I can t remember the name of my driver but I had such a wonderful experience. After waiting for other companies for nearly 5 hours it was such a relief to call them and have them there within the hour. The driver was so kind and so helpful in a very stressful situation and I am beyond grateful!

Will keep saying We ll get it tomorrow, five days in a row until the sheriff tows it the. Tell you it was delayed because you were indecisive on a delivery location even though you gave them the same address to deliver it to each time you spoke with them.

Dave was so skilled. He loaded my van with no wasted movements, positioned the angle of the lift bed so even the front bumper didn't scrape on the pavement. Dave also protected himself, using his truck functions to the fullest, to keep himself from injury. Very quick and professional service.

The people who answered the phone were courteous, helpful, and supportive. Dave, the guy who towed the vehicle, was wonderful.Even though nobody likes having a vehicle that needs to be towed, talking with Dave made me smile and actually laugh out loud. He has a great sense of humor. I knew Dave cared about my situation.The final contact with the company was with a courteous person who just wanted to make sure I wasn t having any trouble with the payment process. I appreciated that.Thanks so much all!

I called in need of roadside they said 60-90min the tech called me on his way he was there within 45min he immediately figured out the issue got me fixed up and rollin safe within the hour he was polite didn't waste no time and even explained things clearly to me...I'd definitely recommend

Avoid this place by all means. The owner is super rude, he threatened to add $200 for asking questions. Charged me almost $600 for a 2 mile tow and when I asked for them to put the drive shaft back on he threatened to charge me more for wasting his time and asking questions. He also threatened to tow my truck back to the side of the road if payments were not made within 2 minutes. All that happened within 15 minutes of a tow service. NB: When I said I was going to call the police on them, the owner offered to give me the Sheriffs cellphone number. Highway robbery at best.

Highly recommend using there service!!! Great tow truck drivers, extremely friendly, and willing to help!! I called for an emergency pick up on a vehicle. They were there within an hour. Only downfall to the company is they did a 40 mile tow for me cost at $8.75 a mile $335 kind of expensiveService: Local haulingService: Local hauling

I was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night and AAA service wasn't coming and couldn't give me a time estimate after missing their first estimate. I called Benefiel they were very understanding and helpful. The driver communicated with me to keep me updated on arrival time etc. Their price to tow to Omaha was super reasonable. I was very happy with my experience with this company and would 100% recommend to anyone.Service: Car towing

Had a blow out on my trailer and they were very nice and prompt to help me. Although the wait time was a little long but they kept their word. They also needed help with my tire size which was no big deal to check on. Very nice people.Services: Tires, Tire changeServices: Tires, Tire change

AAA sent your driver when we had a flat tire in a rural area. He called to let us know he was en route and arrived at the specified time. The tire change was challenging since we drive a large SUV and the terrain was sloped. Will (our driver) was persistent and when jacks didn't work, he was able to use the lift on his tow truck to raise our SUV. He remained pleasant and cheerful throughout the process. We appreciated it when he waited until we were on our way before leaving. Where there's a "Will", there's a way!Service: Tires

They seemed to know what they were doing..but there not driver friendly. What I mean by that is no where to sit ..never offered me even water ..and when they all left for lunch. Never asked me if I wanted anything.. yes I had money for that ..they also dont speak until spoke to ..which I think was all very rude .. so I was there all day stood around with nothing to eat or drink ...that's why I'm giving them 3 stars ..and I think there prices could have been better ....I would use them again .. but I'll bring water and food next time

I needed a starter for my motorhome. I was stuck at a truck stop. They did a great job of communicating through the chat app on their website. They drive the past from Omaha Nevada to Percival Iowa. It was a life saver. Brandon helped me through the whole process. They helped make a bad situation so much better.

The folks at Benefiel's recently towed and repaired an over the road truck for our trucking company. They provided us with good, honest service and good communication throughout the couple of days that our truck was down and didn't over charge us like so many others out there do now. We couldn't have asked for more out of them and we're leaving this review because we try our best to recognize the good people out there who are still doing things the right way. It was Memorial Day weekend and they cheerfully responded to our roadside assistance call thru our insurance. Arrived sooner than time estimated. They towed us to the mechanic, and then deposited us at a local restaurant--which has the BEST EVER bread--while we waited for our ride home. Thanks for all your help!

