Was just leaving Norfolk Nebraska from visiting my father in the Norfolk Veterans Home. As I was leaving town my low tire pressure warning came on so I pulled into Bauer Built tires and they got me in pretty quick. Was in and out in probably 25 minutes can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road feeling safe.

Came in for a severely damaged tire, and while I was down, decided to replace a few more(5 of 6). When the guys in the shop saw my truck they recognized the issue and instead of upselling me, we worked out a way to get me back on the road safely to a shop for alignment to prevent any future damage to the new tires. Greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience! Had a nail in a trailer tire and they had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend

I was traveling and stopped over night at Norfolk. Woke up with my front Tire Completly Flat. I had a 12v air pump to get me headed to a tire shop. Visited 3 tire shops between 9-10am that (graham) was to busy, (t o hass) short handed & (square tire) did not have equipment for 22 inch tire. I gave up headed south on 81 and saw another tire shop, so pulled in to Bauer Built. Walked in ask abt tire repair they took my info then my Keys and under 30 mins I was on my way. What a good experience with super nice people. Hands down the Best Tire Shop with the Best Service in Norfolk Ne. 5 Stars

Over the past year, on a couple different occasions, I have had some tire issues. From just simply needing new tires because of age, wear and tear, to having a slight accident and needing to get one of the new tires replaced, to needing an air valve replaced, etc. I can honestly say, that I have never had a better experience with a tire company. These guys, hands down, go above and beyond at customer service! The attention they give each customer, the service they provide is just outstanding. I would absolutely recommend Bauer Built to anyone and everyone! Thanks for the great service guys!

Had to replace one of my stepdeck trailer tires, was in and out very fast. Clean and professional office and shop.

I'm an owner operator and time is everything in our industry. Had a rim issue couple days back. So I roll into their yard ask if they could help me out. The parked me out front . Brought out a personal service unit out and set me up. From dismount to down the road with torque wheel. 45 mins. Super happy customer. I received a new hat and few calenders with locations of other shops . Will definitely be there again for coffee stop. And will recommend that ally friends stop there. Bought a couple of tires online...smokin deal. Kept putting off getting them put on. The place I was going to have it done was $50.00. Well good thing I waited because I hit a pot hole and got a huge dent in the rim. Called a couple of places to see if they could hammer it outthey said no. Called Bauer they said bring it in we may be able to we'll look and tell you if it's not possible. Brought it in and they said....maybe. Anyway 30 minutes later the mechanic handed me the keys and the invoice. It was only $42.50 and they didn't charge me any extra to straighten the rim!

I always have a great experience at Bauer Built in Norfolk Nebraska. The guys all dig in and get her done. All I see is good attitudes there.

These guys were busy as heck but got me in right away to get me and the trailer back on the road. Great customer service.

That's an excellent place to go for AG or truck tires ,over the road truck tires
