Bought a 2013 Chevy equinox with 88,000 miles in October, they drove it to scottsbluff and said there was no issues. 2-3 weeks later the car started jerking and the check engine light came on. Got several codes for engine misfires. Got it into a mechanic and he said when he went to change the oil it was bone dry. He did an oil change and said to check it throughout the month to see if it s burning oil still. I check the oil today and it s bone dry again. Mechanic thinks it will need a new engine. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We ve called this place to see if they will pay for at least half of what it s going to cost for repairs and keep giving us the run around and they said they were in the process of new owners and never got a call back.

Bought a 2019 Chevy equinox with 80k miles from them earlier last month, after about 3 weeks of having the new car I come to find out the rotors, brake pads, and brake fluid is all shot so I messaged Joe pictures and what it costed me to fix the problems hoping for some type a reimbursement but unfortunately no the $600 is my own responsibility, they used the vehicle to travel to hartington from Yankton twice to get title switched over and didn t even have the decency to replace the fuel used. They have a decent selection of vehicles so be sure to have someone with you to inspect the vehicle as these con artists will try to leave you in the dark about the faults of the vehicle.

I recently traded in a car I originally purchased from Auto Express. When I traded it in, I found out it was in two accidents previously to me purchasing. This was never disclosed to me even when asked. Irate is an understatement. Do NOT buy from them!

Obtained my SSN and a copy of my drivers license WITHOUT my consent and ran my credit score WITHOUT my consent amongst other shady business. Filing a complaint with the BBB as we speak. IN MY OPINION, REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH AUTO EXPRESS OF NORFOLK, save yourself the headache and purchase a vehicle with a business that has better morals. This business clearly has none...

For whoever reads this post I can tell you that Auto Express is ok. What I have a problem with is that when I bought a car they put me thru Regional Acceptance Corporation for a loan. DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU WITH REGIONAL ACCEPANTANCE. I have had nothing but problems with Regional Acceptance since I made my first car payment back in 2019

I recommend Auto Express to anyone looking to buy a car! This was the easiest and quickest car I have ever purchased. The staff was so amazing to work with and delivered my car right to my front door (4 hours away) for me to test drive. I loved the car and signed the paperwork the same day right in my own kitchen! I told my best friend about them and she also had the best experience with purchasing her car!

They were great to work with! My car was a total loss on Friday and we filled out the online app early Sunday morning, and they called me Sunday got it all talked out and by Monday @5 I had a brand new car!! Did I mention they delivered?!! From Norfolk all the way to Kimball my singing process was 10 mins! Seriously the easiest car I ve ever bought! My mom actually got into an accident 45 days later and totaled her car and bought one from them too!!

These guys have done me right, I needed a car rather abruptly, claimed bankruptcy the year before and they also deliver.I didn't really dig into looking for a car till he called me at like 7pm after I got off work which caught me off guard that they'd be doing business so late, he sounded like a really genuine guy and really tried to get me a good deal, my interest rate is 13% which is what I expected after doing research and he informed me that he'll even refinance down the road after I make payments on time free of charge.The only complaint I really had was the tires were less than half tread and they were city tires, you could tell the car probably wasn't local, he told me to go to the local tire shop and he'll buy me a new set and her followed through.. they have definitely sold me after taking care of me soo well.. highly recommended especially if your credit isn't that great, they'll put in the work to keep you on the road.

I was recommended to come here and was afraid because my credit is really poor. Made a phone call and talked with owner who had me come in and lo and behold he got me the credit so I could get a very nice vehicle. Everyone was so nice and treated me with respect, actually more like a family member. I wanted a minivan and they had one exactly like what I wanted and took it for a drive right away. took approx. one hour from start to finish and no payment for a month. I highly recommend anyone wanting a vehicle to come to auto express . I promise you will not be disappointed!!!.

Express Auto Sales are very very nice people don t get me wrong they are very good sales people. They will make you feel welcomed and safe.1. They will run your credit to check it unfortunately it s not a soft check so it will impact your score negatively for a short while.2. They do not have prices on their cars. Any place that does not have prices on their cars mean they take advantage of people that don t have a lot of car knowledge3. They do not stand by their vehicles after they sell them to you.4. They do reset engine check lights. Mine turned on about a week in. I took it to the Acura dealership. They told me what was wrong and that the problem by the looks of it had been happening for a while. I asked why did the light just turn on now. They said someone must have reset it. I went back spoke to the owner of Express Auto Sales and he said look I already lost money in this car and check engine lights don t mean anything my personal car has it on all the time.5. They don t want to see you, hear you, or deal with you after you have already bought the car.But if you have bad credit this is one of the only places that will work with you because well they really don t care if you suffer making payments with high interest rates all they want is to sell sell sell

We asked them what they had on their lot. In turn they destroyed our credit for 90 days by having us hit with multiple inquiries. One of the local car dealerships also agreed that we had to wait do to their negligence. If I would have known they were going to push our credit score down we would have never went to their car dealership. There are soft and hard pulls on your credit. They pull hard so it will be more difficult for you to purchase a vehicle from another reputable dealership. It's your choice, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recommend Auto Express of Norfolk...I don't think there is a more honest, a more friendly, or a more sincere auto dealership anywhere in the lower 48. Paul was straight forward from the beginning, even though he could tell I was sceptical. He and his staff took excellent care of both my purchase, and delivery of my new Chevy Silverado! Funny... the old saying if something seems too good to be true...Paul made it happen! Thank You Paul, Thank You Auto Express of Norfolk!!!