Dont bother calling if you are 45miles away. Thier mobile mechanics don't want to work. I tracked down my part it was 1 exit from me, they would have to pick it up and replace on roadside. Mechanic didn't want to come out. But they would have come only if i needed a tow. Sad state, cant get help

It was a tragedy of errors. The initial roadside assistance request was done online. Calling a half hour later said the initial request could not be found. Then they notified you. I believe you texted me that it would be 60 to 70 minutes getting to me. After that time lapsed I was called to see if you'd arrived. You hadn't & I was told that that request hadn't gone through. At that point I wondered if my Onstar subscription would unlock the car so I was told to call back to continue their initiating continuation of that serve request & told if I didn't call back, it would drop off the system in 4 days. At 3:30 Onstar had it unlocked in minutes. At 4:30 your truck arrived, the driver saying he was never notified of the cancellation of the service request. That was more than 2 hours when I was told it would be an hour.

Not only did they want $175 to pull me 10 feel on my driveway (I wasn't in a ditch or off the road, just stuck in snow and ice), they also told me that they would be here by 11:30 and told me that they "accidentally" skipped me when having a list of people to help tow. They called me twice telling me they couldn't find my house after I had given my address and they had pinged my location. He told me he was a few blocks away and then somehow couldn't find my house? I called at 2 pm to cancel after waiting for another hour of failing to find my location.

The man that showed up was polite and thoughtful. We had been broken down by the road for hours waiting for someone to repair our truck. When that failed this fellow was called in to haul our semi-tractor to Kansas City, MO. He said he realized we had been stranded for a long time and said he would stop at the next exit that had a truckstop so we could use the restroom and get a quick snack. We appreciated it. He was also a very skilled driver and professionaly drove us the 125 miles to KCMO. We are professional drivers from Yellow Freight and respected his commitment to safety.Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

I was stranded on road, they showed up had part in hand I needed to replace to get going. Changed and rolling inside of an hour getting to me. Nate was knowledgeable, polite and good at his job. Will use them again if I m in the area and need roadside service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They were two gentlemen that came out all they had to do is take my van off the flatbed and put a single dually tractor on the flatbed they charged us $400 to do that. And my driver he had to get in the vehicles and move them for him they did not touch the cars or the truck all they did is back it up to our trailer and let it off my driver did all the work so I don't think that was fair to pay it $400 to do that we were in a bind. And they knew that. So $400 for them to back up to my trailer take the car off which they didn't even take the car off my driver did. The driver rode both the car and the truck on the flatbed so yeah $400 that was highway robbery. I will never use this company again. The drivers were totally unprofessional. When the boss man found out it's $400 he said it was highway robbery. Considering we only paid 40 bucks earlier to put the van on it. So yeah they ripped us off and didn't even perform the whole duty. My driver should have never had to roll off the truck and roll on that truck. So if I am out that way I will not use this company again. Overcharged

We were having horrible luck with both enterprise and AAA but Zach came and saved the day! He was quick, courteous and understanding. We highly recommend using this company when you need a tow!

Absolutely horrible customer service. From the time I was on the phone to give directions the guy was a jerk. He showed up and told me he couldn't change my tire because I didn't have the right tools. I had a blown tire. He asked if I could go to Wal-Mart and get the right tools. How would I go somewhere to get the right tools if I didn't have a vehicle to get there? And furthermore it's absurd that I would be responsible for getting the right tools. What am I paying for of the guy can't change my tire? I was infuriated! I asked him to leave. This is unacceptable. As it turns out, I did have all the right tools and they were all right there when the guy when looking in the back of my car. I looked up how to do it on You Tube with all the right tools there and did it myself. Obviously if this is how your treat customers and customers can look it up and do it themselves your business will not last long. I'm completely appalled at the attitude of the guy and how I was treated.

Very professional to deal with. They showed excellent communication to ensure they knew and understood exactly what I needed to get me rolling as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area.
