Worst buying experience Ive ever had. Lied to on multiple things from final price to warranty. MSO took over 5 weeks to receive after purchase. Had to reach out multiple times. Never received my extra 6 month warranty or my oil filter for my free oil change that was included in deal. Lesson learned

Great staff. Very informative and very personable staff. Awesome place to roam around and dream!! Great selection of vehicles and accessories. Got me in and out no hassles with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Over the years, we have purchased several ATVs, UTVS, and snowmobiles along with having several of these items serviced. The customer service at Motorplex is fantastic. The sales and service team have been nothing but outstanding!!!

The parts department is great at selling you parts but if they order them wrong for you they will ignore you. NEVER BUY PARTS HERE!!

Great place to save your money. Which is really odd for a business these days. Anyway, their technique of customer service is a creative, no pressure sales technique.You can walk right in, not be greeted, nor be bothered by anyone for the 20 minutes you stand there looking at the same 2 machines you want to buy. It's crazy... More businesses should use this style of sales and customer care.I know, I know: I just let out Motoplex sales secrets, but hey, I figured a PSA from me would save folks the hassle of even bothering to stop here and just use their energy elsewhere. As for us.... We went on-line and found the two there. Get what we want and, a nice road trip.

Bought my first new motorcycle here, very satisfied with the salesman as well as the parts manager. Bother were very helpful in getting me the parts and accessories that I needed

Knowledgeable staff! Great service! Can't give Clayton and his staff enough stars. Adam in sales treated me great and dealing with Roxane in the office is a great experience! Pry gonna have to buy a Camp Chef grill next...

Great experience buying from them. The out the door price was more than fair. They held the atv for me till I was able to come see it. They had Paperwork done and had me loaded up in less than 45 minutes of walking in the door. Highly recommended.

Was absolutely unimpressed by parts department. I had to give them a polaris part number to order after they told me polaris didn't make a part I was looking for. They were just very difficult to work with and I will NOT do more business here.

My husband went to look at side-by-sides. He was the only customer in the store. Not one sales person greeted him or asked if he needed help. He left.

Bought a brand new motorcycle from them and could not ride it for the first year because it was in the shop so much, put together incorrectly, wrong parts used, HORRIBLE customer service, technicians do not seemed to be properly trained.
