My van was leaking exhaust fumes into my car every time I drove. Norfolk T&M fixed this problem. They even showed us where the problem was coming from. Thank U so much guys.

I love how these guys will come out and flush your cooler to ensure you have it done properly so you save the new transmission and keep your warranty intact

I would give them 10 stars if possible! The transmission in our family van gave out and from the loud grinding noises and inability to get the vehicle to move without experiencing massive noise from the transmission we assumed we would have to pay for a new transmission. They guys at Norfolk Transmission checked it out and were able to replace a part in the transmission that solved the problem at a fraction of the cost of a new transmission and got us back on the road again. I buy transmissions from norfolk trans, and install them in my shop HNH Auto Repair And Tire very good company to work with, and have never had a failure. I have a transmission from there in my own truck, always very helpful and great to work with.

We've had two transmissions rebuilt with them. They rebuilt my 73 mustang's and it works great. Our second vehicle they rebuilt worked well for a while then the transmission acted up again. They happily repaired the issue and it works like new again. Great people to work with.

Called asked how soon they could rebuild a trans they said asap should have known then it was a 2nd rate place. rebuilt trans went out after 200 miles took back they claimed it was faulty parts then they said they replaced other parts on the truck after I had told them not to and are trying to charge me for it. They delivered the trans to me so they could flush the cooler and forgot to bring the transfer case that was bolted to it when I dropped it off. They were supposed to rebuild the transfer case (I specifically said I wanted it rebuilt) they said they would and when the guy went back to get it he didn't know anything about it he said they have never rebuilt a transfer case and they didn't. I will never recommend or do business with Norfolk transmission ever again.

We only wanted a diagnostic run on my husband suv. Was told a price. We planed for that price . We called 2 times and told them we must stay in that price. By the time my husband got to call back the price had gone up with out no call or permission. When asked why got yet another price. Seems shady .??? And put us short on money. Not cool and not very trust worthy!! we wont be back. Oh and ps it was a easy fix. We got a honest answer somewhere else. Beware. After posting this review . they called and harassed me and at the end of it they even offered my husband his money back? why would you do that if you were not jacking up your prices. makes you wounder why they have to chase down all the people who write a review and harass me by phone and text. Is not right!!! im entitled to my opinion!! i dont appreciate you posting on your reply that we did not do business with you we wrote you a check and paid in full. so yes it was your shop and i know were we do business at. and il never be back.

Staff very nice it was just a little slow and Wi-Fi would of been nice to pass the time. All in all though they are very good and honest with me. Also they take cans for recycling, just keep them in large bags rather then small bags because you will have to open then.

Went in for transmission flush and filter replacement. Great service.Note: if you ask for them to look at a potential problem, don't expect a clear answer from their findings. I was told of leaks found, but they had zero idea from where.

Went in to have an 02 sensor problem checked out. And left with a exhaust leak pipe had seperated from catalytic converter. Inwhich i know was good because i had just had my exhaust checked thats how i knew it was the 02 sensor. Had it checked in Omaha two days before. Other than that the hospitality was great so i just let it be an decided to go else. For service

one of the only places I could find some 3-inch pipe from my exhaust on my truck they definitely help me out good place to go would definitely recommend them

Bought a pickup that had a rebuilt transmission by this business. Transmission went out within 10k miles of being rebuilt and inside of their 3 year guarantee and they will not honor their warranty.
