I have now taken my 2020 Nissan Kicks in for service 3 times, twice for a clicking sound when under power taking off and turning. Both times they said it is not the cv joint and it is still happening. The last time, all the dash lights came on including a malfunction warning and my car went into limp mode. I call the service department and scheduled the first appointment available. (event happened Friday evening and I dropped the car off Saturday and they looked at it Monday) In that time, the lights went off and the service center said the code was not active so they could not do anything for it. These experiences have now deterred me from ever buying another vehicle from Sid Dillon Nissan and from ever buying another Nissan.Reply to dealer reply - I spoke with your service personnel regarding this and they stated that being the codes were not active, per Nissan policy, they could not replace any parts. I have attached another picture of more lights that came on 2 days after picking the vehicle up. Since then, the lights have gone off again. Being the lights went off again, "per Nissan policy" what will you do any differently? Please feel free to call me, my number is in your system. PS. the car is now out of warranty.

My family and I had a very frustrating experience with Sid Dillon. I had called to inquire about a vehicle, I spoke with Blake. He informed me that the car was still available and we had agreed that my family and I would stop in and look at the vehicle at 5pm. I showed up at 5pm at the south location where I was informed that the vehicle was located at the 56th and O location. I was never told that the vehicle was at a different location than what the website I found the car at showed.Once we arrived at the 56th and O street location Blake informed us that we could see the outside of the car, but the keys were at the other location. Definitely something they could have told us when we were at the South location. Blake then told me he would contact me the next morning by 9am so I could make an appointment to come and look at the vehicle that day. I didn't get a call. He text me at 1pm to try to set up a time to meet with him regarding the car. I wasn't about to drive all the way into Lincoln again to see this car. They lost a customer forever with me and I will tell everyone I know about the experience. Horrible customer service!
