Terrible customer service .. I ordered some stuff and paid over night shipping to make an event. They offered overnight shipping for an extra 70$. I could have gotten free shipping and had it in 4 days but I needed it sooner. They charged me for overnight shipping and gave me 7 day shipping . It took multiple calls and emails to get a refund on shipping. I m still not sure if I will get a refund. It was definitely a scam. When I called they said oh the website may have said that date but it was an estimate not guaranteed on shipping but you still have to pay for it. You pay extra for the chance that it comes in sooner basically in other words. Took my money for a service that I didn t receive and it s taken me days to possibly get a refund. Very dishonest practices.

Speedway Motors is a very dishonest company . I ordered and was charged for a brand new in the box item and was charged $427.27 . What I received was a used opened box item that was missing parts. I emailed their sales team , customer service team and called multiple times before I was able to speak to someone. At first they tried to charge me $10 to ship the item back to them, then they stated I needed to place a new order at full price then ship the old one back to them for the refund. This place has zero customer service and don t care about your time or if they re ripping you off. I found the exact same part at Jegs for a cheaper price even with shipping cost . They have also refused to post my product review on their website . I would HIGHLY recommend shopping around and checking their reviews before ordering from Speedway . I filed a complaint with the better business bureau along with 12 other customers this year and not a single one has been settled . At least their rating is accurate as it shows them only having a 1.8 ( two star ) . Speedway Motors has lost my business and referrals for life . UDATE to the public : Speedway responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint and offered me a settlement of $25 which is less than the parts cost of what was missing from the box they sent me . At this point it s not they keep raising the level of their dishonestly, but at least want the public to know .

I ordered and paid for express shipping as I was leaving the country for 6 months. They missed the guaranteed delivery date. I then had to send the package back to them. They were supposed to ship the package back to my location in Canada instead sent it back to my US residence. Complete waste of time and I have now missed my opportunity with my mechanic to get the work done for this summer. Brutal customer service and zero accountability

Purchase parts through your company 4/2022 4 pieces of chrome Molly tubing 1.3/8 x.095. one was .083. Call them today and explain what was going on. They re going to ship me all the right part out today. This is great customer service with no charge. Thanks You Mike

Don t order from this company. Placed an order for expedited shipping and the package was not delivered on time. Terrible customer service also. Complaint has been sent to the better business bureau.

If you like cars and you like car history, then you need to come to speedway motors. They have an insane in depth museum about all kinds of racing history and such. I'm not going to spoil it for you but this place is awesome! Also they have cars and coffee I think it's once a month but I don't know their schedule if you want to know that go on their website. But it's an amazing place 10/10 would come here again!

Be careful ordering "Garage sale" items. Bolt print it says open box, missing packaging.(nothing about missing items) Fine print after you click on description tells you it's missing a $340 part. So for me to "save" the quoted $250 I had to spend an extra $340! Stick to buying their new items only and you will be fine.

I received headers, just not the ones that I ordered and paid for. Theshipping was delayed for about two days to start things off. When theheaders did arrive, I was so ecstatic and ready to go to the mufflershop to have my new exhaust system installed. To my disappointment,once the box was open, wrong part. I called the customer servicenumber to let them know about their fumble.� I spoke to an agent thattook the notes, but also informed me that I would need to call thefollowing day and speak to the "customer support team" since they hadgone home for the day. So tomorrow came, and first thing on my listfor the day was to make the call. Once I contacted them; they saw thenotes that were taking by the previous agent. I clearly expressed myfrustration about the initial delay, and now I have another delay dueto the fact that I will have to send this part back and wait for thecorrect part to arrive. So now my schedule is pushed back evenfurther. I asked the agent on the phone is there any compensation forthe things that I have to go thru on my side in regard to somethingthat was done on their end to put all this in motion. I was told "No"there would be none, so it was pretty much a "My Bad" from thiscompany.� No compensation for the trouble, no regards to my time, andthings that have to be moved around on my end. Not only that, but Inow had to drive to UPS and in addition I had to pay UPS from my ownpocket to have the return label printed.� The reason that I gave 2stars is because I did receive headers; just not the ones that I paidfor, plus the agents were nice on the phone.Update: I spoke with a supervisor, and the best they could offer was for me to purchase another set of headers for them to ship. Then they will reimburse me once the wrong headers get back to them . No Thanks!See picture below: not the chrome headers that I ordered

its looked ok. two of the three items I ordered came damaged. I want to return due to not fitting and damaged and I have to pay over $40 in shipping for a $100 item and a $30 item.. how ridiculous.

This place is incredible!! Racing & car enthusiasts' mecca! Three stories all impeccable! The tour is 3.5 hours long!! Plan to stay a while!

Terrible customer service. I had issues with an item that was damaged. They had me send pictures to their email and will not reply or respond to anything. No support once you have received a damaged product. Do not order from this company!

