You want a straight shooter for you vehicle needs? Kelly s auto repair will get you taken care of! Kelly KNOWS what he is doing and does it exceptionally well. The staff members are fantastic! Call them with any questions, concerns, and they will give you information on your vehicle/future vehicles you might be looking into! We ve NEVER had an issue with this trusted mechanic! I recommend them to everyone for their current/future vehicle needs! I would say best in the business and Lincoln by far!

The 2018 Chev C2500 has been running rough. A mech in Auburn says the cat conv installed are the wrong ones and need to be replaced for $3000. Also the BCM and MAFS are bad and must be replaced. How could the cat conv be bad already? You do not make errors like this.After some research, Kelly is absolutely right. It is a case of operator error. Too much dirt into the air system caused the engine to run rich and burn the cat converters. Customers must check air cleaners and engine codes.

These are the most honest, fair, straight-forward car mechanics I've ever met. Just incredible customer service! We were leaving for a road trip on Tuesday and Kelly and his team were able to diagnose, order the parts needed and fix our car within hours. We were off on our trip straight from there. Kelly was considerate enough to coach us through possible scenarios where we'd have to get our check engine light cleared by another mechanic while out of town and offered to speak with them on our behalf. Kelly even called us to check in and see how things were going a couple days after our visit. Just wow!!!

Kelly's is awesome. Been taking my cars there for over 12 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. On time, clean, work quality is great and very proactive in communicating with me. Give them a try.

Kelly has taken care of my vehicles for 20+ years. He explains everything to me clearly. When needed he helps me prioritize the expenses. When he finds more than we expected, he fits in getting it all finished while he has my vehicle. He's respectful of women, which is the biggest factor for why I've continued to take my vehicles to him.

I went to this shop to get an oil change and to fix what I thought a noise I was hearing on a driver side of my van. The mechanic examined the van and explained to me exactly what it needs. They were honest and professional and after the oil change I was confident enough to drive my van to a long drive, another state. It's rare to find in a mechanic shop both honesty and a professional service combination. Definitely will recommend to others.

Asked they check out the A/C and they did what they could then advised me to see a dealer. I have never had such honest competent service on something as this. Turns out the Dealer, Anderson Ford, ended up charging me in excess of $1,900, didn't fix the problem and gave the same diagnosis Kelly's did. Anderson also put a defective instrument cluster they charged $1,302 for and left part of the truck disassembled that Kelly's put back together at no charge. 75 days later and I'm still waiting on the correct instrument cluster. Kelly's is hands down three times the auto shop Anderson is.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

These guys really saved us last week. We were driving through Lincoln on our way to Colorado and our engine starting making a knocking noise. They were able to squeeze us in to take a look at our car. It turns out that our car was in a pretty bad place due to some earlier repairs by a mechanic in Kansas City. Kelly and Bob got our car back in good shape and even gave us a loaner to take to lunch while they worked on it. Thank you so much, you saved our vacation! Great job and price!

After getting the ring around with the dealership and overpaying for more than what was actually needed for a simple repair. Kelly and Bob always treat us right, have went there many times over the years with several different brands of cars. New location is nice, if only there weren't road construction still

I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. They will never try to sell you something you don't need. They are straight up and honest with what is wrong. He has explained everything to me about my vehicles and makes sure you understand what is going on so you don't get ripped off in the future. My opinion, best in town and worth the money and wait if there is one.

Absolutely great! Will definitely be taking my cars here from now on! Extremely respectful of me as a women, which is always a huge concern when taking my vehicle in for work. Made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my car (even took me into the shop to show me), gave me a quote for all the work that I COULD get done on my car, and then gave me his recommendation of what he thinks I should actually have done. My car is very old, so I greatly appreciated that he understood that while my car certainly needs a lot of work, I wasn't willing to spend more than what my car is worth! Bonus: they even offered to give me a ride to my apartment after I dropped off my car, and did come pick me up when my car was finished. Nice to know that there are still auto shops that care about their customers, not just the money.

Kelly is my 2000 Honda CRV 's doctor the way I look at it. Always let's you know what is wrong first before doing something that may cost lots. As far as I'm concern he's the best in town worth the wait if he's busy. He came highly recommended to me.

Kelly's is a great place to get your car fixed. My son and I were traveling from California back home to Illinois when our car broke down in Lincoln. I found Kelly's on Google Maps. We got there at 8:15 a.m. and Kelly took the car right in. He did only what was needed to get us back on the road. (The AC clutch seized and the serpentine belt broke). He went above and beyond for us. He let us use his lunch room and his shop car. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed us the problem with the car, located the necessary parts and explained exactly how he fixed it. After all was said and done he got us out at 1:30 and we were back on the road. If I have to break down again I hope it's in Lincoln Nebraska.

I have been insulted in my life before but the experience at this place was terrible. Not only could the mechanic not take his eyes off his computer when he was talking to me but he told me that my three vehicles were to old for them to work on and I needed a newer one to be considered one of their customers!! Wow. He said the owner, Kelly, could not get parts for "old" vehicles. What kind of special parts do you need to do an oil change?? But, I am glad that business is good enough not only to insult people but turn away a 3 vehicle customer. So if you don't have a newer vehicle then don't waste your time at Kelly's "New Car" Auto Repair!!!

Knowledge and compassion! We were possibly to get some rough weather, and Kelly let me know that my sidewalls on tires were leaking air and that he wouldn't feel comfortable with me driving with my current tires. That tells me that he could have let me go without changing them, but for my safety didn't sit well with him. Thank you for caring for my safety!!!

I ve been to lots of repair shops in my life. Kelly s is by far the most honest and reliable shop I have been to! Always know I can trust Kelly s to fix what needs to be fixed, and let me know if he found a problem, and when I should address it down the road.

I've been going to Kelly since 1999. He has always been 100 percent up front and honest with me. The very small handful of times the issue hasn't been fixed correctly, he has done everything he can to fix it and I am never double charged. I am an insurance agent in Lincoln and I have sent many clients to him and they are always pleased. Someone else already said this, but I can ditto the comment. Kelly always explains everything to me in a manner that I understand and don't feel as if he's talking down to me because I don't understand the in's and out's of vehicle repair. Go to Kelly's! You won't be disapointed!

I wouldn't go anywhere else but to Kelly's, they treat you with respect, they are honest and explain everything before anything needs to be done. If your car needs a check up, oil change or anything you can trust them to do it right..

I have never had a bad experience at Kelly s. They are always up front with what needs to be done and never try to oversell you. I live on the north side of town and will always take my cars to Kelly s no matter where they are at.

Kelly s auto they re about as good as you can get in our area. Not the cheapest in town. Just remember cheap isn t always good and good isn t always cheap
