I needed a stack 2 oxy sensor put on my vehicle. This shop got itDone quick and saved me over $200 from a big name shop. Nice work fellas.

They did a great job on my transmission, however the main guy, i believe to be owner, was kinda rude and pushy. No need for all that. Thanks again for fixing my car!

Got a lot of money for multiple visits to this shop. When would it end? I finally had to take my car somewhere else hoping these mechanics would get it right & in 5 days or less my car would still be working properly. Beware unless you have LOTS of money to invest in fixing something new that goes wrong for several weeks in a row.

We have sent our company trucks and trailers to Southwest Auto for several years. James is always clear and honest when explaining the issue. Timely, fair, and honest company. Came for alignment for my 04 s500 and they were not able to do it so they charged me $60 for estimate which I did not ask. As I know other shops don't chagre anything if they are not able to do alignment. So then I replaced parts that needed for alignment and came back and it took them 3 hours to do alignment and they charged me $327 for 4 wheel alignment. They did not even give me $60 as a credit a sice I came back. Other shops would do it for under $100 and the dealer for $200. Very disappointed. And after all steering wheel keeps pulling to the right.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Wonderful experience!!! Triple A+++ James was friendly and efficient, whoever the mechanic is did a great job and got me back on the road! I was able to get in at the last minute on a Friday and was back on the road making deliveries in no time at all

They were doing a simple timing belt change on a dodge intrepid and did not plug the coolant fan back in so the engine was over-heating.. when I took it to my mechanic he said whichever dumbass worked on changing the timing belt didn t connect the fan to work properly and I fried my engine. $2000 for a new one!!!!!! All because this company ruined my engine by making rookie mistakes. If you want them to literally ruin your car with simple work being done for it go ahead and try these amateurs but for me I might see them in small claims.
