It's arguably the best place to get your car worked on in Lincoln. People usually only use N St for oil changes, but a secret is having a diagnostic evaluation done elsewhere and have Pavel at N St, who is a wizard at repairing cars, fix your car for a fraction of the cost you will pay elsewhere. Also, Bob the owner Is great.

During my last experience, I watched them service my vehicle and noticed they did not grease my steering zerks even though I specifically asked them too. When I brought this up to Bob he ripped my ticket out of my hand to tell me well I wrote lube on here, didn t I? To which I explained to him that I watched the service and did not see it happen. I was told that if it was on the ticket then they maybe did it . I finally had to ask the service technician if they lubricated my front end steering and he informed me that they don t have a grease gun that works . Usually I had good experiences with this business however I cannot stand being lied to or belittled when I m just trying to do something as simple as getting my oil changed. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

No appointment needed for a quick oil change. Simply pull up, give them the keys and wait time for me has ranged from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on when I get there and time of the day. Oil changes are always around the $75 mark. Can pay with a card, they give you a copy of the work done, and you're out the door.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Despite the fact that the line was backed up onto the street, on a Saturday morning, I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Very fair price for an oil change (probably the best in Lincoln), and they are very efficient at what they do.

Great service, great prices!!! Not very busy this morning, Only 3 cars ahead of me this day! I paid 41.30 for my 6 quarts of oil and filter, and it took only 7 to 10 minutes. To be finished.

I will always recommend N Street to everyone. Quick service, great price. They are willing to explain things to me in a way that I understand. And on top of great mechanic skills, the owner Bob is the nicest business owner I ve ever encountered. He always says hello to my kiddos when I bring them with me. Today he gave my daughter some candy as we arrived and then as we were leaving he bought her a can of sprite out of the vending machine and complimented her on how well she speaks for being only 2. They truly treat you like family here. I first learned of N Street about 5 years ago and will continue to come back as long as they are open. Even now that I live over an hour away.

Best priced oil change in town. Honest mom and pop business,has the prices up for some other places almost as cheap. Only downside is they don't do an inspection or anything extra but for $37 in 2023 can't complain. And the best thing is they can usually see you pretty quick compared to most everywhere else where you have to wait and book appointments.

When I brought my car to N street I had no Problems. Drive my car only 2 blocks away from the shop before it stopped. And oil was everywhere, Call them to let them know what happened. The manager Tim was super rude Attitude was super nasty just for them to charge me a $100 for a oil change!!! And would not refund me my money.......Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Terrible service. They do not treat your car well, as I pulled in I could tell they were already annoyed and trying to get through the day, very unprofessional. I have been getting my oil changed here for a few years, but I will never go here again.I went there today for an oil changed and as I was pulling up, someone started honking their horn at me. I rolled down my windows, since I was confused by what was happening and some trashy guy in a yellow camaro started screaming at me to move my car so he could pull it in the garage. I thought it was just a crazy person, but it turned out he worked there. The guy had obviously never talked to people before, but at least it made my day slightly more interesting.

Fastest service I ve experienced in Lincoln. Oil change and air/cabin filter replacement in 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced also! Owner was nice and also gave me a rebate coupon. Poor customer service.. Bob bonghong tried to over charge us for a filter that my vehicle doesn't even use. Employees that work for Bob make a commission pay if they can sell you other items. I have used N street Lube several times in the past and have always been pleased. Today my coworker was looking for a place to get her oil changed and I recommended N Street. She called to ask about prices and the guy who answered the phone didn't ask what kind of oil she uses, just said a couple of prices quickly and then hung up on her. She called back and asked him to repeat them and he told her that he doesn't have a computer and doesn't know the prices, that he's been there for 40 years and doesn't know. I was shocked at her report. That is incredibly rude.

The team here are always very nice and courteous. I came in to get an oil change and they recommended that I get a windshield wiper fixed as well. I was a little precautious of adding an add on due to pricing but I walked out with a fresh oil change and a new windshield wiper for about $60.
