The guys in there were beyond helpful and courteous, Made sure I could get a replacement tire as fast as they could and even offered to give a ride home when we couldn't unlock my spare. All around just a super good crew there, especially Seth who made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thanks again guys.

I had noticed that one of my tires was losing air, I had called my dealer (Sid Dillon) but they couldn t get me in for 3 days to look at. I went by Jensen just hoping that they would possibly schedule a time that would be sooner. The service manager at that time just said, no problem and that they would be able to check my tire immediately. This was such a blessing as I live in the country and my tire quite possibly could have had a nail or any other item in it. A big shout out to Jensen for ensuring my tire was fixed and aired properly without even an appointment.

Love Jensen! I brought by old beater school minivan in with a bad tire leak and expected to be sold 4 new tires. Seth took a look and was able to repair one, rotate the tires and recommended we wait to replace because they still have life in them. Nice to find an honest business! We will be back with all our vehicles!

Seth got ma a great deal on my tires. The only complaint I have that kept me from giving them 5 stars was they didn't replace my valve stems. Otherwise excellent service

I had came in around 5pm to see if they could fix a completely flat tire for me, they said they may be able to but wasn t sure. They tried patching the tire but it was long gone. Then immediately helped me find a new tire that would fit and got it fixed the next day! Had a very good experience with them! 10/10 recommend!

Today I had a little bit of a tire emergency. Around 10:00am I called Jensen to see if they had tires in stock that would work for my vehicle and to see if they could get me in today, as we have a funeral out of town tomorrow. They didn t have the exact tires in stock that we were wanting but they made arrangements to get the tires from another location. By 3pm the tires had arrived and they got right to work installing the new tires. I am so thankful to Seth and the team at Jensen. This was customer service beyond my expectations. I am very thankful and I am happy to recommend Jensen Tire.

I have had two incredible experiences with Jensen Tire & Auto off of South 56th in Lincoln. I had a tire leak on my new vehicle and they were willing to help me get the tire/vehicle to their shop for repair. Derek helped me contact my roadside service and then Jensen fixed the leak on my schedule and they did it quickly and also checked all of my other tires. When my other vehicle had a low tire, they checked and filled all of my tires at no charge. Seth is amazing and explains everything so well. He is clearly an expert in his field and is super nice and friendly as he gives customers options. I received top-notch service and recommend this shop to everyone. My only suggestion is for some tables or a desk in the waiting area. I will definitely be going back to Jensen to purchase new tires on my second vehicle. Thank you Jensen Tire & Auto for providing excellent customer service in a time where others struggle with this. Your team goes the extra step to understand the customers' needs and deliver in a prompt and hospitable way!

I waited for 4 new tires to be put on. Took an hour and half, very short wait. Only issue was ladies bathroom needs clean, I let them know so should be an easy clean up. I would have tires replaced here again.

I don t like doing this but feel it is needed to warn others! Btw if you want to verify me as a customer my married name is RungeFor the last few weeks my front passenger tire has been slowly leaking air. A week ago today at 9am I called Jensen Tire and Auto on Red rock lane. They got me an appointment for 11am Friday the following day. Me and Matt were doing some running around on Friday morning and we had time to drop it off early so we dropped it off at 10am. We ran errands all day and at 3:30 pm I called Jensen to check on the status because we pick Hayden up at 4:30 and they had our only car seat in the car ( this is on me we should of taken it out but for an 11am appointment I didn t think it necessary) they said we have been really backed up today but it s next in line. 4:30 rolls around and we haven t heard anything so we bought a new car seat. I told Matt to drop me off at Jensen and I would wait for my car and he would go get Hayden. As we were driving by I noticed my car had not moved fromWhere I parked it that morning so I told Matt just to take me with him to get Hayden. Fast forward it s 5:30 no call back yet and they close at 6pm. Matt called them for a status and they apologized and Matt let them know this was wrong and they said they didn t know who i spoke to at 3:30 but they d get it in and repaired no charge and someone would be there after 6 for us to pick it up before the weekend. (They are closed Saturday and sunday) 5:57 they called back said it can t be fixed it s in the sidewall. Frustrated at this point we went to pick it up. They had the donut on no big deal I drove it home carefully. Upon arriving home Matt said did they put the tire back in the trunk compartment? I opened the trunk to find the tire laying on our quilt that Hayden s grandma hand made him and smashing out stroller and cargo cover putting a dent in it they just threw the tire in. Now I could get there frustrations if I had demanded a lot but I had an appointment at 11am they didn t start until end of day I had to buy another car seat and in the end came home with a donut that was worse than the tire itself. Matt was upset when he saw they threw the bad tire in on all our stuff without care and wrote them a very professional email explaining the situation on Friday night it s almost a week later and we have heard nothing .. we took it to subaru Saturday and got a loaner no charge and new tires and oil change by Monday morning. All this to say if you care about your things avoid Jensen Tire!!!Service: Tires

