Had to wait months for some of my tools that I ordered for school. Then it's a hassle to warranty broken tools with LIFETIME warranty. On top of that I tried to return a tool I didn't need and they refused. Not open and never used and refused service. I seriously regret purchasing thousands of dollars worth of tools here for the lack of customer service.

Very great experience. I came in expecting to just get my part and leave. But ended up staying and having a conversation with the employee. Will definitely be back, great customer service!!!!! Can't find this kind of service at the Lincoln locations

Good service when they are actually open. They really like to close early. Can be extremely annoying when they say they close at 6 but constantly close between 4 and 5.
