The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. We had been having battery problems for months, but with the help of the staff we were able to get the truck running again.

The best O'Reilly's in all of Lincoln. It's open an hour later and they're usually the side that has all the parts and greatest selection.

My daughter was in from out of town and had a problem w/ a wiper blade. The counter person was very friendly, helped her find the exact match to the other blade, and was very helpful in installing the new blade. Top notch people to deal with.

This place is fine for buying USA made products, and granted the people who work behind the counter know what their talking about, they give you price options on what they have, and if its out all over town, they'll order it on their dime, which usually takes a day or two.

Had the parts I wanted in stock. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean.If you shop around you may find better prices on some items but overall I find their prices competitive.There are several O'Reilly stores in town. If one store doesn't have the part you want they will search the other stores. If they don't have a part in stock, they can order the part in.I get most of my auto parts at O'Reilly.

Great place to shop for auto supplies. Very friendly staff. One of the staff saw that I had been carrying around multiple things in my arms and came over to me with a basket and offered it to me. That is going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I didn't catch the kids name, but amazing job! Other stores could use your kind of service!

Sold me $85 seat covers, and when i came right back in because the box was not correct on installation they wouldnt return them. They sure did watch me throw them away tho.

Its a good parts store. Their parts are of value and havnt had problems with their quality. Ive been using this parts store for years. Theres no perfect parts stores. Some are better than others for certain parts but over all they have good service and quality and descent on price. Just always remember you get what you pay for!!

Very helpful staff. They're willing to help out if you have questions but aren't quite sure what you need. They'll even help installing a part as long as it's not too labor intensive.

Went in to pick up a u joint and some odds and ends. I second guessed myself on the u joint I needed and Nick spent 20-30 minutes helping me figure out exactly what I needed and thank god he did because I was about to leave with the wrong u joint. Great service, good prices, give Nick a raise! Lol

If ya want a place that makes ya feel safe from covid -- not here not one employee had a mask while the mask mandate is still on. Won't go back here for a while!

I went there to buy some headlights. One was out and a mechanic I went to before told me to buy a replacement. Turned out that he was wrong and the the employee from this oreilys not only tested that bulb which was working all along but actually replaced the headlights that I bought. Big ups to you Erich! guy out here doing big things. Much appreciated!!!!

Had the part I needed with a lifetime warranty. Yes, I paid more locally vs online, but needed it right now. And shoot, lifetime warranty on a part I have replaced twice in 3 years... I'll take it!

Arapahoe store has been the best O'Reilly store in Lincoln for as long as I have lived in the area. About 14 years now give or take. Used to come in with my dad and talk to maureen in the back, but she finally retired. Six years ago I started working here as a delivery driver. Everyone is Freindly, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure I get what you need. Avoid the other stores.

I needed a cabin air filter and a engine air filter in the guy helped me find it was very helpful in and out of there about as fast as I could have been wonderful service

While the service was good, they are currently not doing checking engine codes despite still having banners advertising it. Thankfully they are still doing electrical tests which is what I ended up needing.

I'm elderly and went here the day after a blizzard to get a wiper blade. The staff not only went and found the correct part, he put it on for me.Outstanding!

Wonderful service! Had a windshield wiper blade that I purchased from them that broke a couple months later. Went in and they replaced it for me. Very nice job

Good service, good prices, still a pretty clean store even though it's really old. No complaints from me.
