Miracle workers went above and beyond when my car needed to be fixed! When my car got hit, there was parts on my car that was hanging loose. It was going to be a while before I could get it in so I took it to them to see if they could do something to help it. I went there and showed them and they put zip ties on it. I was so impressed they help me! They also did amazing job on my car! I will tell anybody to go to them, because they care about their customers!

This place is truly the best there is in the business. Not only was the work they did on my vehicle absolutely impeccable, but they finished a week early AND detailed it. They took all the hassle out of dealing with insurance and left me with a car that looks and drives like new. I couldn't be more thrilled.

I came in a while ago to get one of my front grills replaced. I really did appreciate Josh being patient with me when having to reschedule. I am giving 4 stars as I recently noticed the grill piece installed is not the same as the other grill piece. One looks more matte and one is more shiny. The staff were nice and had my car done in a timely manor but I m honestly not 100% satisfied with the end result. This may have been able to be resolved if I had noticed sooner and communicated the issue but as stated I only recently noticed.

These guys always do a great job, very professional and will answer any questions you have. My family has been using them for over 10 years. This time they even went above and beyond to help me remove my roof rack (definitely my fault, I should have taken it off prior to getting there) really appreciated the help so I could get to work on time. With all body shops, you never want to be there, it's a frustrating to need your vehicle repaired, but they make the process easy.

Took my car in to have hail damage repaired and after it was done it looked even better than before the hail damage!! Other shops had turned us away because they said the damage was too extensive, but Derek was confident they could do the job and they exceeded all expectations! Incredible experience overall, it was a bit delayed but that was of no fault of the shop, it was our insurance company taking forever. Derek was great and communicated with us through the whole process to keep us informed and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. 100% recommend Miracle Workers if you need any kind of car body repair done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Took our RAV4 in for repair. Wow they did an awesome job and it looks factory new. They handled all communication and fighting with the insurance companies to get it done right. Absolutely the best auto body repair shop in Lincoln. I've taken countless jobs, both big and small, and they've always gone above and beyond for me. Steve is very straight forward and personable, and everyone in the shop is very friendly as well.

Hit a deer causing considerable front end damage. Miracle Workers worked quickly with my insurance company and completed the repair as scheduled and the car looks as good if not better than new. You can trust their work!

It's always a disappointment to discover your parked car has been hit. That's what happened to us. Fortunately, one estimate came from Miracle Workers. We took their bid, and those guys really did a miracle. The car looked brand new inside and out. It's the second time we've had a car that needed body work, and in both cases they did a fine job with excellent follow-up.

So impressed with Miracle Workers. They had our car done when they said they would and in a very fast time frame and it looks brand new! We have had previous experiences with other body shops in town and they never had it done on time, took over a month to fix anything plus we had to take it back to get things fixed after picking it up. Would highly recommend Miracle Workers to anyone!

Of course, the work done is excellent, but that is not all that makes this place the best place to go. Miracle Workers will go above and beyond what one is expecting. They helped me with the insurance representative. When insurance tried to push me around, they took care of it. They even helped with rental car transactions. They went above an beyond to fix up my car after I was hit. I appreciate all the work they put in getting me the estimate right away and getting my car fixed up. She looks better than before. The customer service we received from them was fantastic as well. Will use again!

I have done business with Miracle Workers on two separate occasions. We unfortunately required Miracle Workers services following a collision recently. However, everything about our experience was top notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, extremely responsive to questions, and kept us up to date on the work being performed. Derek took the lead dealing with our terrible insurance carrier, and knocked it out of the park! Upon receiving our newly repaired vehicle, I could not be any more impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Hopefully we will never be involved in another collision, but if so, we will most certainly be returning to Miracle Workers.

We have been unlucky lately with vehicles and in the last 10 months, we have had to use the guys at Miracle Workers 5 times. EVERY single time they have done a FANTASTIC job! Over Easter south of Lincoln got hit with hail pretty bad so I needed to take my 2005 4Runner for an estimate. Miracle Workers offered me a free estimate and when I arrived, Steve the owner had personally looked at my vehicle and broke down the process, what would need to be replaced, and the necessary steps to get the vehicle back to great condition. The estimate basically was enough to total out the vehicle and Steve gave me information on how to handle a buy-back process if I wanted to go that route. I had a great experience and what I really loved about Miracle Workers is that Steve being the owner, he was very much involved with the business and that just shows how much he cares about the work that is being put out by his very own shop.Thanks for all your help!

I would recommend Miracle Workers to anyone needing body work/car repair. They are absolutely the best! You feel like family there. Everyone treats you with respect and courtesy. Steve and Brian go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with their service. I didn't know where to go. I had wrecked my car. Not drivable. I had it towed to the local dodge dealer. They took one look and told me it was totaled. I didn't think so but I didn't know what to do. A mechanic friend suggested I find a body shop. I checked the internet. Miracle Workers had great reviews. So I went there. And am I ever glad I did. Steve and Brian led me step by step how to contact my insurance company and what exactly to say and who to ask for. I followed their advice. Had my car towed to them. I got an estimate to have it fixed. A few days later Brian called and said that he needed to discuss the estimate with me as they had reassessed it. I thought "here it comes!". Then Brian said they had checked prices and it was actually about $500 less than first estimated!! Now, how many repair people are gonna do that for you, I ask!!!!!! These people are simply the best! Treated me like family, fixed my car perfectly!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! Try them. You won't be disappointed!

