I have been taking our cars to Quick Nick's for years. I called to discuss a diagnosis from a car dealer in a different state with staff at Quick Nick's and Jordan spent 20 minutes sharing his expertise. He did not rush me with questions and did a great job of educating me on options. I am very appreciative of the care the team at Quick Nick's gives to their customers!

Great place to get tires really the only place anyone should be going for any car needs 3 locations in Lincoln that's convenient they do the best work and treat like family as soon as u walk in the door I'll never go anywhere else to get work done

Came in for an oil change and it took over an hour. Definitely don t recommend if you are wanting to be in and out. There was also no wait and they still took that long.

Took 2 hours for an oil change even though they have a "one hour guarantee." After 2 hours, I got in my car and it was smoking under the hood. So then I had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for them to figure out what they did wrong. Unless you have all morning for a service that can be done elsewhere in 30 minutes, I'd recommend going there. The lady up front was nice, other than that it was a terrible experience I will not be repeating.

I cannot recommend Walker Tire Point S and Quick Nicks enough! While on a long drive from Colorado to Michigan, we found ourselves with a nail in our tire. The service, staff, and pricing were nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to squeeze us in, ensuring our car was road-ready before our hotel checkout time. I had a flat tire from a nail and they were able to get me in right away. They ended up finding a piece of metal in another tire that would ve eventually become a flat tire issue. Really appreciated their customer service - everyone was so kind. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs. Thank you!!

This is the ONLY place I will take my Lightning. The service is unmatched and they actually have an licences SVT tech working there. Plus, it's just so damn cool. I just like to sit there and watch them work.

Very pleasant experience. Had never used their services. I was promptly greeted, and the services were explained in a straightforward way. I had them do more services as a result. They were prompt with completing what I had requested. I would rate the experience and service as exceptional. I have since recommended them to friends and co-workers. This place was amazing and got us back on the road very quickly. They did a full tire repair in no time and are far quicker and cheaper then any other repair shop near the area. I used to take my vehicle to Walker tire years ago, I see the same service issues with incompetence in reviews today that I tried reporting to the BB back then. In my experience Nick is a scam artist, telling you one price and putting add-on charges that should have been included or disclosed prior to work. They sold me a set tires that turned out to be poor quality and wore out faster than any other tires I've had since. "We will prorate you anew set when they get worn down enough." I got them when they first started offering their 'free' oil change service with 4 tires, so it seemed like a good deal anyway, it wasn't. Once they failed to put the oil plug back in properly and had to take my car back into the bay and refill it, the oil leaking out in their parking lot. The last was I got a tire rotation and alignment since I was going on a trip. They misaligned a tire and it burned the tread off, not to mention the poor handling and gas milage degradation. They said it was my fault, as I drove on it that way and refused to do anything about it but sell me a new tire at full retail with all charges associated with install and a new alignment. NICK accused me of misaligning it or taking it somewhere else. I will never give NICK any business again and would recommend you not take your vehicle there either.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

My experience with Walker Tire was great! Matt helped me feel at ease that they would take care of my Van issues. Nicole who worked at the front desk help me find a Hotel to stay at since I was unsure where to stay that would be safe. Everything was taken care of the car and my Hotel stay. A thanks to everyone I didn't know who work on my Van. I would definitely bring my Van again to be worked on. I will also tell other people of my experience at Walker Tire Points & Quick Nicks. Thanks for all you did for me.

I brought my car in because they stripped my oil plug when they changed my oil the first time. As soon as I walked in and told the mechanics what happened, one of them laughed at me. Another mechanic, while perhaps he meant well, asked me if his work on my car made me "feel better." Overall, I think they were not honest about the work they did on my car and were quite condescending to me, saying things to me that they would have never said to a man. I regret that I entrusted my car to them.

i had a very great experience here getting my tires changed. the staff was all friendly. Nicole helped me out a bunch and made the entire process go so much smoother and made me feel so much more comfortable !! i will definitely be returning with my car needs and would recommend to anyone needing a good place with nice people.

Very professional. They were able to diagnose my vehicle's issue relatively quickly and provide a plan for repairs. They walked me through the services and they did not pressure me into additional services. The technician even did a ride along before and after to make sure the issue was taken care of. I am pleased with my experience.

I was very pleased with my service. I had issues with my breaks and alignment. Walker Tire did an diagnostic and the results were related to the issues I had. They worked with me very well in getting my car fixed timely. I am so pleased with the work done on my car. Wonderful service and super friendly. We were in town for a conference and had a blown tire. They got us in right away, assessed the situation. Did their best to give us a quality product and performance while being very conscience of our budget. Highly recommend Eric and the rest of the staff.

Friendly service. Changed my oil just fine. Charged me $27 for a bulb replacement or without telling me upfront that it was going to cost that much for them to take care of some thing so minor that I could ve done it myself.

I took our three vehicles in on the same day before noon. All were serviced quickly and efficiently. Any issues detailed out a recommendation made. They do reliable quick work and saving my time is important. I used to change my own oil but when I can save time, money and get a guarantee on service they are the ones you go to! Recommend them to anyone.

They do good work and they ARE quick! I had major repairs done on my car and not only did they finish them in a day, but then when I brought the car back with issues they swapped out a defective part without charging me. I would recommend this business.

I went in to have to oil change on my 2500 Silverado diesel, it was supposed to be $95 plus tax as it says on the display board behind the desk. It should include oil and filter and labor. Upon receiving a bill I had an additional charge for $32 for an oil filter which is an absolutely crazy price. I asked him why that was and he said it was because they do not keep that oil filter in stock and had to have one delivered from an auto parts store. Also the gentleman said that the oil filter retails for $44 but when I googled it, it actually could be purchased at any auto parts store for $12. I think they do great work, but at the same time, I do not believe the customer should have to pay anything in addition to the fact that they do not keep a certain product in stock. So instead of being $90 plus sales tax it cost me $131.75. The cost should ve been eaten by Quick Nicks not pass on to the customer due to the fact they do not keep the correct filters in stock for the services that they offer.

My experience this time was exactly like every time before, perfect. This is a family run business and that's how they treat you. Dropped my vehicle off unexpectedly on Monday night and had a diagnosis by the time I called Tuesday morning. It's hard to manage the financial aspect of owning a used car and they get that. They let me know what can wait and what cannot. They also gave me a point by point inspection report on my vehicle which was awesome! After taking my 2000 vehicle to them over the last year, I almost have it to green lights (=good) in all categories. I cannot say enough. Loyal customer for life!
