Have always been impressed with the work Pinkelman has done for us in the past. Last night was a new level. Evening service call determined hub had gotten hot, needed at minimum hub & bearings. Luke (owner) called another shop that was much closer to do the work the following morning. Because he cared about the customer and did what was best for the trailer, we avoided damaging the axle by moving 2 blocks vs 10 miles. Very impressed and appreciated.

Man, these guys are the best. I was towed in and they got right on me. Had to order the parts and even informed me of other issues I knew about as well. Excellent work and fair price.

My trailer was damaged while I was in the area and they went out of their way and worked into the evening to get my trailer repaired quickly, properly and most importantly on time.I couldn't be happier with every interaction I had. This is a great shop. I hope I never need them again but if I do they got a customer for life.. Way to go and thank you

Tech was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Repaired my trailer the right way and in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to call on them again. This day and age, getting hard to find someone that takes pride in their work like they did.

I had an electrical problem. They got me in quickly, found the problem and repaired it. The bill was very reasonable and no after problems. Unlike other shop, they do follow up calls see how the repair did after you keft. I highly recommend them and would use them again without a second thought.

These guys are great! Road service called them for an antifreeze leak and they got me in 15 minutes after I pulled in and had me going within a couple hours. If the truck ever breaks in the Norfolk area again I'll definitely be telling road service I'm coming here.

They took forever to fulfill their promise of a vehicle inspection and then refused to order their agenda to accommodate mine. I went elsewhere for the mechanical services I needed. I don't HATE them, but they put their concepts of service over actual stated customer requests that were submitted in writing.

Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we needed we need repairs . About 4 pm I called. They determined what parts were needed, got before parts house closed. Outstanding service from Bryce and the crew. Had an air can leaking on my trailer when I arrived at the Loves in Norfolk. Called Pinkelman and they were there within 20 minutes. Found a hose leak and Bryce took me to the shop and got that fixed as well. Reasonable call out fee. Thanks guys!

Anybody says this place is good is a darn lie. Pulled into shop and owner told me Id have to pay for a after hour road side fee! At 10am in the morning! After we pulled into their shop! Straight crooks.

I don t usually write reviews but at the end of the day these guys took care of me an my truck I broke down in Norfolk an everyone knows a man without a semi can t get anywhere they went above and beyond and got me too my hotel thought I was gonna have too walk a mile the owner is really nice had a good convo with him made me laugh all in all if u need truck services these guys are fair and honest and they go out there way too help u out I didn t feel like just another customer they made me feel like a human being

Seem to be a top notch outfit and not just a bunch of grease monkeys you d expect from a small independent shop. Got me right in and had me goin in a timely order. Fair prices, fast service and good work! I m not a local and was just passing thru but they still treated me well.

Great service, does after hours service calls so it's nice that someone always answers the phone no matter what time day or night! Gets you in and diagnosed in a reasonable time frame and the techs are super helpful! Luke and the staff does a great job!

Great place great people and service! I lost my clutch on Saturday night they checked it out and put the truck in there shop. Monday morning they are putting new clutch in and got me back on the road. I recommend them to every one. Twin Coulee Trucking Tom Horpestad

Hands down the BEST service you ll ever find!! My Kenworth had a diesel gelling issue, service guy showed up went right to work, got my truck that shut off from gelling to started in about 15 to 20 minutes, had all the proper equipment, tools, and knowledge to git-r-dun!! All of this was done in strong winds and negative 11 degrees. No questions asked I d call them agian!!!!

Great Bryce service. No complaints there. Tech drove 39.7 miles one way to replace one brake cam on trailer. $718.00 for the weekend service call. Over priced.

Luke and Amber at Pinkelman Truck and Trailer have it figured out. Great service, fair prices and they really take care of their employees. This is the way to run a diesel repair business.

My husband's truck had a problem, so he called Pinkelman & they sent a repair guy out, asap. He was VERY nice!! Got the problem fixed, in no time!! Thanks for getting us going again!! You guys rock!!

I've always taken all of my truck and all of my trailers here and they've been reasonably priced and they got me in quickly and got me back on the road quickly I will continue to go there and have been going there for the past 3 years all of their techs are amazing good people and know what they're doing

I ve been to all the big name truck shops in town and now this is the only place I ll go. They understand the need to get back on the road so they work hard to get you in and out. They also keep you updated on the status of your truck. Great customer service.

Had an issue with my fuel filters in my paccar I took it to them they changed them out for me and got me back on the road in a hour, was impressed they were knowledgeable and very friendly and kind...u just dont get that customer service like that anymore, I wish I lived in that area so I could get more service from them...
