Came in to get an Ignition coil part alone. Off the bat the cashier who checked me out was rude and seemed disinterested and mad/annoyed. I then asked questions and came back in to buy the part and while he was checking me out 3 of his coworkers (a white man with brown hair, a black man with dreadlocks and a white man with blonde hair and glasses) were all in a group talking and they were talking about what I was purchasing. The white man with brown hair then says to the other two guys that s why women should stay in the kitchen . It was one of the WORST insults/act of sexism I ve ever received especially unprovoked while buying from their store?? I ll have to go back and get his name it was one of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever encountered!

Stopped in here to get a battery alternator test done because my battery light I'd come on and having trouble with the car starting and they determined that my battery was probably going bad and could be the alternator but they weren't officially sure which one was the problem as it turned out it was the battery problem...Have a grateful for their service friendly upfront fast... And it's a place I will do business within the future

12/09/21First I asked for the window advertised "free check engine light test." They said they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it, they'd give me a code to call a service place with and I agreed, then they said their machine didn't have the right connection for my car. So I bought a $100 car cover here, got it home, found out pieces were missing, noticed the box was taped up (likely a return that nobody checked) and called the store. First Greg suggested I drive to another store to exchange as they did not have another in stock. I said YOU get one, you sold me the defective one. Then I asked for a 10% discount on my next purchase for my trouble, and he offered a $10 gift card. The next day the cover was exchanged, but no gift card or discount was forthcoming. Not a way to keep customers happy, not ever going back!

BRAYDEN ROCKS!!!! On Wednesday the check engine light came on in my Hyundai Tucson. Co-workers suggested I stop at one of the auto places to have them do a free check engine light test. I picked this one because it's close to home. The test showed an evaporative leak so he suggested it could be the gas cap. The seal looked awfully dry, so he got me the part I needed and we tested it. Even though the test still showed a leak, he was able to get me an estimated parts cost. When I started my car, the light went off!!! Being fairly new to town, I'm always looking for my "go-to" places and helpful staff. This O'Reilly will be mine for anything car related! Brayden was so helpful and professional. He got me what I needed, and I was able to drive off knowing my car was okay! Thank you Brayden!!!

Overall a very good store. Parts drivers are reckless and dangerous though. Driver of vehicle #28647 was tailgating me and yelling obscenities at me as I rode my bike to work. Very dangerous.

Only ever been here once. That was today. But anyhow, the employee who was there was pretty nice and I remember him helping out at least 2 people. Anyway, apart from that, it pretty much seems to be your typical O'Reilly's with your typical merchandise and typical prices.

My son swears by these guys but I think they are a couple of kinda rude bumps on a log. People skills are truly lacking. I did not feel like they're about helping people with anything. I went back in to ask about something else and the guy in line helped me when the clerk was trying to say my bulb was getting ready to go out. I mentioned the thing had been going on for over a year. He just shrugged me off. Thanks guy in line behind me. I always try to give people second chances, but 3 times I have had this kind of service. Maybe cause I'm a woman lol.

Guy behind the counter with the black eye (did not get his name) was very rude for no reason. I asked if they had a part and I had the part number given to me from cornhusker location. He got the wrong part and then when I told him thats not it he sighed and rolled his eyes. I explained to him what I needed and he went to get the part but threw it on the counter and rolled his eyes again. Ive had so many bad experiences with multiple locations. I wish I could give negative stars but I can't so hopefully people read this and stay away.

Justin acted like I was such a disruption to his day by having him come out and do my battery and alternator check, a COURTESY service they provide. He hooked up the machine, and curtly announced to me that both were shot and needed replaced. I was surprised by this, since my car had been able to be jumped, and kept running twice. It just would not restart each time. So I asked if I was going to have to call a tow truck and he told me Yes.Needless to say, the tow truck driver was once again able to jump it, and I DROVE to the auto repair shop. Thankfully THEY were honest, and upon inspection informed me my alternator was just fine!! My battery was all that needed replaced. . That saved me appx $500 in repairs!!I don't know if the machine was faulty, or Justin was just irritated enough to BS me, but THAT was not good business.

Monday, 12/10/18 - After several, and I mean several, weeks of looking for a sending unit for our 2000 Ford Ranger, we went to O'Reilly's. Not sure why we didn't go earlier - will next time! Jason (I believe his name was) was not only extremely helpful, he was courteous and way above and beyond. He looked for that fuel pump using a different year, a different model of truck that was close to the Ford Ranger, he was searching hard. Then, he looked at the part we brought in and found something we didn't even notice. That something was the answer to our search. Jason then brought out the sending unit so we could be confident it was the right one - you have no idea how many we went through. He then helped to make the needed adjustments and Ta Da....we were all set. In less than 15 minutes he had solved our issue! If not for his help, I'm confident we would still be searching. Thank you O'Reilly for hiring such a knowledgeable guy- and Thanks Jason for all your help!!!

My husband bought some very expensive windshield wipers about a month ago. Today the driver's side one broke off (during a rain storm). Went back here to have them replace it (no, I didnt have the receipt with me) and the very unhelpful, rude man behind the counter asked me my phone # so he could look it up. I gave him it and he stated no purchases had been made at that time and since he couldn't identify the part # (the other one was on the car and he looked at and found an exact match) he couldn't replace it. So I had to pay for the new one. He offered for me to talk with the manager as I wasnt thrilled that I had to buy a brand new one. The manager refused to come out and talk with me. It's amazing that he couldn't be sure which windshield wiper I bought, but he matched it perfectly to the one that was on there. I was also going to purchase a new car battery today (and we have spent a lot of money in this store), when I told him we would no longer be coming back to this store, he said he didnt care. So dont waste your time and money at this one as they dont need or want your business. Horrible customer service and way of doing business!!!!

Staff is helpful but none of the employees were following the face covering mandate, and very few of the customers were I frankly don't care what their political views are on the situation, I came to get auto parts not Covid-19!

Worst O Reillys I have ever been too. I went in a couple weeks ago to ask if they could hook up the obd scanner to my car. Manager said yes, i go out to my car, he isnt there. I go back in and he is standing behind the counter on his phone and said to me "Well you never asked me to actually do it." After they did hook it up i asked if they had the part i needed. He looked it up and they did. Then i asked if i could buy the part and he sold it to me, then said "Ok that will be here in 2-5 business days." Told me i had to buy it in advance. I have never had to do that before. Asked for a refund went to the Seward location (excellent service). Today i called for a different part lookup. Guy who answered with "yeah what." Asked if this is the O'REILLY on west O. He said yes, I asked if i could look up a part. He hung up. Called again same thing happened. Never going there again the freaking suck.

Well finally I got the part that I needed and hopefully it solves a problem in my vehicle but if I get the chance to let y'all know that it worked which I think it it's going to work but yes O'Reilly's has more of everything than anyone else and that's why I go there and I depend on them to make my life easier and fix the small problems that I have so everyone go to O'Reilly's
