Our family has nothing but awesome experience here with all of our vehicles. Everyone is so friendly and get the job done. We feel very comfortable having our cars serviced here. We will always bring our cars here and definitely recommend others. Thanks for all you do.

They were quick in getting what I wanted and installing. Great communication as to when the tires arrived and when my car was done. I scheduled on a Saturday with the Lincoln branch and they had the tires by 11 on Monday. Great service, highly recommended.

We were traveling in our class C rv from Oregon and had a tire blowout in Nebraska. Put our spare tire on and it started to fail on us. Made it to Lincoln, NE this was the only place that could get us a brand new spare tire mounted on a brand new rim. We now have two spare tires and feel much safer continuing our cross country journey. Thank you for helping us out and in timely manner. And of course the price was fair.

I had a bad experience, by getting new tires whoever put them on ruined my rims. but they made it right and made sure I was satisfied along with moving hours an hours a states away. I really appreciate Mike the manager who helped ever step of the way and made sure it was all taken care of. Really appreciate their service! Highly recommend this place. Overall it was a great experience after everything was fixed. Thank you to the team!!

Amazing! I have gone to Honda forever but since I became a widowthey starting putting new things on my vehicle without asking..like wiper blades..Here I showed up and I ask for an Oil Change and got just that! Great Customer Service

I have been doing business with Pomps for years and had very good service, this time however not so much. Ordered a lawn mower tire and it wasn't ready over a day later ...nobody bothered to mount it even though they had delivered. Guess that's service today

The staff was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They repaired my tire in an hour and charged a reasonable price. I will use Pomp s Tire Service again.

Took in 10.00-16 front tractor tire that needed a new tube. Tube was $33 and wasn't even extra ply. The bill was $95 total due to 1 hour of shop labor at $53/hr, billed as a "skid steer" flat. It's no bigger than a 35" pickup tire and has soft side walls. It was done in a day but had to order the tube. Done going there, I'll buy a tire machine for that rate.

Excellent service. My only issue is they are to good, and thus busy. When you can use them I suggest you should. Just call ahead.

Our trailer tire had a blowout. Fortunately, we were within a mile or so of this place. These people were fantastic, and did everything they could to try to help us get this taken care of so we could get back on the road.I Wholeheartedly Recommend this company to anybody that lives in the area and any truckers traveling through the area with tire problems

This place is the go to place in Lincoln NE if you have tire or rim problems. they are extremely good at taking care of customers . Had my big rig rolling in around 45 minutes to and hour .!

I paid $1558 to replace a pair of tires that I paid $900 for three years ago. They left my rims caked with grime and grit. When I got back to my rv camping spot I had lost a hub cap and found two lugnuts loose by three entire rotations. I lost the second hub cap on the road yesterday. I should have checked it after the first one. Poor value and poorer service.

Improper tire installation-improperly circled with the rim which resulted in reinstallation by different shop with unnecessary expense.Neglect. Will never do business with this company again..

This is the best tire shop in all of Omaha, they can patch a tire in nothing flat. I've brought 3 tires to them and have had no issues. Jon is the man and knows how to handle business.

I've been there several times with my semi tractor, and have always received excellent service and reasonable prices. They are quick and courteous! I will continue to go to Pomp's when I get to Lincoln.

Brought in a car that was running perfectly fine but had a check engine light. They said it would cost a bit under $2000. I asked them to fix it. Then I got a call saying it would actually be another $2000 as they found a new issue. After deciding it wasn't worth putting that much money into the car they said it was no longer able to run and they weren't able to return it to a working state.Would give 0 stars if possible.They also charged me for "labor". (Paid $50 for them to take a working car and break it)

I ve taken my vehicle here even before it was Pomp s Tire. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don t try to upsell you on stuff you don t need. Straight and to the point. Easy to schedule just give them a few days lead time. They re open on Saturday mornings which is great for me since I work during the week and need my car. I highly recommend these guys!
