Our experience at Copple Chevrolet was by far the most stress free car purchase we have had. We knew the car we wanted and Bruce had it ready to look at when we arrived. He answered our questions easily with no pressure. Everyone we encountered was efficient, friendly and kind. We will definitely give them a call next time! Well worth the 100 mile drive!

We were passing through Nebraska on our way home to North Dakota and our Yukon started running very rough and died on I-80. On star sent a tow truck and brought us to Copple Chevrolet in Louisville. The service there was exceptional. Tony Smith, the Service Advisor, put a man on it right away and had us going later that same afternoon. The people at the dealership were all awesome.5 stars for Copple!!

Where do I start? They responded very quickly to my message in regards to wanting to trade in my Rav4. I had picked out a car initially and they had the car ready to go for me to test drive. I took my test drive with James who was super sweet, he made this entire process (which was stressful for me) a lot less stressful. After the test drive they ran paperwork and I needed to put down more than I had, so I ended up having to wait a couple days to buy it which they were gracious enough to allow me. When they said they'd work with me, they meant it! I left they and they were so diligent, they called me shortly after to see if I wanted to try for a different car. I came back, test drove it an Equinox and I fell in love! They ran some more numbers made it work. They asked what I could put down, I told them, and that's what I put down, not a dollar more. I didn't feel duped like buying a car can sometimes feel like. When I say I know that my credit is poor, that's putting it nicely. The fact they were able to put me in the car that day (well I got everything wrapped up that day), I was able to keep my payments low and they were only $70 more than what I paid each month for my 07 Rav4 so it really was a deal! I put down a low amount and was able to secure the car. I'll be honest, I was prepared to leave with news of not being able to find financing and let alone financing at a price I could actually afford each month and I was pleasantly surprised that I'm not left breaking the bank each month just to pay for the car. I saw the overall purchase price and I appreciate that they didn't pick out the most expensive car they owned just to get a sale out of me. What they picked fit my lifestyle, my wants and needs in a car, and my budget. I wish I had found them sooner but the timing felt right! They were able to keep the car until I was back in town to pick it up which I appreciate.I talked to a few people but they ALL were so nice, both at the Lewisville and Plattsmouth location. James was great, Lonnie was great. I told Lonnie I wish I had found them sooner or I would have had a different car vs the Rav4 that I had. Whenever I need a new car I know where I'll be going. 5 stars I would recommend. Here, there's something for everyone!

I purchased my very first car from Copple last week! They went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Greg Fischer, Chris Pool, and Chris Powers helped me through this process. The car had been ordered so I had to wait about a month for it to arrive but Greg was consistently providing me updates throughout the month so I always knew where it was/when it would get here! I am in love with my new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and had such a great experience!

Bought a 2021 GMC Denali September 14th 2023. Was told it had a clean car fax but didnt ask to see it. Turns out the truck has been wrecked. Starting having issues with my lane assist. Made an appointment. Thats when i found out there were bolts missing from the frame to the bed. There explanation to me was it looks like the carfax came in after i bought the truck. The truck was bought from them. Serviced by them. Traded into them. Resold by them. Traded back into them. Then sold to me. Carfax says damage reported on 8-23 2023. I bought on 9-14-2023. Asked if there was something they would do for me on a trade in because i wouldn't have bought the truck if i had known about the damage. Sure. 8k less then i paid and have had for 6 months. Only 20k on the mileage. Be careful when buying from them. It seems integrity isn't something Copple has.

I purchased a newer Yukon from this dealership. From the beginning to the end of the transaction it was a nightmare. Initially I was offered a laughable amount for my trade-in and was told there was a 'shimmy' in my Camaro even though I knew there was not. Whatever, I expected they wouldn't give me anything anyway and as a single woman I figured they would try that. I decided to purchase the vehicle outright using cash and even tho they only offered me about half of the value of my vehicle would only compromise $500 on the one I was buying. I asked that a few things be fixed. An audible clicking sound in the steering column was one of them. The same guy that told me there was a 'shimmy' in my car drove the Yukon and came back and told me there was nothing wrong with the steering column even though my son and I could both hear it. He acted like I was an idiot and came across as very condescending like I didn't know what I was talking about or had made it up. We left the vehicle there to be fixed and they had it nearly a week. They brought it back and the clicking sound was still there and the heated seats were not all working properly. I called them again and they came and got the vehicle and they took it for another week to fix the steering column (which they finally acknowledged the bearings were going out) and the other items they didn't fix including the seats. I paid cash upon delivery and they would not give me the title. A few days later the back of the front passenger seat completely fell off and I found that when they had fixed the heated seat they had broke the clips on the back panel and rather than fix it properly they put it in place with a zip tie. Now the entire back of the seat is flopping and I am going to have to buy a whole new matching panel. This place is a joke. Buyer beware. Especially if you are a woman going in by yourself.

