Advertises 24/7 emergency service, than tells you they won't come out in tell business hours. Thanks for leave me on the side of the road for 9 hours with a load of livestock on. That's animal cruelty by the way...

I was in need of a car repair. I called in the morning and was able to drop off my car by noon. It was done in 2 hours or less. Pleasant employees!

Amazing service! Chuck and his service tech were beyond amazing and helpful! Very friendly as well. We had a flat tire on our RV and they got us in immediately and were happy to do it! Thank guys!!

Fastest and best service ever provided. The shop guy was professional by skills nd fast by hands. The desk staff was nice,respectful with words. Overall it was very gud experience visiting tht place.

If you get your vehicle there on time its pretty fast labor. I like to think that it's quality as most things they have said it's guaranteed. I havnt had any parts they put on break(yet)... I feel the rate is fair and competitive! They cut me a huge break when I took on the Goodyear credit card. It's been a trusting place to take my truck.

Overall a great experience. 1 star missing cause they promised me tires on Monday, but they didn't get there till Thursday. Staff is very helpful, quick to offer rides to and from work, and tire prices were best of the 3 places I called. I'll be back!

This used to be the only place I would go, until today. My check engine light went on and I stopped in so they could check it and I could set up an appointment to get it fixed. I have done this 3 other times and they have always been very helpful at getting it figured out and fixed. This time they wouldn t do anything until I paid them $100. I have never paid that before. I am a single mom and have paid over $2000 in repairs this year here and will no longer go back. I can t afford $100 just for you to tell me what is wrong especially when someone else will do it for free. I am really sad because I felt like I could trust this place with treating me right as a single woman. I guess things have changed and I will be trying out new places to get my van fixed.Edit: they called me and said there was a miscommunication with a new employee.

They have taken care of my vehicle a few times and have happy with the service, very few shops that can get you in quickly and get you out quickly in this town. Many shops have a long backlog, since I m single and have only one car that s pretty important to get my car back. also watch out Ive heard people leave this place with new problems with their vehicles.

Excellent Work & Service at a Great Price! Chuck knows cars inside and out. They fixed my Acura and my Chevy. Short wait time. Great customer service. Friendly. Good prices on parts and labor. I highly recommend them for everything. I can't say enough about what a great shop this is to have your car or truck fixed.

Good at tires, but I've had questionable experiences with mechanic work. Usually a few hundred dollars more than what they quoted me and at one point got my vehicle back with more problems than when it showed up. Then got scolded by the service manager (chuck I think) for calling them out on it. They did mess up and got rid of a couple tires I wanted to keep but they made it right with me. Other than that friendly staff and pretty quick and detailed I'm explaining what has been or needs to be done.

I'm a truck driver. I wasn't too sure about coming here because it's in a mall parking lot and there's certain places you don't feel good going in a 70' long vehicle. It was the only place in the area open on Saturday though. Turns out not only was it no problem but it's easily one of the best shops I've ever been to. It was fast, inexpensive, and the guy who did the repair (Jeff) was friendly and did excellent work. If you're in the area and you need tire work, roll right on in here. This is the place.

My family and I have been getting our vehicles serviced here for years and they always do a good job for a fair price. They are great at explaining what's wrong and how they can fix it. I will be bringing cars here as long as I live nearby.

Wasn t impressed. Only two people could handle national accounts so wasted 45 minutes waiting for one of the two to come in and say my company WASN T on their list. Folks at the desk were polite and all, but didn t know what to do. Guess their not real interested in commercial tire sales unless your local.

Went in 2 weeks ago to price tires. I have purchased several sets of tires from them in the past. Anyway, the service manager (not Stubb, do not know his name) was not very helpful. He got upset when I wanted to look at other options for tires than the 2 options he quoted me, so I figured he did not want my business. Thanks to him I will now go elsewhere, I wonder how many other potential sales this guy drives away?

Nothing really to like about it. I dropped off a rim to have a new tire put on. I was told it would be ready the next Monday. The next Wednesday (two days late), after not receiving any correspondence, I called, and was told it would be done Friday. They called Friday to let me know it was done (4 days late). This was all a simple tire swap on one rim.I then scheduled an appointment for 2:00 the following Wednesday for an oil change and the mount. When I got there at 2:00, I was told it would be at least an hour. It is now 5:00 and I still haven't heard back (3 hours later). Extremely disappointed.I have yet to see how the actual service was.

I talked to a guy named Jeff he was very knowledgeable in the tires I was looking for I wanted something bigger Hi my truck so he had the perfect tire that I was looking for. The prices are comparable to everybody else but the service is what I appreciated. I will return for my other vehicles for service and tires Thanks Jeff

Great salesmen and the guys in the shop do a good job. They will try to sell you something/add an additional repair that you may or may not need. Only pay for what you arranged to have done in the first place is my word of warning.

Their techs have never held the right end of a wrench before. It took 4 hours for a oil change because they stripped the plug and i had to bring it back because when they put the new plug in it wasnt tight enough and i leaked oil. I have been to several graham locations (spencer iowa, sioux falls south dakota, yankton south dakota) and have had similar bad experiences. Needless to say its a chain issue more than any one location. They all suck.

Over the phone told me they can mount a tire on 22inch rim then when I get there told me they can't? It's 2018 and many new trucks have 22s maybe it's time to get some better equipment and staff was very rude. No longer ever going here for vechicle needs after 5 years.

The people are helpful. They can usually get you in in a couple of days. They have a tendency to find things your vehicle needs that may not be as necessary as they imply. Seems like a lot of mechanics do that.

Got a quote for a harmonic balancer of 165.00, i got out the 165.00, well to my surprise when ask for the total it was 345.00! What was the balancer made out of? Gold? I would not recommend this place. Over priced! They give you a set price then end up paying more.

Salesman, Glen, was very cordial and helpful, explained the advantages and disadvantages for the different choices of tires that were available. Was very positive about the Goodyear product line. Appreciate d his knowledge.

I am not pleased with the service. I dropped off my truck to rotate my tires. I dropped off when they opened & I said I would pick it up in the afternoon. I made an appointment for 8:30. I got there in the afternoon & they had just gotten it in. I had waited 45 minutes to have them do it. What frustrates me is how I left it there for over seven hours & I had an appointment that they didnt get it done. I'll not be back! Not worth the time!

Great place and quick service, everyone else in town was over an hour wait and they got me in right away and were able to tell me everything that was wrong. Great customer service

Got me in right away for new battery..had slow leak tire but was 10th in line they checked all air I'll fix later been dealing with slow leak a couple weeks so..

Didn't get tire service. But I am a truck driver I parked across from them and was walking to sonic and they let me walk through there shop they were very friendly!