I do NOT recommend buying a car from Auto Express! April seemed very helpful until the sale was done. Then she didn't care! She never solved my issues and never returned my calls! She should NOT be in sales! I believe her name was Brandy Who I eventually talked to got to talk about the title (since April lied and said it was sent to the courthouse which it wasn't) Brandy was very rude! I will NEVER buy another car from Auto Express!

Jo did a hell of a job getting us a much newer and nicer van. only had to put 1k down on our new (2016) van with only 41000 miles.. They even delivered it to us with in a couple of hours . Many thanks to Jo and the great staff . We have dealt with many car dealers over the years and we have never had the service like we did with AE. Thanks Again!!!

I bought a trailblazer with them last September. A week after I had it home I had to put $1300 into it for a new fan clutch. They told me it was because where I took it, and it was my fault for taking it there without consulting them first. Shortly thereafter, check engine light came on AGAIN, put another $800 in for a throttle body. And then a week ago check engine light came on again and put ANOTHER $1200 into it. The check engine light came on once again two days ago. Spoke with my salesman until he blocked my emails and stopped returning my calls. The manager, Paul, acted as though he would be of help, and then he stopped returning my calls. I asked just to take the vehicle back and cancel the loan depsite the payments I've made and money for repairs. They have ignored me since. I am not in a position to trade it in, nor purchase another vehicle, or even try to sell it. Thanks Auto Express.

I've had the best experience at auto express in Norfolk! The customer service is extraordinary, they were so helpful! I bought a GMC Sierra from there and it is amazing! They answered any and all questions with knowledgeable answers and showed me the utmost respect that you can't get from any other car dealer that's only trying to sell you a car! Definitely will tell everyone to buy from there!

Thought i was getting a great deal till today i noticed the rear bumper on my car had been replaced, so obviously it had been in a wreck. I was a first time buyer and he knew that so he didnt bother to tell me any of that... so basically Joe screwed me over on a "new" car. Way over priced for 50,000 miles and been in a wreck. I will never go through this company, and niether will any one person i know.. i will make sure of that.

It was great dealing with Catrina. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she found it, right down to the exact color and year. She made sure the vehicle was checked out before I purchased it and then Alicia found me the best interest rate possible. Quite an easy process.

This company is awesome. Not a lot of choices for pickups but the staff is amazing! They were patient and kind, got us in what we wanted and even stayed after normal hours to get us in the pickup same day! It's so exciting and I'm glad they were there every step of the way. Great job guys and April!!

Edit: Such a great place to work with, when you first buy a car, after that they dont seem to care. My intransits expire Sunday and went to license my car today, come to find out the court house had none of my paperwork. Took them 21 days to send a title to South Dakota to get title switched over, and that process takes at least 2 weeks. So now I have to drive around on expired intransits after Sunday if they do resolve this because this is my only form of transportation. I am one unhappy camper right now...

I told brandon what I was looking for and what I could afford, and there was no problems. He wasn't pushy didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't looking for or couldn't afford. He was totally honest and up front with me and he went out of his way to find me a vehicle that I was looking for and could afford. I would tell anyone looking for a new or used car to check out auto express and ask for brandon. It was easy and they gave me what I wanted for my trade, it was just an all around good and nice experience. Not like the other dealerships in town who call and call and just dont listen to ya. I asked,he looked, he found, I bought, simple as that. I liked that. Laid back and not pushy and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford.

Everyone at Auto Express was so helpful and they didn't make me feel bad about my less than perfect credit! I will recommend to everyone I know! All the staff seemed to get a long and work together. Was nice to see that! Great people, great place! Thanks Auto Express you guys are amazing!

Great place to buy a car they did everything they said they would do. The whole process was quick and easy no wasting my time, not like the bigger dealerships in my town, Thank you again AUTO EXPRESS OF NORFOLK. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO COME AND BUY A CAR!!

I applied on one auto loan sites that has like a 95%app rating, they enter the info and a car dealer calla you,in my case it's Auto Express.I was called and in a voice-mail said I'm pre-approved no money down.When I finally get hold of someone there,he asked about what I'm looking for,payment I can afford,then they work it and say I'll call you back.In typical fashion,I ne er got a call bit got the notifications my credit was pulled .Just what car dealers do,of everything's not perfect,they don't callback.

I stopped and was looking to finance a vehicle, I had been at the big store dealers in norfolk and they all told me that cant do anything, i need a bunch of money down and a cosignor, Brandon at auto express let me pick out the truck i wanted he had me fill out the application and he had an answer in no time he showed me the carfax ont he vehicle and we agreed on the price and payment and I was driving my new truck. I was telling my brother about my experience at Auto Express and he went up and bought a nissan altima, Brandon called me and told me he would be sending me a $100 amex gift card for sending in my brother, I can see now why they have been in business so long, thank you brandon

Fast Friendly and easy, I had visited 2 other dealerships in Norfolk and they did not want to take the time with me because of my credit history The team at Auto Express of Norfolk got me financed and they let me pick the car that I wanted and where able to get me the payment I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Auto Express is where my family will buy cars from now on>