Ordered online from Amazon was under the impression that Amazon would refund me unfortunately it is a third party order and you have to pay for shipping and Speedway Motors doesn't send you all what you order they sent me a scratched hubcap with no mounting screws mounting screws have to pay to send it back for their mistake of not sending me the hardware with the product and a scratched product wouldn't suggest this to anybody building a hot rod definitely not a good business practice to send items you purchased with scratched and not all the parts

No speedway store front. Awesome automotive museum. Spent 3 hours need to go back to see the rest of it. Plan a full day if you like automotive history.

Excellent company! I ve ordered multiple items through them and everything from start to finish has been great. I love the tracking info and accuracy. Everyone knows how important that is when you re waiting around for parts. Found everything I needed in stock here versus the manufactures.

Found the company by mistake while searching for seat foam for my 2nd gen Trans Am. Had never heard of then before. To my surprise not only did they have the item in stock, and by in stock I mean at their wearhouse as opposed to 3rd party, but shipping was free too. Between their sale price and the free shipping I saved $70 on my passenger seat foam compared to the driver's seat foam I had bought 2 months prior. Also being free shipping, and a large item, I figured it would have been a week and a half to get to me. That was not the case, I ordered it on Tuesday and it was on my front porch on Friday. I was beyond pleased with the ordering process, the person I talked to you was polite and knowledgeable.I highly recommend ordering from this company

Ordered a Starter on the 9th September noticed it wouldn't be shipped until the 23rd. Getting a refund is almost impossible they have no answers since they dont have the actual parts, and are a glorified reseller. They purchase stuff and make you wait instead of having it on hand like a real store. They're glorified middlemen resellers. I don't recommend using this place

Awful experience. Ordered a seat online for curbside pickup in Lincoln. Seat came out and the box looked banged up, so I opened it up and the seat was covered in dog hair, clearly a used/returned item without the hardware or slider in the box. Asked for a refund, will see how long that will take to get. I will never return or shop here again unfortunately.UPDATE: I did receive a refund and months later I did go back to purchase another seat which I am very happy with ! I will give them two more stars

Poor Customer Service. I ordered parts 10 days ago with expedited shipping. When the parts did not arrive when my email said they would, I chatted with them online. They said the actual delivery time was the following day and asked me to wait. I waited and three days later I called the shipping company (SpeeDee Delivery) and was told there was no package with my tracking number. I went back to Speedway and asked for help, they told me they actually cancelled my order but never told me. They could have told me three days ago and I could have re-ordered. Now I have no parts and this will put my project behind 2 weeks. When asked if there was an expedited delivery, they said I could get 3 day shipping FOR $80!! What a waste of time. There are plenty of other parts stores with better service.

Placed an order and paid for priority shipping knowing there was a blizzard coming. I was just hoping it would make it before the weather hit. Blizzard started earlier than forecasted, so my order was weather delayed. I was bummed because I had paid extra for fast shipping, but that was my fault for ordering when I did. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I got an email they were refunding my shipping costs since I didn't get it on time. Wasn't their fault at all and I wasn't expecting a refund, they just did it. That's great customer service.

Purchased a 5,500 engine for a 2009 Silverado from speedway the web site said it would work and the sales representative said it would work. Started the installation process. The tech that did the install called the customer support team and told them the cam shaft censor and crank shaft censor was not compatible. The support team said hooked it up and try it guess what didn't work now.i have a 10,000 truck that's dismantled and a 5,500 dollar engine that doesn't work for my application. Plus I still owe the tech for the installation . Don't waste your time with these maggots do some research and find someone decent to do business with someone that will stand behind the engine

First time customer, last time customer. Ordered a steering column, and the thing has a ton of slop in the hub. Cheap Chinese low quality with made-in-the-USA prices. The return through Amazon was going to be such a pain that I decided to drill and tap the hub for a set screw in order to alleviate the slop.

Let s see how to start. On Oct 18th I ordered wheels 14x8 with 4 BS and 4x4.5 lug. Also ordered two 15x8 with 3 BS same lug pattern. First two they sent where right Box wrong wheels. Returned them for credit, which I had to beg for my shipping back. Second two where same but I decided to keep them because at least with these I can get adapters. They sent 4x4 pattern NOT 4x4.5. Which 130 for adapters cost me more than wheels. Now I m waiting on the 15x8s from basset. Called basset and they could not find my drop ship info. He also said I ve got these in stock. Called speedway they said he can only look up the order with their own PO number. That s the first lie. They then spoke with a supervisor. I was told they would ship last week and I d get a follow up call. Lie number two and three. About to call they once I get to the office and see why they keep lying? I need these wheels to finish my job.

Ordered a race ready 360 motor from speedway motors in July didn t get the motor until October. Tried to race with it and within 1 race the cam was flat. Do not order comp cams or comp lifters they are garbage and you are taking a chance at prematurely causing catastrophic engine failure.
