I loved how they were able to check my oil change history here! They were able to just give me the same service as last time without me having to answer tons of questions. The staff is super efficient and super nice!

Absolutely wonderful service! Hailey, Edward and Austin were incredibly warm, friendly and informative. They were very helpful with their recommendations and also thorough in their inspection of my vehicle to ensure that my family and I get on the road safely. I will absolutely be coming back here for future oil changes and any other services I may need. Keep up the great work everyone!

Avoid this Jiffy Lube, I took my box truck there yesterday. I had taken it there in the past, they have tall doors to accommodate the height of the truck. As soon as I pulled up a young lady came up and said "Sorry your truck is too big". I told here I'd had it in the bay before. Another gal came over and said it wouldn't fit because the signs hanged low over the door, and if upper management saw they took the signs down they'd be in trouble. I told her the last time they just unhooked the bungy cords at the bottom, it worked fine. After some consulting with the manager they finally agreed to change my oil. The gal with glasses came over with her tablet, got my phone number and VIN, she said I'd never been there before, obviously there was something wrong because even my cars should have shown up from past service. She then walked away and the other young lady came over with a sassy attitude and said your truck model does not appear in our computer so we cannot help you. I spoke to another store manager and he said they could have done a manual input of my truck model and done the job. There were at least 4 workers there and one other car in the bay.....it was not that they were too busy, just looking for a reason not to service my truck. This Jiffy Lube does not have a can do attitude towards getting your vehicle serviced, I'd look elsewhere.

Review for Jiffy Lube:I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff at Jiffy Lube are not only fast and amazing at their jobs, but they also provide top-notch customer service.In particular, I would like to give a shoutout to Hailey, who was simply amazing at her job. The team were expedient with my oil change and provided great service.Despite knowing how to change my oil, I still like having them change it so they can inform me on future issues I might run into with my vehicle. Definitely recommend!

Cyan checked me in for an oil change today and was very professional. The guys who worked on my vehicle were very knowledgeable about how to find my mileage and open the hood things I have not done in a while . They made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and I didn t have to wait. (My usual mechanic is booked for 2 weeks yikes). And I m on my way!!!!

This location is 10/10, speedy service and friendly staff. I usually just swing by right after work when I need an oil change and I m in and out of there in no time. Definitely recommend!

It has been so hard to get an appointment at the dealerships, so I gave Jiffy Lube a try. I was not disappointed. Great service and was in and out in no time at all! One of the few places still open on a Saturday!

They were the first jiffy lube location in Lincoln, and I've been to many, that asked if I wanted to change my air cabin filter , and actually showed me where it was. It was filthy and I changed it. That was really really excellent service.

Unfortunately, the diagnostics team discovered that my vehicle is on its last legs. However, Hailey was incredibly kind in explaining the extent of the issues with it, and seemed very knowledgeable about everything. She also took the time to show me, in detail, how some of the problems looked, and was even able to explain, in ways I could understand, how these issues may have come about, and how to prevent them in any future vehicle I may purchase.Everyone I spoke to, thereafter, was very kind and understanding, knowing that I was driving away in my vehicle for the last time.

They tried ripping me off by making me pay AHEAD of time for a radiator fix after I started leaking coolant. They were gonna bill me 890 for everything. I go to 6 and 6 autoshop. The guy does the inspection and within a hour finds a loose cap. The total was only 150 to fix everythinf. Do not go here they tried to essentially steal from me, any other shop will do you a 1000x times better

They told me that I needed front cv axles because the boots were ripped. When I got home I checked the cv axles myself and there wasn't anything wrong with them. I will not be recommending anyone to go here because they just wanted to charge for issues I don't have.

Brought my truck in for oil change. Check transfer case. They over tightened the bolt. And now leaking from the drain case. Who s gonna pay to fix this? I would give less than one star if applicable.