Jensen Tire is great to work with. I have stopped in multiple times without an appointment and they always get my tires fixed right away. Staff is so friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

I ran over something in the middle of the road last night and ruined a tire. I had to use a saws all to cut the spare down. Seth at Jensen Tire helped me he was straight forward and knowledgeable about my issues. With Seth s help I was back on the road with a plan. All is well!!!

I am from out of town. I was in Lincoln to take my Mom to a Dr appointment and my tire some how was slit. The guys put new tires on only took a short time . They were very nice.

My experience at Jensen Tire was very positive. I went there for an oil change and all went smooth. They were polite and efficient, the wait was minimal and the area is very well kept. I like coming here because they dont try to up sell everything, my car is old and has issues and the assessment they give is accurate and honest. It's a good value

Wow! I have a 93 Lumina that is just my getting around mobile. "Delta" gets just enough to keep her running (she's a secondary car).I made the mistake of neglecting some maintenance and a few days ago, I got in to go to work and she was barely hitting on 4 of the 6 cylinders (just imagine the sound ).As I only have 2 days off a wk, I was panicked as I tried my usual spots to get her in for plugs+wires. My usual 2 spots were booked out more than a week .At the recommendation of my son, I called Jensen and spoke to John. After explaining, he had time to get Delta in the following day. I dropped her off after hours. The next morning, I got a text and call confirming what she needed. John and his team went above and beyond.I've had this car for 4 years, after their exceptional service, she started easier than she has in the last 4 years. She also runs smoother than she has in the last 4 years.Jensen Tire and Auto has gained a customer for life. They went above and beyond in service (both in the shop and in customer service as well). I highly recommend them.Thank you again to John and his team!

AWESOME Far better than taking your vehicles to the dealerships (Honda or Ford) in Lincoln NE They are honest and extremely competent. I chose Jensen Tire and Auto to mount my new tires because they don t just do the basic mounting and balancing of the tires , they practice all the fine details that make me feel as if I m not just a customer but an appreciated vital part of their business. I chose to keep my tires that were removed from my truck and they opened my bed cover and placed the tires in the back of my truck for me. I never got my hands dirty and their technician was happy to do it for me. Their shop is immaculate and their waiting area is clean and comfortable as well. My waiting time exceeded my expectations and I was disappointed and lost my prior scheduled doctor's appointment. However, this was due to Jensen being quite busy. Because of this they didn't charge me for my tire repair. Very nice of them. Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

My car started vibrating in the steering wheel and seat and developed a thumping noise while driving. I guessed that my tires needed balanced but wasn t sure if something else was going on in the suspension. I brought my vehicle to Jensen for an inspection on October 25th. I was asked if there was anything specific that I wanted them to pay attention to during the inspection. I let them know about the vibration and thumping noise so I was mostly interested in getting my tires and suspension looked over and said that I would likely need a balance.They called me at 8:30am to let me know that everything including my suspension and tires looked good but I did have a leaking radiator. They could replace the radiator the same day for about $1,200. I declined but did ask for them to balance my tires anyway which they agreed to.When I picked my car up later they went over the inspection check list with me, gave me the quote for the radiator, and confirmed that my tires were balanced. However, I wasn t surprised on my drive home that I could still feel the vibration since I did not have a good feeling about the service I received at Jensen and wasn t convinced that they really did balance my tires.At home, I inspected my own suspension and confirmed that everything seemed fine. Then one at a time, I replaced each of my tires with the spare and went for test drives. Each time the vibration was better. This confirmed the vibration was definitely from the tires. I took my car to a different shop and got the tires balanced, which got rid of the vibration.Jensen did NOT actually balance my tires like they told me they did. They are either sleazy and didn t want to do the work because I declined the radiator or they re incompetent. Neither of which are qualities of a shop that I would ever bring my vehicle to again.

I got my tires replaced here about a year ago. A week after they were replaced I had an issue with tire pressure. I took my car to back to get the tire looked at and they said they fixed it. Fast forward to now, I have to replace the tire entirely because it s shot due to the patch job. Ridiculous!
