My husband and I had a great experience buying from Murphy's! James graciously held the car for us for a few days, we drove up from TX and completed the transaction in less than 30 minutes. I feel like we got an amazing deal on the car we bought, and we've had zero issues since owning it. If you don't mind a little hail damage, this is the dealership for you!

First time I've ever been to a car lot that doesn't negotiate at all on vehicles, especially ones with that much hail damage on it. I offered 3k under the listing price, I probably would have went up a little more, but I was quickly told the price is the price. I've worked for a body shop and the cost to repair the hail damage would have been a little over the listing price and not really feasible for a salvage title car. If you're looking to be able to negotiate you'd probably be better off going elsewhere. The guy I talked with was polite and my daughter loved the car. Theywould have earned my business if they were willing to negotiate.

What a dealership should be. Honest, efficient, and friendly. I can't rate them high enough. Most of my purchase was done via email and a quick phone call. Picking up the vehicle took less than 30 minutes with no-one trying to sell me a warranty or other services.I flew in from out of state to buy this truck and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.A++ top notch service.

Found car on Autotrader and the price was so low I thought it was too good to be true. They sell cars that have hail damage and frequently are previous salvage title. The cars run great but have cosmetic damage. They were great to deal with and worked with me. Honest and professional. If you want a great deal and don t mind some cosmetic dings, this is a great place to buy a car.

Just bought my second car from Ben at Murphy Motors. Another great experience. Picked me up at the airport for the first purchase and handled all the logistics of shipping the car for me this time. He has been a pleasure to work with and I absolutely love that he does not charge doc fees. Both cars have been very clean and great running vehicles. He runs a very nice operation with good cars (mostly with hail damage, but fully disclosed and many pictures provided). Probably been the easiest car buying experience I have had over the past fifteen years (and I have bought a lot of cars, having five kids). Highly recommend Murphy Motors. Very honest and straightforward.

Found a vehicle on this lot online and called to ask questions, Ben was very knowledgeable and helpful and assured us the vehicle was in great shape and mechanically sound. This was important as I was about to drive 5+ hours to pick it up. Arrived at the lot, looked the car over thoroughly and everything was as promised. Not to mention the price was about 3,000 dollars under market value, and not because it was hailed out, just a great deal! Very straightforward, honest business. Have had the car for a year now and not a single issue. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great vehicle, satisfied to save the $$ for a good running vehicle. Hail damage doesn't bother me one bit. Had the vehicle almost 2 years now.Would return again I the future!

Drive two hours to look at a car I was interested in buying. Ben was not helpful at all and acted liked he didn't want to sell a car. Never got the chance to look at financing options. Very rude and basically told us to shop elsewhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save your time and money.

Ben was very helping. I am very please with the service I received in buying my Dodge Journey. The cruise didn t work and he had it fixed for me. Excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Murphy Motors.

Just bought our second vehicle here. The prices are good and the cars are solid, as long as you don't mind a little cosmetic damage. There is no negotiating but the prices are set so it is not necessary. Love this place.

They specialize in hail damaged vehicles so you'll get a good deal on their vehicles. I loved the service and quick turnaround since I drove from out of town to pick up my car. I'll definitely buy from here again.

Buyer Beware:When I purchased my car one year ago I gave Murphy Motors five stars and wrote the following review, "The owner is very helpful and friendly. We got a great vehicle at a very good price." I am now retracting the positive review, eleven months later, due to learning that a faulty engine had been put into the car that I had purchased.One of the buying points of the car was that a new, used engine had just been put into it. I was told that it had fewer miles and was I given paperwork of the repairs. Less than a year later my car began to have engine trouble and after diagnosis I was told that a new engine was needed. I called Murphy Motors and they said sorry however it was past the 90 day warrenty period. I then called Cross Dillion Tire, the shop who was listed as having installed the engine, and was told that there is not a warrenty on the engine that had been installed. I was also told that because the car was a salvage title (Note, I was told thie salvage title was due to hail damage prior to my purchasing it) that they didn't provide a warrenty on the engine.I have learned a great deal through this process and, unfortunately, I had to take out a second loan to cover the cost of another engine for my car. I want to give everyone a warning so that you don't end up in a situation similar to mine.