For the 4th time, we used Miracle Workers to repair damage to a vehicle (we have bad luck with door dings etc.). They were again above and beyond our expectations! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and talented at what they do. The car was done a day early and you can t even see where the damage was. I ll never go to another body shop. 10/10 for this team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Steve (owner) and Brian (the man) were great. When Travelers approved then denied to replace a part Brian fought for me. Brian was confused why Travelers removed it without even discussing it with him first. I called Travelers to discuss the issue. My adjuster said we could have a field rep come out early next week to inspect it. I advised her today is Thursday and my F150 has been in the shop since Monday and is scheduled to be done tomorrow (Friday). I need someone to come out tomorrow. The adjuster said sorry, we ll come out next week. I said that s unacceptable. I need my truck tomorrow. She said she ll speak with her manager. After speaking with her manager she called Brian. Brian explained to her how the hit and run damaged the radiator. She then agreed to replace that part (although he explained that to her earlier that day-prior to her removing the part from the sheet aka not paying to replace it).When the repairs were complete Steve explained again what was damaged and how they repaired the truck. He even went in to detail how Ford makes a certain grove between the hood and the fender. So he made it match the other side of the truck perfectly so you couldn t tell it was even damaged in the first place.I work for an insurance company in the back office. One of our priorities is providing excellent customer service. We have received many awards as a result. Every business should provide service and quality at high level as Steve and Brian did. Excellent work guys.

These guys did a great job. Very professional and my truck looks great after having hail damage repaired on the hood, roof and side panels. They even cleaned and detailed the inside, surprised me when I picked up. Definitely recommend.

I have had a few vehicles brought to miracle works and they have always done an excellent job. Communicated very well throughout the process. Handled my insurance company and got the work done quickly! I would recommend them to anyone!

The rear quarter panel of my car was side-swiped with damage resulting to the body, rear door, and bumper. An assessment with photos was submitted immediately to the insurance company. I was then guided through the next steps as the repairs were completed and settlement was reached between Miracle Workers and the insurance company. The repairs were done as promised and on time - with a followup letter to confirm that I had no further questions.This group of service pros know their business and their customers. It is top-notch and the only name I need to know in Lincoln Nebraska.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I rarely write reviews but these guys went so far and above my expectations I felt compelled to write one. Their customer service was top notch. They gave me a free ride to work. Their work was perfect and they even cleaned my truck and fixed a couple door dings free of charge. They handled everything with the insurance company and even wrote me a thank you letter for my business after it was all done. It was the type of experience I wish I could have more often. Highly recommend working with these guys.

I took my car in to Miracle Workers to get an estimate for my loose bumper. They fixed it in 30 minutes and for significantly less than another body shop offered to do it for. I could not be happier with the outcome. I got my car fixed quickly and at an extremely great price.

Brian and Steve absolutely define what top-notch customer service should be! From the initial phone call through the estimate and through completion of the repair stage, fantastic workmanship! Brian and Steve are beyond any other body shop's professionalism in seeing the customer through the entire process and providing top- notch results! Have and will recommend to anyone looking for auto body repairs. They also installed aftermarket components perfectly! Awesome! 2nd posting-11/16/18, minor repairs performed again and can say without any hesitation, the finest body shop in Lincoln, fabulous job, professional and courteous every step of the process, Steve and Brian go above and beyond any norm to see that end result is perfect-- job well done! Miracle Workers was recommended to me from a friend as I had a horrid experience elsewhere. Bryan from Miracle Workers was amazing from the start! He did all of the work with the insurance company for me. He helped me with Enterprise and to top it off - my car is looking gorgeous because they cleaned her inside and out. I will always recommend Miracle Workers!!

Excellent work! My car looked like I just drove it off the lot again. They not only fixed the car after my run in with a cement gas station barrier, but they returned the car in top notch condition. Excellent and speedy service. Highly recommend! -Melissa O.

I have used Miracle Workers for vehicle repair for over 25 years. This is one of the best if not the best body shop in Lincoln. The work is flawless, the staff very professional, and the prices reasonable.Highly recommend.

Prompt, courteous, honest service. I recently had my first car accident where I had to actually make a claim with the insurance company. The whole event was nerve wracking. I called my regular mechanic for a recommendation since they do not do body work. They strongly recommended Miracle Workers.My call was answered promptly and I was told I could bring my vehicle in at any time during business hours. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and was seen by the owner, Steve, within five minutes. The waiting area was very clean and even child friendly with a play table.I explained my situation and my confusion with the insurance process. Before even going out to see my car, Steve explained my rights as a Nebraska driver which cleared things up greatly. He was sympathetic to my situation despite the accident being my fault. He assessed my vehicle on the spot, explaining he was documenting all he could see, but being honest that some damage wouldn't be known until the car was taken apart.He took us back to his desk inside and explained how he was coming up with the estimate. He kept the screen turned to us while creating the estimate, this made me trust him as I felt there was no 'trickery' going on. He printed a copy out when he was done and explained alternative options and what he had seen done before with similar accidents, cars and with the insurance company I was working with.I'm sure that Steve could tell the car was going to be totaled out upon seeing it, but he still took the time to go over all the details with us. That really meant a lot to me. He gave us a detailed print out of what repairs would cost along with his business card and encouraged us to call with any questions we had.While I didn't get the opportunity to use Miracle Workers for their repair work this time, due to the car being totaled out, I would certainly use them in the future based on this experience. The prices were within reason and the labor was quoted as well so there weren't any surprises.
