Look, I know next to nothing about cars or how they run. I know when I need to put gas in, and I know that the rumbling in my engine wasn t normal. After taking it to my typical low-budget, low-rated place in town that did nothing but charge me $100 for a diagnostics test, I took a chance on inMOTION after seeing that they had some availability. They let me drop my car off an entire day before they worked on it, which was great for my schedule.Turns out, you gotta check the oil in your car after the last place you took it to forgot to put the oil in. Go figure. However, I never felt ANY judgement from John, who I spent most of my time interacting with. Additionally, the master techs who worked on my car treated me like an adult instead of a scorned child, which is something I d never experienced at my previous shop. When they found there were more problems under the surface that the last place missed, they were quick to solve the problem and order any parts they needed.Admittedly the initial bill was heftier than I was expecting, but these angels-in-disguise found a solution for me to make the bill something I could afford, and they never turned me away for being a broke 22 year old woman. In fact, I felt supported and encouraged and NEVER shamed for not being able to drop $$$ on a car. All in all, they took fantastic care of me, kept me updated on every single step, and presented me with a car that could ve just rolled out of the factory.I will never return to my old shop and will ALWAYS spend the extra resources on this place. You get what you pay for, and I paid for a top-notch experience with a place that truly means auto CARE . If you are looking for a shop that will treat you like a valued customer and a human being, I cannot recommend this place enough!

These guys are great! Had an issue where my wheels were making a lot of noise so I set up an appointment with them to take a look at it and they did a very thorough inspection of the car and identified the problem causing the sound as well as some odds and ends for maintenance that I could take care of. They were good about outlining the critical things wrong with the car and not pushy about getting the less critical things fixed with the car. Ended up getting new tires for the car and I had my vehicle back within a couple of hours later that day. I would definitely go back for future repairs and maintenance!

Great service and communication. I was kept in the loop constantly and they worked with me regarding repairs and how to make them.They called me after the initial review and talked through the entire inspection and pain points.Loved it and I will be using them for the foreseeable future

i ve never had a good experience at a mechanic s shop before, but everybody here is so nice and the work they do is very thorough. they didn t try to do any unnecessary work on my car, and they drove their car back to my house once they were done. can t recommend these guys enough!

Amazing staff, with exceptional service! I live in Omaha and my car broke down while visiting family in Lincoln on Thanksgiving day. Once I was able to get my vehicle towed there, they quickly worked to find the problem and kept me informed every step of the way. They sent extensive service notes via email as well as printed off when I arrived so I knew exactly what was done. My car sent them on a wild goose chase throwing a bunch of different codes each time they cleared the old ones, and eventually, after several test drives and simply cleaning a filter, they had my car running as good as new. If they had just stopped with what the initial codes said and left it at that, I would have needed an entirely new transmission, but they put in the work to make sure they got to the source of the problem. Prices are very reasonable and staff are extremely nice and welcoming. They even sent me a thank you card with a gift card to a local restaurant in the mail. Absolutely amazing. I am extremely excited that I found a trustworthy repair shop and will definitely be making the drive out to them to do all repairs from here on out!

I needed a place to take my car for maintenance after I lost trust in the local Toyota Dealer. Someone recommended to me that I look for a mechanic that has something called ASE certification. This business hires nothing but ASE-certified technicians. I also like the location of the business.My first visit was on April 28. I had the day off work, and I wanted to get my oil changed. They were busy, so I made an appointment for May 16. I got checked in at 7:30 AM, and I brought a bottle of Prolong engine oil additive. I told them I wanted them to mix it in with the new oil. I also wanted the empty bottle back as proof that they put the additive in.They were done by 8:30 AM. I paid $78 after taxes for synthetic oil. I was very impressed with the detailed report they gave me of my car with suggestions on work I should have done on my car. They did not pressure me to schedule any more work. I was shocked at how much they wanted for 4 new tires, but everything costs so much more these days including car stuff.On Aug 7, I had them install new tires. I had a couple techs advise me to go with BF Goodrich for the brand. They also wanted to do alignment after installing the new tires. It cost over $900 for tires and alignment, but the tires I had were 7 years ago and I didn't want to get cheap tires that might fall apart in a couple years. One benefit of getting new tires here is they will give me free tire rotation for the life of the tires.Anyway, I like how I was treated here, and I recommend them. I'll post an update if that changes.Services: Tires, Oil change

InMotion, the whole team are incredible, from the time I called and spoke to John, to the constant communication with them until I spoke to sherry to get the amount owed, everyone treated me so great! When I picked up my car, they had cleaned it and left a note, some tootsie pops and my itemized receipt! Since then, Jared has checked with me to see if I am happy!!! Highly recommend!!!

A few months ago, our office moved to a building very near inMOTION Auto Care. I had not made time to find a new mechanic, when I learned on a Thursday afternoon that I needed to drive several hours away on a Monday for a funeral. I called inMOTION and asked if they could do a travel check and oil change in my car. They were booked solid, but found a way to fit me in the very next day.Everyone I dealt with was terrific. I also got a lovely thank you note and someone texted days later to make sure my service was satisfactory. I was so grateful for the level of professionalism and service I received. I will always use inMOTION for my car.

They do a great job!!I have gone there for several years.Cold weather and tires are not always a fun thing. My tire pressure light was on, and I went over to the shop and asked if they would check them out.Absolutely, it would be our pleasure to make sure you're safe.Thank you In Motion!!!!!!!!

The staff is super friend and very easy to talk to. They give you a vehicle report after every oil change and give honest option about what should be fixed with out pushing you into it.

I was treated respectfully and honestly by the people of inMOTION. We were not able to reach an agreement on a repair that would fit in this situation and I moved the vehicle to a different shop. If I need further automotive repair I WOULD LOOK AT THEIR SHOP AS A POSSIBILITY. Good people at inMOTION.

I had never gone to a mechanic that wasn t a family member before so I checked reviews and decided to try Inmotion. They were quick to get my car in at the appointed time. They sent pictures of what they found. They also gave me a list of things I should do in the next year. I felt like I could trust them and will go back there.

I was very distraught when my truck broke down first time ever left me on the side of the road. They got me in actually waited ,I got got there right at closing and Bailey was so sweet and so helpful actually had me a borrower ready to go! The text Alex actually called me when working on my truck to discuss what he had found and what he thought I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! That noisy vibration was my motor mount letting go! InMotion fixed that and my car drives like a dream and it's a 2007 stick shift, so that is high praise! Excellent work, thank you!!

These have to be fake reviews, we fell for it. Had son take car in for alternator replacement on 2010 Rav 4, he is in college and I'm out of town..$847. Another shop up the street will do it for $425. They screwed around with the spark plugs for some reason, completely unrelated to the issue. Google needs to do a better job blocking fake reviews... now I see most of them have only ever left 1 review.

John, Jared, Chris and the rest of the InMotion team are amazing. Their prices are clear, they don't charge extra or suggest things you don't need, and honestly their prices are still reasonable for all the perks provided. Their service for pickup/drop off is incredibly useful for busy moms like myself, as well as their text messaging and emails for when you're stuck at work and can't be waiting for a phone call. Each time you send your car in you get a full diagnostics report, too, with pictures and explanations. I feel completely comfortable taking their advice on my car and continue to recommend them to all my friends! Thank you friends at InMotion for being awesome.

Hats off to inMotion Auto Care for finding an issue with a part that was under warranty. Unfortunately the part did not arrive by EOB on a Friday so I was going to be without a car for the weekend. Surprise to me that I received a phone call on Saturday morning and John and Alex went into the shop, fixed and delivered my car.
