Stopped here in the middle of a cross country road trip with our kids after our van had engine issues. They generously fit us in late in the day on a Friday to diagnose our problem, and even though it wasn t something they could repair fully at the time without the right parts, they fixed it enough that we made it all the way to our destination in Florida with no issues! Very grateful for their kind and competent service!!

I was in Utah last summer for a rugby event and got a flat tire on Sunday on my way home to Tucson. The only place open was a WalMart. I was told I needed four new tires. I asked for BF Goodrich. I was told there was only two in stock so they couldn't sell them to me since I needed four tires. They recommended the Douglas Touring tire as a comparable tire. I paid for road hazard and lifetime balance and rotate on all four tires. Today, my AAA mechanic told me two of the tires had such bad tread, they needed to be replaced. I am sitting at WalMart and they are charging me for disposal, new warranties, and labor for these tires that have less than 19,000 miles on them. I will not recommend these tires to anyone! Tried to contact Douglas by website and the CAPTCHA just keeps going in loops so it won't submit my info. I tried contacting Douglass by phone, but they're closed. If you're ever stuck buying tires, make sure they aren't Douglas.

These are some of the nicest people I've met in awhile. No one likes to spend money when they can't see the results....tie rod, shocks, and balance but now our Janis Joplin (Chevy) is running smoothly. They give wonderful service. Thank you so much to Lyndsey, Beau, James and all the others. p.s. I named our Chevy Janis Joplin because she's white and the dually is her hips (hippie) white hippie No I'm not blonde, no offense Lyndsey.

I have called and complained since I received my car back from service on 07-16-2021. I have never received a follow up contact via email phone or physical address which was left. My review was removed so I continue to reach out again. Douglas tire co. Your company said I didn't buy anything from you when you didn't replace my tpms sensors. My complaint is this. I can't respond to your message so I have to edit my original complaint. I attached a picture proving you did sell me tires so are you going to address my original complaint on selling used tires with the sidewalls damaged as new tires without replacement of the tpms sensors.. nobody has tried to contact me and the number I provided is still working just fine.

245x40x20 tire with road hazard $148. Installed. 3 weeks later a pot hole destroyed new tire. & the shop replaced it under the road hazard program. We simply payed the labor rate of $42. & all is well again.

I had four new tires put on my Mazda CX-30 here. They did a great job explaining what was available and the service was quick and friendly. I would not hesitate to return here for repair work or new tires.

These guys were awesome. I was driving my new RV cross country when I noticed my tires were out of balance. They got me in and fixed the problem. Awesome service.

I have been there twice now and each time, despite it being inconvenient for them to serve semi truck tires, they get me in without any problem. They get to work on my truck immediately. The staff and owner are are very friendly and courteous. They have all sizes of tires, whether for passenger vehicles or commercial. They also do mechanic work on automobiles. Plus they have a small convenient store which is very popular with the local population. It's just non-stop busy. It's only open Monday through Friday. But when they are open, lots of people in and out all day. So to wrap it up, I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done or tires.

Douglas tire is absolutely amazing. I was traveling to Lexington, KY and hit a chunk of steel in the road which blew out one tire and severely damaged another. Douglas tire was fast super friendly. They worked me in even though they were full. These guys are awesome!!

We were heading back to our new home when the trailer tire blew. It was too late to fix on Sunday night. I called at 9:00 am Monday morning and they worked me in so I could get back on the road. They were all very friendly and the was affordable. I would recommend using their services anytime!

Honest Service!!! On a cross-country road trip, had a tire issue on the interstate. Had to nurse the car into town. James at Douglas Tire Co. could not have been more helpful! He Assessed the issue, provided guidance, and timely service to help us get back on the road. Thank you, James!!!

Amazing service! I'm an over the road hot shot and nerves a couple of trailer tires. They got me in first thing. When i got there they moved personal vehicles to give me a place to park. Spent time showing me tire brands and let me choose what i wanted. They are awesome!

New to town. Tire went completely flat after hitting a nail on my way to work. I can't leave my office during the day, and I am injured (difficult to walk to/from car).Douglas Tire came and got my car, fixed the tire, and returned it to my work, at no extra cost!!! Excellent customer service! Amazing prices! Truly impressed with their service. Will definitely be coming back to them for all my future tire needs.

Absolutely amazing they way we were treated. We were traveling thru here and broke down. We replaced all our tires including spare. They took great care of us and were reasonable. The owner was awesome and staff as well. Even in their store. Thank you for such great care and service.

Awesome customer service! They were able to squeeze me in even though they were booked. Did a great job on the car, definitely recommend this business. I believe James helped us out and his hospitality was second to none.

I called about an oil change and tire patch. The lady said if I came in first thing in the morning that they would have me in and out within the hour. I showed up right at 8. Left before 9. My jaw almost dropped when I saw the bill. It was such a good price! I didn't see a tip jar or an option to leave a tip which is a shame because they got me in and out fast and the prices were crazy good! Everybody there was marvelous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We were traveling through Nebraska City with our 5th wheel rv. On one of our stops I noticed that the rear tires on the rv were worn smooth on the inside. It was late on a Sunday evening and the only tire shop was Douglas Tire. I called them at 7:30 Monday morning and asked if they could replace all 4 tires. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they had 4 Goodyear RV tires in my size and that they would take me in right away. They had a shop full of vehicles being worked on and they made our rv a priority. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and back on the road. These folks are fantastic. Thank you to the staff at Douglas Tire!

We were driving from Omaha back home to Kansas City after attending my father in laws funeral on Friday evening when we experienced our tire losing air. We contacted Douglas Tire and talked to Jason. He told us he could check our tire. After pulling a nail and plugging the tire, we were back on the road. Jason was amazing! Very kind, polite and professional. Thank you Jason and Douglas Tire!

Best prices anywhere. They beat the best price we could find in Omaha by over $100 for the set. The best city price we found was for a less desirable, lower quality tire, and you only got that price after a 6-week wait for a "rebate gift card." The tires we got from Douglas were exactly the top-quality tires we wanted in the first place, with no price gimmicks or rebate games.Excellent service. On our last set of tires, we were in and out in less than an hour. Forget the nice showrooms in the big city and go to a real tire store.

After working with Douglas I've seen how this business really changed about 7 years ago giving them a one star review, witnessing first hand through the parts world their customer service skills grow and them become the once great family owned business seems to have grown back into that respectable family owned local business I'd give give stars they deserve - Alex G

Just went in for a service and front strut quote. Very good customer care and honest quotes. Will be returning for the service to be performed.
