My husband and I purchased a used truck from Larson Motors a month ago today. The only reason we give 4 stars, is due to the problem(s) that we have had with it. HOWEVER- we realize there is a certain risk buying a used vehicle, as they typically come with a "buy as is" warranty and mentality. I must say that the minute we took the truck back to Larson Motor (the first time) to have it looked at, they indicated that the catalytic converter needed replaced, and didn't hesitate to replace it for us. The next day, the vehicle was actually running worse, (no fault to them) and so without an appointment my husband took it back to the service department and told them his concerns. While he sat in the lobby for 8 hours, they diligently worked on the truck (the entire time while he waited) to figure out what was causing the trouble. When they brought the truck out to us, and stated that they felt everything was fixed, I shared my concerns with the troubles we have had and asked them if we continue to have issues with it, will they continue to stand behind fixing the issues, and she (service tech) stated, "We've stood behind it this far." She couldn't be more accurate. Although frustrated with the issues we have had, it really wasn't anything they could control. What Larson could control was the Customer satisfaction and having the Integrity to stand behind what they sold us. They have done nothing less than that. We would go to them again in a heartbeat to buy a vehicle, and certainly recommend them to friends. They Definitely went above and beyond to make things "right" for us. Thank you.

I was in town for errands and a workout when I noticed the "check engine" light on my Ram. The opportunity to check it out was apparent, so I called Chelsea at Larson. She asked me to bring it in and they'd do the realization.It turned out to be a DEF issue so she scheduled an appointment for the next Friday. Super service like this is what makes Larson a great dealer and maintenance facility.

Their customer service is over the top. We had been dealing with a Lincoln Jeep dealership and had nothing but hassles so we went to Larson Jeep and couldn't be happier. The customer service experience between the two was night & day! A special shout out to Chelsea in the Service Dept. She goes above and beyond!

My wife and I were in town visiting family over Thanksgiving and decided to hit the different dealerships one day to see what Black Friday deals they had going. Our last stop was Larson Motors where we met Brandon. At first I was a little turned off by him being so persistent but he convinced us to let him try to make a deal on a used truck. Although he was unable to get us the used truck, he did get us into a new Silverado for a great price. Brandon and the owner (Lars) worked hard to make the deal happen and we are grateful. I would recommend paying them a visit if you are in the market for a vehicle. It has been almost 4 months and we have no regrets. Thanks Larsons!

We took our PowerStroke here two years ago because the gear shift was flashing and it would shift super hard. They said their testing showed nothing was wrong. Two years later the transmission stopped shifting at all. A popular transmission shop in Lincoln said the flashing indicated a cheap sensor that needed replaced. But since Larson said there was no problem, it eventually destroyed the transmission.

My husband and I have bought our last 3 vehicles from Larsons. We have moved away from Nebraska City but we still go home to buy our vehicles from Larsons. Adessa and Bobby have been great to our family and we will be back for another vehicle...hopefully not to soon tho

We took our Dodge Ram in for service there three times. The first time, they tightened the fuel filter lid so tight it broke when removed the next time. The second time, they knocked our entire front end out of alignment and blamed our brand new tires. The third time they failed to clean the egr valve according to Dodge's specifications which caused damage to our truck. Do not trust these guys at all!

We just bought a 2012 F150 from this dealership. We saw the truck on the internet, contacted them, made the deal. They picked us up at the airport and brought us to their place of business. Even tho u wasn't able to buy a truck from them bc of stuff on my end the sells man that I had was very honest with me and understanding and I would defenetly do my business on my next truck at Larson motors
