This was my first experience with Inner City Auto and it will definitely not be my last. From start to finish, they were upfront and provided me with all of the options and costs so I could decide what I wanted to do with my vehicle. If there were items that might need attention in the future, they told me to keep an eye on them rather than just recommending to fix them right now. I was incredibly impressed with the thoroughness and and honesty throughout the process. As I told a friend of mine when all was said and done, this family run business is the personification of what it means to be a Nebraskan!I would, and will, encourage anyone in need of fair and reliable service for their vehicles to check out Inner City Automotive!

I had to dump my broken down truck in their parking lot during closed hours (sorry for the park job, had to push the final bit). They had it diagnosed and running within a couple days. Very polite and professional with the conversations over the phone during these pandemic times. Value and service was great.We highly recommend their service and we will be a returning costumer.Thank you!

This place run by a very respectful and loving family. This place is also one that they will work on your vehicle or vehicles at a much more affordable prices.My full synthetic oil change was just $50.They are all very kind and encouraging. Truly no better place to do business with. Kindness is everything.Best of all they are Christians who live out their faith.

I am so glad I found this shop. I had a transmission fluid leak, and had it into a couple of shops who didn't fix the problem. Inner City found my problem, and fixed it on the first try. Chuck called me at every step along the way, showed me the damaged parts and took the time to explain the function of the parts and why we had the problem we did.Inner City Automotive Repair earned my business through honesty, fair pricing, and personal service.

Best place in town!!! The owners (Chuck and Bridget) always provide outstanding customer service. The prices are so reasonable. This is the only place my pride and joy goes to.

They seemed to be more worried on just getting the car running rather than fixing the true issue at hand, and when the true issue came back up they didn t really want to work with me on charging me essentially the same price and essentially telling me it ll run but who knows how long. My opinion not recommended.

Love the family, every time I've needed a fix, or just simply a test drive they have always got me in and taken care of. Everything explained and I have had lots of conversations and laughs I definitely love my crew. Thank you all for all you do for me and everyone else.

The guys took great care of me. Brought my old Dodge diesel in and they replaced the whole front end, fuel filter, oil change, whole 9 yards and did a great job.

Honest company, did not pressure me to do things that were not needed. Friendly and explained what was wrong and good price. Fixed problem where other shops could not find the problem.Will recommend to others!

I first took my sons car to inter city and the guys fixed it and got it back to me the next day which is very important, next I took my wife's car there she had a number of thing she wanted fixed made a list gave it to Chuck and not only did he fix that stuff he fond and fixed a couple other little thing and didn't charge me for them, My wife is so happy with car she now calls it her NEW car thanks so much Bridget, Chuck and Cody great job, Would refer this company to everyone who wants to get a great job at a fair price family owned
