Your employee Lawrence went above and beyond to help another customer so that they could get back on the road due to the guy had no clue as to what he was doing. Your other 3 employees who was inside the store smelled nline weed. And all 3 stood at register and like they were confused as to what they were suppose to do. Think Lawrence deserves a free meal or something . So my 5 stars is for Lawrence !

Did a warranty exchange on a battery and the Manager was super helpful in this cold weather and helped make the battery holder fit good

Hayden was awesome! He helped me find the right battery for my car at a fair price. Friendly and respectful customer service. Will be back to buy future products from O'Reilly just because of the service I received today.

Came in for my second trip while servicing my snow blower, this time looking for hose clamps. Derek took me straight to them, helped me find the right size, and had me rang up and back to my project quickly. Thanks for the great service!

The two young men working tonight in this store were amazing I've been having the worst luck in my life and the very act of kindness I got in this store put a tear in my eyes and lifted my spirits. Thank you kiddos good luck in your future

This place saved me! I was at the EZ Go across the street getting gas when my cars dashboard lit up and wouldn t start back up. I walked across the street and replaced the battery on my car fob since thats what I originally thought was the problem. Jonathon drive me back to my car and when it still would t start, gave me a jump. I was able to drive it back where they sold and installed a new battery. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile! Five stars!!!

Super great store. The staff is very knowledgeable. The employee that helped me was named Richard just like me. He diagnosed my problem like a true mechanic, even better that a mechanic as he didn't charge for the diagnosis and got me the correct parts at a fraction of the price. I will definitely be taking my business to this store in the future.

Staff is helpful, and they have most things on hand. They are also always willing to order parts in, often as early as the next day. Store is reasonably clean, just not spotless.

Came in needing parts for my 4Runner because they were seized & had to be cut for removal. When I called, Austin said they didn t have the parts in stock but another store could deliver within 2 hours. Went with that option & Dallas had helped me with getting a better price before leaving when I went to pick them up & pay for it since they price match! What a professional & caring team at the 83rd St store!

TL;DR The team at O Reilly s saved me a lot of time and money with their experience and help solving my problemsMy thanks to Max, Dallas, and Lane for all the expertise and help!Our van wouldn t turn over and there was obviously some sort of electrical issue. I pulled the battery and they tested it for free. It was getting to the end of its life so I bought a new battery and installed it. After installing the battery, the indicator light was still on so I took the van in and they tested my alternator. The alternator didn t test well so I purchased new one and took it home to install. When I got home I realized my belt was broken so I called the store and they explained that the broken belt could have caused the alternator issues. I replaced the belt and everything is working great.

Needed new windshield wipers. The manager came over and helped me find the correct blades and even installed them for me on a day when the temperature was in the teens. Would definitely go back.

I think I will not give this store my business again. They scanned my check engine light. Sold me a part. When I came back to scan and clear codes, the refused to scan it again. AutoZone was way more accommodating. AutoZone is my future parts store.

Was rushed at 25 minutes until they close , cameron could not answer a simple question about primer , even though this is the new location rite by my house , ill drive rite on by next time.
