to keep clean. Plenty of parking, no waiting. One doesn't even have to go out of one's way to get there, because it's out where one's going anyway, geographically convenient. I haven't been to them all--I've been to plenty, though--but this is probably perhaps the very best, cleanest, and friendliest truck stop in the state.

Conveniently located just North of Norfolk, this gas station/convenience store is easy to get in and out of, plenty of pumps, fair prices that usually are set before the gas stations in Norfolk giving you an indication of what's to come, and plenty of snacks. They can even make sandwiches there, but they used to be able to make other things like pizza and such, but their new woman boss seems to not know how to manage a place with cooking capabilities. (Why is she still there?!?) Staff is very friendly and down-to-Earth. They even accept Hy-Vee Fuel Saver!!!!!

Prime Stop is a perfectly located truck stop, rest stop, convenience store and gas station. With a vast selection of food, drinks, and fresh hot food. Prime Stop is usually clean and the staff is nice.

I purchased 20 dollars of 91 octane fuel and used the restroom. The restroom was very clean and I also got some chewing gum for 50 cents. VERY GOOD TRUCK STOP ON HWY 81!!!

Disappointed that the staff weren't wearing masks and that there appeared to be no acknowledgement for the COVID-19 pandemic. The place was very busy and you get dirty looks for wearing a mask and trying to social distance. I got my snack and left as quickly as possible. Not going to be back.

Went in at 915 pm 2 guys in there behind the counter shooting the breeze. I went for a sandwich and 3 hot dogs on the roller grill that looked like they been there all day. No Tielke or Deli Express type sandwiches 2 hot cases were off and empty. Not very impressed by this store.

Yeah it's a pretty good place got diesel and I wanted to get some food it was pretty okay for fast food not a bad stop

Customer service SUCKS. Will be working north of town for the next 3 months. Will Not stop here again. They don't even know how to use coupons for Copenhagen 0 Stars......