Dealing with Copple Chevrolet GMC was a pleasure. I found the vehicle I wanted through Autotrader at a reasonable price. I went to their website and found the vehicle with a ton of information about it. I contacted them via phone to verify the vehicle was still available. I was connected with Mark Vandenburgh who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I'm 1200 miles away in Arizona so I wanted to ensure they could ship the vehicle at a reasonable price so I did not have to travel to pick it up. Mark was very helpful and provided me the exact cost for the vehicle out the door. And, there no add-ons, or up-selling or anything like that. I explained that I was waiting on some inheritance money and they let me give them a deposit to hold the vehicle. A week later I wired them the money and the following week, today, the vehicle was delivered to me in Arizona. Just a totally seamless smooth transaction. I would recommend them to anyone. I could not be happier. They are the best!

Copple is a great dealership to deal with. They were able to get me right in for an oil change while others were booked solid. They did a great job and were super fast which I appreciate. The only reason for 4 stars is the price they charge for their service compared to other dealerships in the area. But overall I was very pleased with how quick they had me in and out the door and for that I d gladly pay more.

Purchased 2016 Encor in May 2023 the salesman wrecked it and it only came with one key, they fixed the problem and we are grateful. In the past 30 days we have paid over 3000.00 to replace several components that have had damage to them. WE we did take back to the dealer when they fixed the body damage, said that they found a part that only needed tightening and did sothe 3200. to date is hopefully the last, we have alot of money wrapped up in a car we purchased with 95 000 miles on. We have a trusted mechanic who is handling this. They sure saw us coming. NEVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The sad part is that our family has dealt with this place for years. Truly sad and frustrating.

Unfortunately my GMC Terrain was totaled in an accident which left me looking for a new vehicle. I had loved my first Terrain so much I found myself over at Copple in Louisville looking to purchase a new Terrain to replace my old one. Terry Schlatzberg helped me find the perfect vehicle and we had fun while doing it! Everyone I worked with helped make light of my unfortunate situation and got me driving away with a beautiful car within a few days!

8/22/2023 @ 11:15 a.m. - Updated Review from a couple months ago. We had a transmission issue with our 2019 GMC Acadia, we brought it to Copple to get it looked at. It wasn't a simple fix and we had some hoops to jump through because of the mileage being at almost 60,000 when we called to bring it in and having an extended warranty. Long Story short, we got it in and the transmission needed extensive repairs, this was done, more issues arose after initial repairs were made. I spoke with service manager Gary Kay a few times and he said no matter what, he would make it right and get the problem fixed. There is still an issue with the transmission, but I know Gary is going to take care of us, and he is getting us an extended GM warranty to cover the powertrain (Engine, transmission, etc...) to 120,000 miles which is huge for us with the issues it has had. It's been nice knowing that Gary takes care of the customer and gets their vehicles fixed. I will definitely shop at and have work done at Copple from now on. Customer service and going the extra mile for us has shown the values a small town dealership has and how they care about the people in and outside of their community. You're not just a number/customer to Copple! They get to know you

Updated 1/19/24. Generally this dealership is pretty quick in sales and service, however speed isn't everything. They also usually are able to get you a loaner quicker than other dealerships. I had a pretty high opinion of them up until now. The service team managed to squeeze me in without an appointment, but they didn't fix everything that I asked them to. Furthermore, I was told they drove my vehicle after repairs and everything was working good. I did get my intercooler replaced, but they didn't fix the idle issue or the tire pressure sensor. All they did with the sensor was relearn it which only fixed it temporarily. Meaning it acted up the same day the vehicle was given back to me. The miles are stacking up and I want everything fixed before warranty runs out, which I have told them before. I'm thinking I'm going to have to take my vehicle elsewhere to actually get my other problems fixed.

Sean was amazing to work with. He made sure my purchase was hassle free and Al the details were taken care of!! He even followed up several times to be sure I was happy with my new suburban.
